16TH ANNUAL WALL STREET SUMMIT 1 Welcome to the NAA 16th Annual Wall Street Summit

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

New America Alliance (NAA) welcomes to you the 16th Annual Wall Street Summit and applauds you for embodying the mission of the NAA—building on American Latino success to forge a stronger America. Our organization remains at the forefront of economic development conversations to accelerate access to investment capital and to ensure Latino and diverse leaders continue to have a seat at the table.

Our flagship Summit continues to showcase the contributions of American Latinos within the U.S. economic and business landscape, and promotes access to investment capital and greater leadership inclusion of diverse talent across sectors.

Summit program highlights include: • The Summit Opening will include a fireside chat with Democratic and Republican leaders on the state and outlook of the U.S. economy amid the presidential election. • The #NAALatinaCaucus will gather an illustrious group of Latinas who will share their rise to success, highlight how Latinas are driving the economy as entrepreneurs, corporate executives and public sector leaders, and outline recommendations for continuing to elevate the leadership of Latinas across sectors. • The institutional investor sessions will include representatives from pension systems across the nation who will highlight challenges and opportunities institutional investors face as they strive to provide retirement security to their constituents. • The #NAANewGen session will continue to showcase the rise of a new generation of American Latino leaders who are redefining pathways to success and strengthening the pipeline of new leaders moving our nation forward.

We look forward to your participation at the Summit and in the future as we continue to move the NAA agenda of inclusion and diversity in access to capital and higher leadership.

¡Bienvenidos!
