BAGGAGE SERVICE AGENT

Baggage Service Agent is an important customer care personnel dealing with passenger’s lost belongings, handle delayed, damaged, or unclaimed baggage and operate the computer system used for tracking baggage. Baggage Service Agents shall be able to maintain self-control, think clearly under pressure, sympathetic, helpful and deal diplomatically with possibly irate passengers.

Qualification:  Male or Female  Good perception and adaptability  Thai Nationality  Intercultural competence  University degree  Good PC user know-how  Up to 27 years of age  Eye on detail related to cost awareness  Strong communication skill in English (TOEIC 650)  Ability for shift work; early mornings, late Good command of third language is advantageous nights, weekends and holidays.
