Dover District Council has allocated this land for residential development under Policy LA5 of the Land Allocations Local Plan (adopted in January 2015). The development is subject to the creation of a landscape buffer (approximately 20m wide) on the western boundary and design guidelines stating that the development should be focused towards the development of low level density, high value, larger family homes.
