Objective 1: Plan, promote and execute an outstanding Citywide Military Ball. Task: Coordinate with all cadet commanders and instructors through email, send City Corps Staff members to schools, and advertise via the staff website. Standard: Increase attendance of cadets by 25% from last school year’s attendance.
Objective 2: Display achievements of individuals and units. Task: Post the newsletter on the City Corps website and distribute to each school through their respective chain of commands. Standard: Publish a newsletter once a semester and update the staff website.

Objective 1: Be more involved at each JROTC event. Task: Assist instructors in running the events and socially interact with cadets. Standard: Have City Corps Staff members assist at the events and receive feedback from cadets from different schools.
Objective 2: Visit different JROTC programs throughout the city. Task: Staff organizes into 10 groups of 2 cadets and visit schools to observe the school’s progress. Standard: Visit at least half of the high School JROTC programs during the course of one school year.
