Together with a select group of investment partners, Mr. Galiher directed the acquisition of Pre- ferred’s warehouse and transportation business, a family-owned regional operation with sales of $2.5 million. Mr. Galiher has been the driving force of our growth and corporate identity, since our inception, in 1989. His unique blend of experience in engineering, construction, sales and management has been key to the company’s success. As CEO, Mr. Galiher is responsible for the company’s growth, fiscal planning, market strategy, technical development and banking/financing relationships. Today, he has augmented the organizational chart to include a fully-integrated staff of executives to manage growing operations and expanding business opportunities. JOHN J. GALIHER Past employment experiences include sales, engineering and project execution for one of North America’s largest industrial refrigeration companies owned by the public company Toromont Industries. Prior to starting Preferred, Mr. Galiher was executive and Co-founder of Condyne Freezers, Inc. and was a member of the Board of Condyne, Inc. Mr. Galiher has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Southeastern Massachusetts University and numerous con- tinuing education credentials relating to refrigerated specific technologies. He has received several awards for out- standing business achievements, been the subject of several industry articles relating to “state-of-the-art” technology and is an active member in both the National Fisheries Institute and International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses.

Frank Bisignano is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First Data– one of the largest FinTech companies in the world, providing commerce solutions to businesses and financial institutions across the globe. Frank joined First Data in 2013 as CEO and added Chairman to his title in 2014. Under Frank’s leadership the company has trans- formed from a payments processing company, to a financial technology leader with a broad portfolio that enables more than 79 billion electronic transactions, representing $2.4 trillion in volume and equity value of over $20 Billion. In 2014, First Data announced a historic $3.5 billion private placement of equity, which initiated a deleveraging effort that continues today. The private placement was followed by a $2.6 billion IPO in October 2015, the largest U.S. IPO of the year. FRANK BISIGNANO Frank’s leadership in Financial Services extends through his nearly 30-year career and includes senior roles at some of the world’s largest financial institutions – as well as leading roles to support corporate citizenship. • Before taking on the leadership of First Data, Frank held the position of Co-Chief Operations Officer at JP Morgan, a time during which he led the bank’s turn around operations that redefined mortgage lending post the 2008 financial crisis. Later, Frank served as chief negotiator for CEO ,leading the Bear Sterns and acquisitions. • Frank has held senior leadership roles at other leading institutions, including , where Frank served on the bank’s management committee and served as chief administrative officer for the Corporate and Investment Bank and CEO of Citigroup’s Global Transactions Services business. While at Citi, Frank was responsible for the safe evacuation of the Bank’s 16,000 employees from lower Manhattan on 9/11. Now and throughout his business career, Frank contributes time and attention to causes for which he is committed: • In 2011, Frank focused his vision for transformation to create career opportunities for men and women who served in uniform by founding the 1,000,000 Jobs Mission, an initiative that is the leading private sector solution for hiring veterans. • In 2014, Frank received the Colonel Michael Endres Leadership Award for Individual Excellence in Veteran Employment from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Man of the Year by the USO • At First Data, Frank leads initiatives supporting a diverse workforce, and has been awarded a number of accolades for his work in Unity and Diversity, such as First Data’s inclusion in the 2018 Bloomberg Equal- ity Index. • In 2010, Frank was awarded Syracuse University’s Chancellor’s Medal for Outstanding Achievement for his innovation in technology and education. Syracuse University has bestowed Frank with an Honorary Doctorate of Law degree for his distinguished business career and his work in championing higher educa- tion and supporting the disadvantaged. He later received an honorary PHD by the New York Institute of Technology • In 2012, Frank received accolades for his work leading the King Archiving Project, which digitized hun- dreds of thousands of documents of Martin Luther King and other civil rights leaders. • Frank also holds multiple board positions in both public sector and non-profit organizations including the Partnership for New York City, the National September 11 Memorial and Museum, The Perelman Cen- ter for Performing Arts at the World Trade Center, and many more. • Frank was received by the Holy Pope Francis, and continues his work as a Trustee of St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Frank has three children, Morgan, Alexa, and Henry. He and his wife, Tracy, reside in Watchung, New Jersey. Law Enforcement Against Drugs (L.E.A.D.) is a non-profit (501C3) organization, supported by dedicated police officers, committed to protecting our youth and commu- nities from the proliferation of drugs, drug related crimes, peer to peer cyber/bullying and violence. We achieve our goals by collaborating with our educators, community leaders, families, and L.E.A.D. support organizations. MISSION: We will provide the leadership, resources, and management to ensure law enforcement agencies have the means to partner with our educators, community leaders, and families by providing proven and effective programs to deter youth and adults from drug use, drug related crimes, bullying and violence. We are committed to reinforcing the mutual respect, goodwill, and relations between law enforcement and their communities.
