The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan presents its compliments to the Protocol Service of the European Commission and has the honour to inform that the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan has decided to appoint Mr Vladimir NOROV as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the European Communities.

The Ministry would be grateful if the esteemed Protocol Service may kindly convey the Agrément of the European Communities on the appointment of Mr Vladimir NOROV as Ambassador, Head of the Mission of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the European Communities.
