RE: IB Docket No. 20-205 Fixed Satellite Service Election of Lump Sum Reimbursement

Dear Madame Secretary:

Real Presence Radio (“RPR”) is an “incumbent Fixed Satellite Service (FSS) earth station operator” with eligible earth stations as defined by the FCC. Pursuant to the Public Notice in IB Docket No. 20-205, DA 20-802 (released July 30, 2020), RPR hereby submits its election for a lump sum reimbursement payment totaling $17,896.00..

Pursuant to paragraph 41 of DA 20-802, RPR provides data in the attached exhibit for responsive to the 13 items stated in said paragraph 41 for each of its two C-band satellite earth stations for which lump sum reimbursement is sought.

Pursuant to paragraph 42 of DA 20-802, Chuck Huber, President and the duly authorized representative of RPR, hereby certifies in the affirmative to the following statements for each of our two dishes covered by this request under penalty of perjury:

1. That the information contained in this lump sum election is true and accurate to the best of his knowledge. 2. That all earth stations for which the lump sum is being elected have not ceased operation more than 90 days before September 14, 2020, the deadline for the lump sum election;

3. RPR intends to continue to receive content from a satellite operator after the transition, and accepts responsibility for undertaking the necessary transition actions in accordance with the timelines set forth in the satellite operator's transition plans;

4. Licensee agrees to coordinate with the relevant space station operator as necessary to complete the transition;

5. Licensee hereby irrevocably releases all claims for reimbursement for actual reasonable relocation costs from the Relocation Payment Clearinghouse, eligible satellite operators, or video programmers; and

6. Licensee hereby irrevocably releases all claims against the payor and/or Commission with respect to any dispute about the amount received.
