NEW BRAND, SAME EXCEPTIONAL CARE A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT

Recently our partner Health System changed its name to UnityPoint Health to recognize the organization’s growth outside the state of Iowa. The new name also signifies the unified, coordinated approach to how the system and its affiliates, including Finley , deliver health care.

Finley is on a similar journey to significantly improve how we deliver health care to achieve the Best Outcome for Every Patient Every Time right here at home. This presents us with a unique opportunity to differentiate ourselves from our competitors. That’s why we’re developing a new brand – to better represent who we are, what we stand for and, most importantly, how we make a difference in the lives of our patients.

From a visual perspective, Finley has a new logo on our letterhead, business cards and other identity materials. Be assured, however, that our name remains unchanged and our staff remains committed to providing the same level of care that has so greatly benefitted the communities we have served all these years. Patients of UnityPoint at Home are less likely to be admitted to the hospital than patients of home-care agencies nationally. Holistic coordinated-care delivery is also helping some Finley patients remain independent and even obtain jobs.

“If someone is in the hospital, we haven’t done our job,” says Justin McDonald, “Coordination involves an entire community, whether that’s the DHS or a local executive director of UnityPoint at Home, the UnityPoint Health home-health provider such as an assisted-living center, religious services or just involving affiliate serving northeast Iowa, northwest and southwest . the family in other capacities.
