Open Flight Coupon
The open coupon for PG and FT flights can issue on electronic ticket, using PG and FT airline account code, provided at lease one segment must be booked on the itinerary.
The open coupon for interline partners is not allowed on interline electronic ticket using PG and FT airline account code.
Passive Ticketing
PG and FT do not support the passive booking on electronic ticket.
BSP agents must contact PG, FT or GSA offices for ticketing.
2 Itineraries containing more than 16 segments
PG and FT can support maximum 16 segments, including surface segments on an electronic ticket. The two separated electronic tickets must be issued if the segments on itinerary are more than 16 segments.
Group Booking
BSP agents can issue electronic tickets for PG and FT flights on group booking.
It is recommended to check with GDS for the maximum number of ticket to be issued per transaction because of the large message transition between the systems.
Amending Itinerary When an Electronic Ticket Issued
When changing the reservation or itinerary after electronic ticket is issued, it is recommended: to revalidate the original electronic ticket or to reissue an electronic ticket through the system provider, where BSP allows doing it, to reflect the new itinerary. Otherwise, PG, FT or GSA offices must be contacted for electronic ticket reissuance.
PG and FT Policy for Other Miscellaneous Documents (V-MPD)
PG and FT do not authorize BSP agents to issue vMPD as from 1 June 2008 because the entire routes of PG and FT are electronic eligible.
Where the other miscellaneous documents of IATA BSP such as MPD are available in the markets, they are still acceptable for PG and FT.
