OAKLAND NOTES  The Oakland Athletics have a season-high four-game winning streak…are 1-0 on this nine-game homestand against San Diego (1-0), Los Angeles (three games) and San Francisco (three games).  The A’s scored 10 runs and have now scored eight or more runs in four consecutive games…the last time the A’s scored eight or more in four consecutive games was June 6-9, 2004…are batting .293 (135 for 460) over the last 13 games with 83 runs (6.4 per game) and 54 extra base hits (31 doubles, six triples, 17 home runs) over that span.  Travis Blackley earned the win tonight, his first since winning his Major League debut for Seattle July 1, 2004…went seven years and 350 days between victories, which is the most time between Major League wins since Vicente Romo went eight years and three days between victories July 16, 1974- July 19, 1982…is 1-1 with a 3.46 ERA (5 er in 13.0 ip) in four interleague games, two starts, this year.  Evan Scribner earned his first Major League save.  Collin Cowgill (2 for 3) is batting .400 (18 for 45) over his last 13 games after hitting .128 over his first 15 contests.  Coco Crisp (2 for 4) stole a base in the first inning and is a perfect 10 for 10 in stolen bases this year…has now been successful in each of his last 33 stolen base attempts…that is the longest streak of consecutive stolen bases without a caught stealing in Athletics history…is 10 for 30 (.333) with seven RBI over his last eight games.  Brandon Moss (1 for 4) hit a in the first inning and has now homered in four straight games (five home runs total over that span)…is the first Athletic to hit a home run in four straight games since Jack Cust also homered in four games in a row May 10-13, 2007.  Cliff Pennington (3 for 3) is celebrating his 28th birthday today…has a RBI in each of his three games on his birthday (four RBI total) and is 6 for 12 (.500) over that span…had a season-high tying three hits and is now 14 for 38 (.368) over his last 10 games.
