“” & “Ultra Seven” Character Figures Displayed at Cinemas Nihonbashi

The 27th Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF) to announce that character figures and diorama to be displayed at TOHO Cinema Nihonbashi. These displays will be memorable photo spots for audience watch animation films that are screened at the theater.

“The World of Hideaki Anno”, the first-ever collection of works by Hideaki Anno, will be at the core of that initiative and 53 titles of Anno’s work are shown and talk sessions are arranged between October 24 and 30.

Along with special screening of “Ultra Seven” HD remaster 2.0, King Joe and diorama to be arranged only on October 26.

Audience can take photos at the following points. October 26 only at 3F near elevator

TIFF is also shining a spotlight on Shigeru Miyamoto, Senior Managing Director of Nintendo and world-acclaimed game producer for “Super Mario Bros.”, “Donkey Kong”, “The Legend of Zelda” and many other popular game series. We are showing “PIKMIN Short Movies” which Mr. Miyamoto produced. TIFF provides total 71 programs this year, not only animation works of Mr. Anno and Mr. Miyamoto, but also special films of various countries at TOHO Cinema Nihonbashi.
