Agreed decision / Agenda Point Main Point of Discussion Responsibility follow-up action Emergency Child Sanitation  Oxfam has funding for a small project to study sanitation and hygiene for children and Infants.  The project will be to demonstrate innovated ways to provide sanitation for small children  The project will be three months long  By the end of the project there will be a study report on the lesson learned Oxfam will provide:  Child Friendly Latrines for children under 5 years of age OXFAM Presentation  With Smaller - holes, superstructures suitable for small children presentation to be CPSC by OXFAM  Simi-permanent facilities, with handwashing facilities shared with CPSC Coordinator

 Oxfam will contract a few different styles/models of latrines, and be provided a cleaning kits. members  Maintenance of the facilities  WASH training for school staff and students  OXFAM is targeting Child Friendly Spaces, or Pre-Schools or Nursery Schools, with high concentration of children.  Partners are encouraged to liaise with OXFAM on partnership, especially in areas with high numbers of children aged five years and below. CHF second round allocation (2015) process is ongoing, and partners are encouraged to submit concept notes CHF documents to CHF Update focusing on three prioritized states (, Unity and Jonglei). Cholera update Cholera situation update in Juba and Bor counties. As of 13 July, a total of 953 cholera cases including 34 deaths (CFR 3.6%) have been reported in Juba County and in Bor, Jonglei States. In Juba County, 866 cases Humanitarian including 33 deaths (CFR 3.8%) have been reported from eight payams. In Bor, 87 cases including one death situation (CFR 1.15%) have been reported from Malou in Makuach payam and other areas around Bor. Cholera prevention activities’ including hygiene promotion and improvement of access to safe drinking water continues in all affected locations. Cholera alerts. Nine alerts of suspected cholera cases have also been reported outside Juba as of 13 July. Central Equatorial State Displaced people reported in Terekeka town, Terekeka County. On 14 July, authorities in Terekeka County reported that approximately 400 IDPs have arrived in Terekeka town and are sheltering in an orphanage center. Reportedly, they fled fighting in Kuda area on 11 July. Authorities are investigating the cause of the fighting.

Lakes State Inter-communal violence in Lakes State. The General security situation in Lakes State remains tense and very unpredictable. On 11-12 July, fighting related to cattle raiding in Yirol East and West counties resulted in an unconfirmed number of deaths, according to local authorities, and many others wounded.

Upper Nile State Fighting in and surrounding areas. On 13 July, fighting between SPLA and SPLA-iO groups in Malakal and the surrounding areas continued. Humanitarian response to over 130,000 IDPs and host communities in the west bank of the river Nile including Melut has also been affected due to access restriction. Partners have registered some 3,000 people in the past three weeks in Malakal PoC and have received reports of large number of people moving from and Panyikang to the PoC. Reportedly, they are fleeing fighting and lack of basic services in the areas. UN flights to Malakal airport have been cancelled since 5 July. Polio and measles immunization campaign targeting 14,000 children has started in Malakal PoC.

Jonglei State New arrivals reported in Old Fangak. On 13 July, authorities in Old Fangak reported new arrivals in New Atar and Padum areas. They fled from Canal areas, due to ongoing fighting in Malakal and surrounding areas. Partners are verifying the report and will respond accordingly.

Unity State Access to provide humanitarian services in Koch/Leer/Mayendit counties remains problematic due to ongoing security concerns.

The media has reported that that the Unity State Council of Ministers have resolved to expel the UNMISS State Coordinator in Unity State.
