ACCOMMODATIONS

Ticao Island Resort has 3 room categories. All resort guests are entled to free pony riding and kayaking around the resort, unlimited brewed coffee, tea, and purified drinking water available at the restaurant. The BEACHFRONT CABANA is set right by the beach with a veranda facing the ocean. Rooms have either 1 QUEEN BED (60 x 75) or 2 SEMI-DOUBLE BEDS (48 x 75). All rooms have air-condioning, hot/cold shower, bathroom provisions of soap, shampoo, condioner, and towels. Room also has provisions of coffee, tea, boled water, and a hot water pot. The DE LUXE FAN ROOM is also set by the beach with a veranda facing the ocean. Set-up and inclusions are similar to the Beachfront Cabana but with no air-condioning and hot water pot. There are also no provisions for coffee and tea. The BUDGET ROOM is located behind the Beachfront Cabanas about 25 meters away from the beach. There is a common bathroom with hot/cold shower and all rooms have provisions for soap , shampoo, condioner, and towels. OTHER DETAILS: For room with full board meal arrangements, extra maresses for the triple or quad share will be included at no extra charge. A maximum of 2 children aged 11 and below are free of charge in the room provided that no extra bed/maress is required and no meal provisions. Full board meal rate for children is PHP1,000 per child per night of stay.

Whale Sharks, Manta Rays, reef sharks, coral gardens, amazing fish life, and lots of criers. To add to that, Ticao’s waters are visited by Thresher Sharks and other pelagics. As a scuba diver, Ticao Island should be on your list! Sharing the same ocean as Donsol, Ticao’s diving popularity started as being the designated diving area for whale sharks and manta rays. As more sites were discovered, Ticao Island connues to amaze. Dive rate is at PHP1,700 per dive based on resort dive schedule and minimum numbers. Add PHP300 per dive for dive equipment rental. Ticao Island is surrounded by several dive sites where you have the choice of big or small. All the dive sites are around Ticao Island. The dive site are 5 to 45 minutes away from Ticao Island Resort. The main diving areas are: • Manta Bowl Shoal with 7 different dive sites. Here you find manta rays all year round, whale sharks from November to June, thresher sharks from July to October, and the occasional hammerheads and ger sharks. • North Ticao sites include the San Miguel and Udoc islets located. There are 17 dive sites here. Each dive site has its own unique flair, but on a general note dive sites here are known for the beauful coral cover and the macro criers. • Although sll in its infancy, South Ticao has newly discovered dive sites which include a simple wreck, a marine sanctuary, and snake island (cave which is home to sea snakes). • Dive sites wonderful for check-out dives and night diving is also available at reefs that lie 5 to 15 minutes away from Ticao Island Resort. ISLAND TOUR—NORTH TICAO Take a boat out for a day and visit the various islands on the north side of Ticao Island. Go admire the beauful limestone rock formaons, swim and snorkel in lagoons with crystal clear water, admire the waterfalls, take a plunge in the pool under the waterfalls, and relax on one of the white sand beaches where we will serve your lunch. A 5 to 6 hour acvity inclusive of boat, guide services, snorkelling equipment, and environmental fees. The lunch to be served is part of the full board meal arrangement of the resort. ISLAND TOUR —SOUTH TICAO Two hours away from the resort and a full 8 to 10 hours out is a visit to the south of Ticao Island. Here you will get to visit the Bongsanglay Nature Reserve, a 240 hectare mangrove reserve and where you can ﬁnd the Philippines’ 2nd largest mangrove. Other sites include the Bongsanglay Marine Sanctuary and Snake Island where there are literally hundreds of sea snakes inside an ocean level cave.
