C T N | A N N U A L R E P O R T PARTNER AGENCIES CTN is currently a resource for 85 groups and agencies. Our capacity has grown, in part, due to three special partnerships with Turnstone, Brightpoint – Head Start, & Easter Seals ARC. The consolidation of their vehicles into the CTN fleet allows for the more effective use of existing resources to offer transportation for more people. One example is the Brightpoint school buses are operated by CTN. In addition to providing service to all eight Brightpoint – Head Start sites in Northeast Indiana, CTN also uses them to provide transportation for twenty additional childcare centers!
