An Act to repeal Acts and statutory provisions omitted upon the revision of statutes in 1888, 1909, 1925, 1941 and 1964 [Assented to 20 June 1985]
THE PARLIAMENT OF QUÉBEC ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Repeal 1. The Acts and statutory provisions appearing in the Schedule are repealed.
Repeal 2. The sections dealing with the coming into force of Acts listed in the Schedule of Repeals to the Revised Statutes, 1941 and 1964, are repealed.
Exception 3. This Act shall operate notwithstanding the provisions of sections 2 and 7 to 15 of the Constitution Act, 1982 (Schedule B of the Canada Act, chapter 11 in the 1982 volume of the Acts of the Parliament of the United Kingdom).
Coming into 4. This Act comes into force on the day it is assented to, except force sections 1 and 2 which will come into force on 1 July 1986.
Exclusion The Government may, by Order in Council made before 1 July 1986, exclude any Act or statutory provision from the Schedule. Approval The Order in Council shall be laid before the Commission des of orderCt institutions and have effect only if approved by it prior to 1 July 1986.
