Rules u7's and u8's Match durations are 14 mins for u7's, 7 each way and 12 mins for u8's, 6 each way, with 1 min for half time turnaround, please ensure you leave the pitch quickly so that the next teams can get straight on after you and those due on please be ready to play. The format is 5v5, opposition to retreat to the halfway line when you have a goal kick, goal keepers can kick or throw the ball out when they have picked it up. Those clubs with 2 or 3 squads attending must assign players to one team only for the day, no switching between squads please. Please takes turns to referee games, I suggest one of the coaches from a team due on the pitch after you is a good option or do a half each.
