DOGGIE DAY AT THE POOL POOL RENTALS Come down to Mead Pool on Saturday, August 24 for Appleton Parks and Recreation is your go-to for your next a whole lotta doggone fun! TRAILS An extensive network of trails throughout the Fox Cities offers a variety of recreational opportunities and connections to the various communities. Lower Many of the trails are paved off-road trails, offering the opportunity to Telulah walk, bicycle, and skate on hard surface trails. SCHEIG CENTER The City of Appleton’s Scheig Center is located within Appleton Memorial Park and surrounded by the beautiful Scheig Center Gardens. This facility, as well as the gardens, are available for rent by the public year around. Rentals are available one year in advance and fill up quickly, so book your date now!

The Scheig Center features a stunning cathedral ceiling with a natural look and feel through exposed wood beams, and windows and doors overlooking the gardens. There are two kitchen/serving areas for your convenience. With a capacity of up to 75 people, this year-round facility is a great location to host events such as baby showers, bridal showers, graduation parties, anniversary parties, holiday parties and weddings!
