GLAMORGAN COUNTY COUNCIL Survey of Rights of Way Notice is hereby given that the County Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sub-section (3) of section 29 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act, 1949, have (a) considered objections and representations duly made with respect to the draft rights of way map and statement prepared under .section 27 of the above-mentioned Act in relation to the rights of way within that part of the area of the said Council which is comprised in the non-county boroughs and urban districts mentioned in the First Schedule hereto; and (6) determined to modify the particulars contained in the said map and statement by the deletion of the public .paths described in Part One of the Second Schedule hereto and the addition of the ways described in Part Two of the said Second Schedule to be shown in the draft rights of way map and statement as public paths of the categories therein respectively described. Maps indicating the modifications above referred to may be inspected free of charge at the Glamorgan County Hall, Cardiff at all reasonable hours. Any representations or objections with respect to these determinations shall be made in writing addressed to the undersigned at the address given below before the 30th day of April 1959 and shall state the grounds on which they are made.
