AMENDMENT OF ORDER MADE UNDER REGULATION 64. In exercise of the powers vested in him by Defence Regulation 64, as set out in the First Schedule to the Supplies and Services (Transitional Powers) (Cyprus) Order, 1946 (which continues in force in consequence of the Supplies and Services (Continuance) Order, 1958), His Excellency the Governor hereby amends the Order made by him on the 3rd day of January, 1956, and published under Public Instrument No. 8 of 1956, by the deletion therefrom of Plot No. 133, comprising land, buildings and all appurtenances thereto, appearing in the 3rd line of the Second Schedule thereto, without prejudice to anything done or left undone thereunder.

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3. In exercise of the powers vested in me by section 3 of the Water (Domestic Purposes) Village Supplies Law, I, the Commissioner of and Districts, do hereby declare that the village of Peristeronari, in the District of Nicosia, shall be a village to which the provisions of the said Law shall apply.

ORDER MADE UNDER REGULATION 39A. Whereas I, the Assistant Commissioner of the District of Kyrenia, am satisfied that the building described in the Schedule hereto (hereinafter referred to as " the building ") is a building which is being used by terrorists, now, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested in me by Regulation 39A of the Emergency Powers (Public Safety and Order) Regulations, 1955 to (No. 6) 1958, with the approval of the Governor, do hereby order as follows : — 1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (Forfeiture) (Kyrenia District) (No. 8) Order, 1958, and shall come into force on the 29th day of November, 1958. 2. It is hereby directed that the building be forfeited. 6ο

SCHEDULE. The building situated at -tis-Lapithou, in the District of Kyrenia, standing on Plot No. 61 of Government Survey Plan XI/30 under registration No. 279 of 1st February, 1943.

SCHEDULE. The building situated at Karmi, in the District of Kyrenia, standing on plot No. 94 of Government Survey Plan XII/26.V under registration No. 4529 of 5th June, 1934.
