Approval of May minutes: Moved by Lisa, and seconded by Richard, approved unanimous.

Liaison reports:

The Club: Next party June 6, starts at 8 and ends at 1 am. Hosting Night party down in Salem. Members of Velvet Rope have reciprocal membership at the Club. Lots of room to and relax. $20 each. Nonmembers can join for $20 a year. Salemswingerclub.com. The Club group on Fetlife. July 11th possibly next party.

Alliance for Safer Communities: Meets every 2nd Tuesday of the month. Looking for other locations.

Bridgetown Leathermen will be holding their next men's dungeon party on Saturday, July 19, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. Admission to the party is $10 and will be open exclusively to members and their registered guests. For those who are interested in attending but do not currently know a member, contact Sir Paul via the Bridgetown Leathermen website.

Kinky Unevent at Meadhall June 14th.

Kink Night is last Saturday of every month at Velvet Rope. Clean place to play. Hot tubs are clean and amazing. Rope Masters is the preceding Thursday $10 once a month as well. Fetish night on Friday.

Valhalla house parties second and fourth Friday this month. Valhalla Educational Group's BDSM 101 on 3rd Friday. This month's topic is Flogging by Soda. Cecilia Wian is selling.

MAST: Next meeting is July at the Catalyst from 4 pm – 6 pm.

PRAG: Next meeting on the 9th.

Whippersnappers Munch on June 7th at Lucky Lab and July 5th. 5 to 8. Tuesday Meet and Greet on 3rd Tuesday 8 to 10.

President’s report: Meeting at University Hotel for the next 6 months.

Vice-President report: Nothing to report.

Treasurer’s Report: Treasurer’s Report: Net income for April: -$4,763.66. 2013 tax return has been filed and uploaded on website.

Secretary Report: Nothing to report.

Membership Director report: Active Members: 610. 408 expired members, some of which are duplicates.

Workshop Director report: Held June workshop on June 1. Eibon did Electrical Play (E-Stim) 101, which was very well received. 27 attendees. Working on getting July through December scheduled. August is during Leather Pride. NCSF attorney coming down for BDSM legal issues workshop in October. Will have donation bowl in back. Need to reimburse for travel expenses. Possible partnership with mental health and BDSM workshop in October or November. July workshop for 6th still on. Possible free garage and/or free parking on Sunday.

Committee Reports:

1. Executive Committee - Connie, Melissa, Mark – Nothing to report

2. PR/Communication – Bart, Dee, Lisa - We met 3rd Tuesday of May and worked on flyer and trifold. Advertising continues.

3. Technology: committee members – Paul, Rich, Charlie – Put in a request for 15 computers and got 3, the most they do at a time. Waiting for appropriate donations to come in. Requested forum discussion is now setup and will be sending out emails to the membership. Newsfeed is up and running. Available through the communication panel. Working on membership system. Minutes' links have now been posted on the website. Calendar needs to be updated for play parties and meetings.

4. Equipment committee – Mark, Bart, Chris, Nick, Ethan – nothing to report.

5. Fundraising committee – Fred Meyer fundraising has been posted. Panda Express unfortunately raised no money. Possible PLA Munch for fundraising. Good opportunity from McMenamin's; movie tickets and food.

New Business

1. OLP Update – Terri – We're on schedule for August. Workshop title needed. White flyer done for ease of reading. Picnic area for Leather picnic is set and permit acquired.

2. NW Pride Update – Terri – Have a list of booths. Load in time between 10 & 11. Soda and Pam are meeting at warehouse. Couple of tables, two chairs, ice chest. Volunteer schedule in works. Soda needs key to warehouse. Postings continue. Parade group meeting at NW Broadway and Couch.

3. Kinkfest Location Update – Connie; Mark – Still in negotiations with Convention Center lawyer and our lawyer. Early indication is that they might want to fight. Met with National Coalition of Sexual Freedom concerning this issue. One of their top lawyers was there. They are eager to take up the cause with us. Until this is resolved we are still looking for alternatives. University Place Hotel is the official Hotel of Kinkfest 2015.

4. Raffles – Melissa – There is a lot of paperwork and potential taxes. Board can look over research.

5. Art work for flyers – Connie – Can purchase stock art for flyer. There are various usage licenses. Search will continue for local artists for stock art.

6. PLA Auction for Charity – Connie – Suggests live auction at separate event, like at a kinky car wash. Mark and Rich taking it on. Will work on confirmed date. 7. NCSF Business Partnership – Mark – NCSF has approached us. They have a program set up for a corporate partnership. Mark moves that we pay up to $150 to join the NCSF, seconded by Soda. Unanimous.
