The County Council (Forest Hall Road, Stansted Mountfitchet) (40MPH Speed Limit) Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) and (2), and Part III of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: 1. To extend the existing 40MPH speed limit on the following length of Forest Hall Road, Stansted in the District of as specified (the road is currently derestricted): Road Description Forest Hall From the existing 40MPH speed limit located at a point approximately Road, Stansted 90 metres south east from its junction with the B1383 Stansted Road, south east then east for a distance of approximately 715 metres.

2. To introduce a new length of 40MPH speed limit on the following length of Forest Hall Road, Stansted in the District of Uttlesford as specified (the road is currently national speed limit): Road Description Forest Hall From a point approximately 55 metres east of its junction with Walson Road, Stansted Way, east for a distance of approximately 315 metres.
