2020 - 2021 Herbert Wellness Center Parking Permit Information

Parking hours at the Coral Gables Campus and Gables One Tower is enforced 7-days a week from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. All vehicles will be required to have their license plate registered with the university during enforcement hours. Daytime Campus Parkers (M-F from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.): There will be no change to current practice, which is; daytime permits are valid 24/7 in the assigned parking zone and in any other zone after 4 p.m. M-F and 24 hours on weekends. See details below. When do you work-out at the Wellness Center? Between the hours of 6 - 8 a.m., Monday through Friday: No permit needed. Between the hours of 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday through Friday: Herbert Wellness Center 24/7 permit or pay-by-hour required. Between the hours of 4 - 11 p.m., Monday through Friday: Herbert Wellness Center 24/7 permit, nights and weekends permit or pay-by-hour required. Between the hours of 8 a.m. - 11 p.m., Saturday and Sunday: Herbert Wellness Center 24/7 permit, nights and weekends permit or pay-by-hour required.

Parking lots on the University of Miami campus are color-coded. Herbert Wellness Center permits are valid in lots designated by YELLOW and GRAY. Lots around campus are labeled with official Parking and Transportation signs at the ABCDEFGH IJKLMNOPQRST entrance to each lot. Permits are not valid in reserved or metered spaces. ROBB

Watsco Center Lot Closures The Watsco Center North (434N), Production (431), H100, and Serpentine (425) lots are restricted during select events at the Watsco Center.

The Herbert Wellness Center will notify patrons prior to all events and lot closures so you can plan accordingly.
