Director General of the German Military Aviation Authority

Major General Dr. Jan Kuebart is the Director General of the German Military Aviation Authority. He is responsible for all aspects of safety in military aviation, including the certification of manned and unmanned aircraft, regulation and standardization of military flight operations, licensing of flying, technical and aeromedical personnel as well as the recognition of and cooperation with other Aviation Authorities.
