Enjoy this expedition that starts with an encounter with Mayan culture, then discover the ancient cities of this pre-Hispanic civilization and authentic communities that cherish their Mayan heri- tage. Visit the archeological site and discover the highest temple at the site. Be awed by the impressive Tulum archeological site, from which you have an impressive vista of the sea. Swim in the wonderful, crystal clear water of the Esmeralda , take part in a Mayan cer- emony and savor a delicious light meal of traditional food.

Includes: Transportation for small groups, traditional meal, water, archeological guide, access to Tulum and Cobá archeological sites, towel, and lockers.

Doesn’t include: Tips, photographs, handicraft and souvenirs.

Recommended: Wear your bathing suit, comfortable shoes, light clothing, cap or hat. Bring a change of clothes, biodegradable sunblock, cash or credit card for handicrafts and photographs.

Observations: This expedition is not recommended for people with disabilities. Children age six and up only. For your safety, in the village, the use of photographic camera of any kind (including mobile devices such as cell phones and tablets) is not permitted. Only “action cam” (Go Pro) style cameras are allowed, provided they are fastened to a chest or head mount for the duration of the excursion.
