2 The Yellow Book is the alien's history of our universe recorded by the aliens themselves and revealing their interactions and involvement with Earth's development and evolution!

The Aliens brought this amazing Yellow Book to Earth, presenting it to U.S. Government officials at the famous Holloman AFB landing on April 1964 by female Ebe #2 and it was also translated by her.

Some of the information in the Yellow Book was difficult to interpret. You see, the Ebens don’t refer to years as we refer to our years. They speak of time, but in terms of an event clock, so to help us better understand this, the Ebens detail our years as a point of reference. This Yellow Book also puts things in a different perspective because the predictions contained in the Yellow Book would have been collected in the future as things that had happened in their past.

The Krill as a Source for the Yellow Book

Although this may conflict with other information I have received, the late Bill Cooper, in the Crill Report, claims that O.H. Crill, an exchange ambassador from Tiphon in Draco, was one of the main sources of information for the Yellow Book.

The Crill, or Krill, (This may get confusing) is the name given to a lizard species of the Draco system. The name originally was the name of one of the "ambassadors" that came to stay on Earth after the U.S. Government had its first official contact with them. Later on, the name got used to indicate the species "Ambassador Krill" belonged to.

President Eisenhower met with our first alien ambassador, Krlll, on Feburary 20th, 1954. Krlll helped establish diplomatic relations with an alien race that became known as the “Etherians”.

3 The Origin and Meaning of: KRLL; KRYL; O. H. KRLL; O. H. CRIL; O. H. KRILL…

The KRILL papers seemingly came out of nowhere and have stirred up a small hornet’s nest of speculation. Who is O. H. Krill? Is the information correct? Are parts of the text correct and parts incorrect? Where did the papers come from? I’ll try to explain…

OK, here goes:

When the aliens landed at Holloman AFB in the 60's communication was established between the United States Government and the aliens. During this communication a basic agreement was reached which was the precursor for the formal treaty and the diplomatic relations which followed.

The aliens left a hostage with the United States as a pledge of fulfillment of their part of the agreement. The name of that hostage was KRLL and was sometimes spelled KRYL. At this point I will refer to him as KRLL as this was the spelling used in the part of the documents which were seen.

This hostage furnished much information about the aliens which became the foundation of the Red Book that was completed from information obtained from the "GUESTS" at a later date. In order that this information could be circulated and discussed among the military and the scientific community a pseudonym was coined as a code for information which had originated from KRLL.

The code name for KRLL was Cril. The initials O. H. stand for "ORIGINAL HOSTAGE" All information thus circulated from the source KRLL was said to be authored by O. H. Cril. The information was usually of scientific or seemingly of an occult nature and was sanitized so that no inference to an alien race or culture occurred. This was done so that feedback and recommendations could be gleaned from those experts who were not privy to the secret.

It was also used to pass technology from the aliens into the defense contracting community and the U.S. Space program. KRLL became ill after a few years and

4 almost died but was nursed by a physician who eventually became the government expert on alien medicine and pathology.

KRLL did die at some later date. The pseudonym continued to be used for the same purpose for many years and may or may not be in use at this time.

The KRILL papers must have been authored by someone in the government or military who knew this information because the author O. H. Krill is an obvious take-off on O. H. Cril and thus on KRLL.

It is apparent that whoever O. H. Krill really was, he did know the story of Krill. The origin of the material will most probably be the object of much speculation. It has been said that much of the material is correct and agrees with previously released information.

One of the sources of the KRILL papers appears to be Bill Cooper. Here is one of the releases:

A SITUATION REPORT ON OUR ACQUISITION OF ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY AND INTERACTION WITH ALIEN CULTURES JANUARY 1988 BY O.H. KRILL

Throughout the forty-year period when UFOs have been actively observed in our civilization, a lot of data has been gathered -- data which has often pointed to aspects of the phenomena that have been suppressed. As a result of the suppression and compartmentalization of the information, our culture has been fragmented into several levels of "reality" which both co-exist and oppose each other. Part of our culture does not or will not believe in the existence of other species; part of our culture acknowledges their existence or the probability of their existence; while part of our culture is actually interacting with the other species.

These simultaneous realities contribute to the condition of extreme confusion in which we find ourselves. Research into UFOs follows a similar pattern. Some view the matter in a completely empirical perspective; others search for patterns and functional relationships in events; still others go out and ask the right questions at the right time and get answers,

5 Some of those answers that have appeared are, to some people, quite disturbing and fantastic. All in all, we are dealing with new concepts in physics, new concepts in psychology, and the gradually growing awareness that we are not only not alone here, but we have never been alone here.

As if that were not enough, it turns out that factions of our society have known this, and apparently have been interacting with some of these alien species for quite a while. The bottom line is that all along, humanity has been led down a false path, a path that has been plagued by layer upon layer of conspiracies and disinformation. Technological knowledge and absolute power have been the motives on the human side. Survival has been the motive on the alien side, or at least as far as the predominant alien visitors are concerned.

The intent of this message is to bring much of the details regarding this into the open. You are not being asked to believe it, but to consider it in the light of what has happened, what is happening, and what may be developing right under our very noses.

If you find that you cannot stomach such thoughts, or that you cannot deal with it, read no further.

It is quite evident, or it should be, that the UFO situation is both complex and dangerous. The UFO problem is a multi-institutional and multi-dimensional phenomenon. We have established the following as having a basis in fact: o Craft from other worlds have crashed on Earth. o Alien craft are from both ultra-dimensional sources and sources within this dimension. o Early U.S. government efforts at acquiring alien technology were successful. o The U.S. government has had live alien hostages at some point in time. o The government has conducted autopsies on alien cadavers. o U.S. intelligence agencies, security agencies, and public agencies are involved in the coverup of facts pertaining to the situation. o People have been and are currently abducted, mutilated, murdered and kidnapped as a result of the UFO situation.

6 o There is a current active alien presence on this planet among us that controls different elements of our society. o Alien forces maintain bases on Earth and on the Moon. o The U.S. government has had a working relationship with alien forces for some time, with the express purpose of gaining technology in gravitational propulsion, beam weaponry and mind control. o Millions of cattle have been killed in the process of acquiring biological materials. o Both aliens and the U.S. government are responsible for mutilations, but for different reasons. o We live in a multi-dimensional world that is overlapped and visited by entities from other dimensions. Many of these entities are hostile. Many are not hostile. o The basis of our genetic development and religions lies in intervention by non- terrestrial and terrestrial forces. o Actual technology far exceeds that perceived by the public. o The United States space program is a cover operation that exists for public relations purposes. o People are being actively killed in order to suppress the facts about the situation. The CIA and the NSA are involved so deeply that exposure would cause collapse of their overt structure. o Facts indicate alien overt presence within five to ten years. o Our civilization is one of many that have existed in the last billion years.

Observations by a Visiting Nordic

In October 1987, UFO researcher George Andrews was successfully able to contact one of the Nordics not associated with the Greys, through a woman in California.

What follows are the comments made by the alien:

"Were you a culture about to invade, you would not do it with a flourish of ships showing up in the heavens and undergo risk of being fired upon. That's the type

7 of warfare slightly less evolved beings get into. You would create intense confusion and disagreement with only inferences to your presence – inferences which would [in turn] cause controversial disagreement.

"The Greys are insidious little fiends. They did exactly [to us] what they're doing here [to you]. You are not on the verge of an invasion. You are not in the middle of an invasion. The invasion has already taken place. It's merely in its final stages.

"What would you invade? [Here he describes the operational plan of the Greys from the beginning.] You would go to the most secret of communities within a society. In the case of the United States, you would go and infiltrate the CIA. You would take over some of them and you would take over part of the KGB.

"You would create great dissension and disagreement between factions of the public at large -- some groups saying they have seen UFOs, others saying 'No, no, this is not possible.' You would involve two major countries in an on-going idiotic philosophical disagreement so that while the Soviet Union and the United States constantly battle back and forth about who has which piece of territory or whether one invades Iran or whether one invades Afghanistan or whatever... whether one dismantles one nuclear warhead or the other dismantles another group of warheads – you would sit back and laugh if you had the capacity to laugh.

"You would present yourself indeed to some in a group who would protect you [CIA or MJ-12] thinking they had a secret more secret and more perfect knowledge of something than anyone else on this planet had, and they would covet you and you would trust their own greed and you would trust their own mass stupidity to trap them. And you'd do it on both sides.

"You'd show yourself to some of the mass populace to further involve [factions of] the government in an attempt to shut them up, to keep them even more busy quieting them and trying to 'stop more information about UFOs from getting out.' You'd have the mass populace to a state where they distrusted the government. 'Oh, why don't they believe us? Why can't they understand that these things are really happening? We're not crazy!'

"So you would have battles constantly about whether UFOs exist or they don't exist. You would have the public and the government at each other's throats. You would set two major superpowers at each other's throats. And you would

8 have set up groups like 'haves' -- the wealthy but contented -- and the 'have- nots.' You would plant the seeds of massive discontent.

"Eventually you might have some show of ships landing in the 1990s. One or two. By the time they have landed, be assured they will be in complete control. You will start doing crossbreeds and more crossbreeds, generation after generation.

"You bribe the government with a few tidbits -- a Star Wars system. You tease and tempt the Soviet Union with a laser system far finer than any of their own scientists could think of. And you always have that subtle inference -- just on the borderline of consciousness so that UFOs don't seem believable, yet you keep it couched in secrecy and make it seem quite so insane that no one would believe them.

On top of it, you would unleash forces that would want to kill the UFO contactees if they disclosed that the CIA is dealing with the exact same things the [contact victim] is.

"Maybe one or two hundred years from now, some of the Greys will even physically mingle and you may have some creatures walking around who are pretty much hybrids between Greys and your own race. For now, anything that walks around will look much like yourselves. It's simpler. It holds down on mass panic.

"Everyone who has experiences with them [Greys] will be at odds with the government. To add to that, we will go into a complete phase of earthquake after earthquake and upheaval after upheaval.

"The inner core of the CIA is deeply controlled by the Greys. The CIA sees interaction with the Greys as a path to greater scientific achievement.

"One reason you are seeing so many different kinds of UFOs is that other cultures are watching with extreme interest. Scientists from other cultures arrive to watch. The Greys have not only taken over the intelligence agencies, they have also taken over what those agencies call 'lunatic fringe groups.'"

Well, that's what the Nordic had to say. The source of this also makes the following commentary:

"The ultimate evil is that masked form of psychological complacency that leads one to adhere to a group philosophy rather than eke out one's own horizons. As

9 soon as you acquire an awareness of being a so-called 'chosen special group,' you are on the way to a fall. That is the seed of destruction in any society and any culture and it leaves it vulnerable. It will be the eventual undoing of the Greys as well. They see not their error -- it is the very weakness they seize upon that is their own inherent weakness. To try and change a Grey, or a cultish type of 'Star Person,' or a CIA member is futile. It will happen, but all in its own good time... it is the spirit that makes anyone stand up and disagree with something that is untrue and incorrect that will be the thorn in the side of the Greys, and the other forces that have allied with them."

The Men in Black

All things considered, UFO research has become pretty much of a circus today, and the most intriguing and controversial sideshow skirting the edges is the question of the "silencers," or the mysterious "Men in Black." There is a strong subliminal appeal in these accounts of visits by mysterious dark-suited figures (I have been visited myself, as have others I've known) attempting to silence UFO witnesses. A typical situation would be that a witness has a UFO sighting or UFO-related experience. Shortly thereafter he is visited by one or more odd-looking men who relate to him the minutest details of his experience, even though he has as yet told no one for fear of ridicule or other reasons.

The men warn him about spreading the story of his experience around and sometimes even threaten him personally, sometimes obliquely, sometimes directly. Any evidence, if it exists, is confiscated in one way or another. Sometimes the visit is for some totally meaningless reason and the subject of UFOs is hardly mentioned, if at all. But again, the men all seem to look alike.

We actually seem to find ourselves in close proximity to beings who obviously must be directly connected in some way with the objects themselves or the source behind them, yet they seem to be functioning unobtrusively within the framework of our own everyday existence.

10 The classic conception of an MIB is a man of indefinite age, medium height and dressed completely in black. He always has a black hat and often a black turtleneck sweater. They present an appearance often described as "strange" or "odd." They speak in a dull monotone voice, "like a computer," and are dark- complexioned with high cheekbones, thin lips, pointed chin, and eyes that are mildly slanted.

The visitors themselves are often on absurd missions. They have reportedly posed as salesmen, telephone repairmen or representatives from official or unofficial organizations. Their mode of transportation is usually large and expensive cars -- Buicks or Lincolns, sometimes Cadillacs, all black, of course.

I might note at this point that their physical appearance also has included beings that have pale-greyish skin, and that some of them have been seen to have blond hair, yet they wear the clothing and drive the cars previously described.

Their cars often operate with the headlights off, but ghostly purple or greenish glows illuminate the interior. Unusual insignia have been seen emblazoned on the doors and the license plates are always unidentifiable or untraceable.

The fabric of their clothes has been described as strangely "shiny" or thin, but not silky -- almost as if they have been cut from a new type of fabric.

Their often-mechanical behavior has caused them to be described by some as being like robots or androids (think back to the Dulce lab).

A lot of descriptions of some of these "folks" are pretty bizarre. A businessman's family in Wildwood, New Jersey, was visited by an unusually large man whose pants legs hiked up when he sat down, revealing a green wire grafted onto his skin and running up his leg.

There are other cases of MIB appearing on the other side of a wet, muddy field after a heavy rain, but having no mud whatever on their brightly shined shoes and in the bitter cold, out of nowhere, wearing only a thin coat. Their shoes and wallets all seem new and hardly broken in.

They are not alone. They seem to have faceless conspirators in the nation's post offices and phone companies. Researchers and witnesses often report their mail

11 going astray at an unusually high rate and being bothered by bizarre phone calls where they are spoken to by metallic, unhuman-sounding voices.

Unusual noises on the phone, intensifying whenever UFOs are mentioned, and voices breaking in on conversations, have all led many people to suspect that their phones are being tapped.

One can't discuss the MIB for long without mentioning the name of John A. Keel, an author who has written much about them. Keel has done more than any other writer to publicize this bizarre aspect of the UFO situation. Keel suggests that the UFO are part of the environment itself and come from another time- space continuum; that most of the UFO phenomena is psychic and psychological rather than physical. Well, I personally would not define it that way, although those two components are certainly deeply involved in what's going on.

The first noted appearance of the MIB was in 1947, at the scene of the Maury Island incident, where some debris was ejected from a disk, and subsequently recovered by officials, who loaded them on an Army bomber which crashed on takeoff.

To illustrate a little how bizarre some of the incidents are regarding the MIB, I have assembled a short list of some of the more interesting factors in some cases: o An ex-Air Force man is gassed and interrogated by MIB after he has learned classified NASA secrets. o Closeup photos of UFOs were seized from a teenager who is also directly threatened by MIB. o MIB sighted in the lobby of the U.S. State Department leave a mysterious artifact. o MIB pose as Air Force officers to silence witnesses. o MIB tries to buy before-hours Coke and sings to birds in trees. o MIB disintegrates a coin in a witness' hand and tells him that his heart will do the same if he talks.

12 The J-Rod Source for the Yellow Book

Dan Burisch claims that J-Rod was the source of the Yellow Book, which puts things in a different perspective as J-Rod would have been, at least according to Burisch, a visitor from the future. The 'predictions' that the Yellow Book contains therefore would have been collected in the future as things that had happened in their past.

Many sources mention the presence of a being, called J-Rod, at Area 51. There are two main theories with regard to who J-Rod is. Most sources claim J-Rod is an extraterrestrial, a Grey to be more precise, and most likely from Zeta Reticulum (though it isn't clear whether he'd be a tall grey or not). He would have been part of an exchange program, and his main task here would have been to provide our scientist with knowledge.

And then there is the version of Dan Burisch. He claims to have been one of the scientists that interacted with J-Rod, and that J-Rod is actually a visitor from the future. In this version, several Grey species would be descendants from mankind, and they would now be visiting us from the future to correct some mistakes that ultimately will have a negative impact on the possibility of the future grey humans to survive. Those mistakes that they wanted to remedy would have lead to a cataclysm in 2012, which is what they are trying to avoid.

(So I assume they accomplished their mission or they were wrong on the date. As often happens with their predictions.)

As a side note: In 1954 President Eisenhower met with representatives of the P52 Orions at Edwards Air Force Base for the purpose of signing a treaty and was given something named the “Orion Cube” (AKA the Yellow Book) in exchange. The Orion Cube was an 8×8-inch square cube that was a quantum viewing device that when activated allows access to holographically recorded history and future probabilities.

Something called a Primary Looking Glass Device is housed in S4 Level 2. On either side of this device are 2 Einstein-Rosen Bridges (wormholes) and a series of galactic Positioning Codes that function as a compass. Also, on level 2 are 2 Star-gate jump-pads, the Project Side-kick storage facility, and Weapons Research and Development. Made up of six electro-magnetic fields.

13 The Looking Glass device with its height adjustable rotating cylinder when injected with argon gas, allows the forward and reverse warping of time/space by scientists. Housed inside this ring are multiple permanent electromagnets consistent with six electromagnetic fields that form above this device, revealing the probabilities of future events.

The secondary function of this device, when positioned at a 45° angle and tuned to a slightly different frequency it can function as an Einstein-Rosen Bridge.

While the Primary Looking Glass Device sounds like something that could also function as a time-travel machine, and I would assume that this alien technology, I wonder if there is any relation to the Yellow Book, if maybe it is an extension of the Yellow Book and is based on its technology?

The Clean Sphere measures fifty-two feet across and is domed by a 2-inch-thick plexiglass clear bubble which forms the containment area where the extraterrestrial biological entity (or EBE) known as J-Rod would be tested. The Dome would be hydraulically raised from the level below which made-up the EBE’s quarters. All interaction was conducted this way to prevent cross- contamination.

The Clean Sphere was filled with regular amounts of oxygen and nitrogen with 5% more hydrogen due to the J-Rod’s lung capacity. The Military referred to J- Rod as an Ambassador, the entity however considered himself a captive and was poorly treated throughout his 50-year tenure. This area was a quasi-embassy representing the Zeta Reticuli star system.

Dan Burisch would take tissue samples from the entity, who relayed to him telepathically, that he was a human from the future who was sent to Earth from a planet near Zeta Reticuli to find a cure to a genetic neuropathy defect.

During these interactions Burisch would be required to wear a positive pressure suit to keep out bio-contaminants, not unlike what the astronauts wore on the Apollo missions. The entity known as J-Rod was 3 ½ feet tall, large dark wrap around eyes, four-digit hands and feet and elongated arms.

The name J-Rod was derived when linguists asked the entity what his name was, he pointed to the letter j on a keyboard which is the 10th letter in the alphabet and the – key which when investigated was the number 5 in Egyptian\ Mayan

14 Hieroglyphs. Scientists took this to represent that he had come from astar system 15 light years from Earth. (A rather convoluted conclusion.) The EBE’s real name is Ch’el’ah.

Information on the Yellow Book from Bob Lazar:

According to Bob: I hate to repeat this stuff. I say this every time I mention it, because I have no other proof it's true, other than the fact that I read it; and I always follow that up by saying, yes, everything I read about the propulsion system turned out to be fact. But it's really far-fetched, and even though I did work with alien technology on flying saucers, I still find it difficult to come to grips with the physical alien thing in itself.

But as far as where that came from, yes, there was a book that was almost like a history of the development of the human race. It was written from a different point of view. I don't think that particular thing had a title to it. But that's where we were referred to as 'containers.' Any time the word 'human' came up, it was always replaced with the word 'containers.' Earth was referred to as Sol 3 instead of earth. It was a strangely written report.

The word 'containers' referred to people. Now, containers of what, I don't know. You can speculate on that until you turn BLUE."

I'll tell you exactly how it looked. It was certainly odd, in that it was written from another point of view. It was like a history book of us, like someone had been looking at the earth and written a brief history of what had happened, and how everything living here looked, so on and so forth. If you remember the old Collier's encyclopedias, in the section on anatomy they had the clear pages that you could turn, and there's the circulatory system, the organs, and so forth.

OK. This was one of the most fascinating things in the briefings, other than the information itself. As you turned the page -- it would be a picture of, for instance, an old adobe house -- and as you moved the page up, you'd see through the different levels of the house, almost like those little 3-D things you bend and see different views, but it was very smooth and clear, much higher resolution.

15 I'd just never seen anything like that. I don't know if it actually exists anywhere, or if we're talking about something of alien origin, but as you turn the page, you can see the superstructure, and then down to the wood itself, then the foundation. There again, there were no references to people. Everything was containers.

What they were talking about was the desirability of containers, and that the containers were not damaged. Now, people speculate on containers. Are they talking about containers of souls, something bizarre like that; or is it the opposite? Is the container the soul, and it contains the body? That's too far out really for me to grasp, but they were talking about the preservation of the containers, and how unique they are. Extremely, extremely unique... That life like ours was very difficult to find.

By the way, the Yellow Book, if flipped over, is two books put together. One's upside down. This way, it's kind of the basic history of earth. You flip it over and read it the other way, and it has to do with Reticulum Four, as they called it, which dealt with the alien civilization.

In effect, it was a history of the earth from an alien perspective. And then, on the other hand, an alleged history and perspective on Reticulum Four, which presumably is the planet that they came from. But of course, I can't attest to the validity of the information in there. Unfortunately, when I first opened the book the way it was sitting, and the way I was playing with the pages and the drawings in there, it was some time before I realized it had to do with a lot of the alien civilization. I wish I could have learned a lot more.

Still, on top of all that, even with photographs of autopsies and aliens, that was certainly not what I was interested in. Yes, it's fascinating and awe-inspiring, but I really wanted hardware."

Could this have been disinformation? The information is so extensive that it just seems inconceivable that someone could have made this up. The photographs seemed rather difficult to reproduce, except by some odd

16 technology. Having a photo lab, that's what intrigued me and why I played with it for so long.

Nothing like I have ever seen before, it was like a Mylar-based page, and it was almost a clear section where the picture was. It changed, but it didn't change in steps, like most diffraction-grating, 3-D looking pictures do.

Is it difficult for me to come to terms with this fairly certain knowledge that extraterrestrial beings are out there, and they've visited the earth, and they're probably still coming around, and so on? No, it's the only thing that makes sense. It takes a lot of the confusion out of things. A lot more knits together, and now things begin to make complete sense.

Yes, I have come to realize that this Yellow Book is real, maybe not exactly as we’ve been led to believe, maybe the government has been spreading a little disinformation around about it just to keep us away from the real-truth which, most likely, is far more fantastic and amazing than we have ever realized and if the real story was revealed, we would not be able to handle it and our head might explode.

The above information was an amazing revelation from Bob Lazar.

So, at times like these, when I get so serious about this stuff, I like to bring myself back down to Earth by reading this comment about the alien landing and their Yellow Book that someone shared with me:

“It's interesting when we read these stories and assume that the alien beings are giving us a gift that will enlighten our species. 17 How is this Yellow Book constructed?

As you’ve probably realized by now, this Yellow Book provided by the Ebens isn’t really a "book." It has been described as a crystal rectangular block. This block of alien material, approximately 2 1/2 inches thick and transparent in nature and appearance. It appears to be constructed of a clear, heavy fiberglass-type material. The border of the book is a bright yellow, which is why it is referred to as The Yellow Book.

Is this Apple iPad similar to the Is this starting to ring a bell in your head? Of appearance of the Yellow Book? course, we weren’t that tech savvy when the Yellow Book came onto the scene and our scientists were probably bewildered by it, but this Yellow Book seems to resemble something like an iPad!

Did Apple receive alien technology? Although the Yellow Book was more like a nuclear-powered iPad, there are many similarities.

How the Yellow Book works…

One way of stating it is that the Yellow Book, Yellow Cube, or Yellow Disc, technology does not utilize portals or wormholes, but rather it accesses the field of consciousness in order to show probable outcomes via a hologram. The Yellow Book when used would react with the people present viewing the possible future. It was noted that human interaction and human emotions would bring instability to the providence of the information that was seen. Where is the Yellow Book now? As noted earlier by Bob Lazar, it is at Area 51 which makes sense. There have been rumors that there are more than one. Where would they be? Wright-Patterson? Los Alamos?

How does it work? The reader simply looks at the transparent surface and suddenly words and pictures appear. When you place the book close to your eyes, you will begin seeing these words and images flashing before you.

18 (Actually, that probably isn’t that amazing. When I sit down at my desk, my Brother Printer detects my presence and awakens from its sleep and it comes to life and the screen lights up and it’s ready to go.)

Depending on the particular language you are thinking, that language will appear. So far, the U.S. Government has identified 80 different languages, now that is rather amazing.

From the screen appears an endless series of historical stories and photographs. The Yellow Book tells the story of the Eben’s lives, their exploration of the universe, their planet, their societal life and other aspects, including the Eben's longtime relationship with Earth. It tells of their first visit to Earth. It displays Earth as it was in those days.

The Yellow Book goes on and on and on and on.... I don't think anyone knows how long it goes on or that there is any way to find the "end" of the book. They claim that it would take a lifetime to read it and another lifetime to understand it.

It is claimed that a record of 22 straight hours was set by the President's Scientific Adviser. Also, there is no known way to stop reading in one particular place, put down The Yellow Book and then resume at the same place. Once you put down The Yellow Book and pick it up again later, the book starts from the beginning.

In other words, the "problem" with "reading" The Yellow Book is that one must start all over from the very beginning once you put it down. If it took you 12 hours to reach event 564 and then you put it down, you would have to start all over at the very first words and images displayed during your first read, and only once you passed the 12-hour mark would NEW information you had not seen in the previous sitting would now appear.

(I can’t believe there isn’t a way to enter a date or subject and have it start there, maybe they will find the secret way to make this happen.)

As an example of what’s in the Yellow Book, the Ebens claim our universe expands for about 25 billion years. It then contracts back to its beginning shape. Once the universe contracts, it expands again repeating the entire process. This is considered and referred to as "The Life Span of the Universe" by the Ebens, and we would refer to this as the "Inflation" Theory.)

19 Was Jesus Really an Alien?

(This subject may be offensive to many people, but just remember, I’m only reporting what the Yellow Book says, so don’t kill the messenger!)

The Yellow Book also shows an Eben, who took the appearance of an Earth Human [Jesus Christ].

According to "The Yellow Book," this Earth Human established religion on Earth and posted the first alien ambassador on Earth.

As revealed in the Yellow Book, Jesus Christ was a creation of one particular Alien group, the Ebens. Jesus was a genetically-engineered human-alien hybrid sent to Earth to teach the humans a lesson of love and tolerance, but I guess we didn’t learn this lesson!

As writer Arthur C. Clarke said, "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic." Is it any wonder that ancient people were impressed by the miracles of Jesus? This, of course, wasn't the first-time extraterrestrials tried to influence human affairs.

Previously, they successfully appeared to Moses as a "burning bush" (Alien craft and radiation?) and presented the Ten Commandments to mankind. The Aliens thought The Christ Project would be no different, but needless to say, their experiment went horribly awry. (Although many believe and teach that sacrificing his life was the main object of his sojourn on Earth) Supposedly, the EBENs were angry when they came back to check on Jesus' progress, only to find that the humans had killed him. And worse yet, these primitive Earthlings started worshiping him after that!

20 2000 years and millions of atrocities later, Jesus the space alien is still being worshiped as a God. Man is truly a pathetic creature ... desperately yearning for an "almighty being" to control and regulate their lives ... frantically looking for "God" in tortillas, oil stains, and tree trunks. Well, like it or not, hidden somewhere in some ultra-top-secret government facility (And even more likely to be in the Vatican archives) is probably clear evidence that most of the "gods" of Earth's ancient religions were Aliens.

How many of Earth’s religions are based on extraterrestrials interacting with humans, displaying technology, and being mistaken as "gods" by primitive humans. Kinda like the Cargo Cults in the Pacific during World War II, who worshipped the technologically-advanced Americans who flew to their islands and gave them food and displayed "miraculous" items like radios and guns.

Unfortunately, the Powers-That-Be are more than happy to have the human sheeple believe in false religions, which keep them pacified, compliant, and restrained. So, it is unlikely the general public will ever actually see the definitive evidence for themselves. But as logical, intelligent beings, we humans have the capability to recognize the truth about religion for ourselves.

Were Aliens present at the Crucifixion of Jesus?

I ask this because painted on the walls of the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (Northwest of the Georgian capital Tbilisi) , is an image of Christ that has sent conspiracy theorists into a frenzy.

21 crafts or some form of advanced technology which humans, of course, clearly would not have had 2000 years ago.

The ships are dome like, with three trails coming out of each which look like a propellant of some kind or possibly lights shining down.

Art historians who have studied the 11th century painting claim that the strange crafts actually represent guardian angels, but during the Byzantine period, which was present in south east Europe and south west Asia up until the 1450s, angels were depicted as human-like with wings.

The unknown artist seems to be telling us that these flying saucers were present during the death of Jesus. The faces likely mean these crafts were piloted by people, or beings, that seem to play a central role in the event.

They must have been part of the crucifixion story, at least as it was taught by the Georgian Orthodox Church. “Were early artists and the Orthodox Church aware of certain facts about ancient aliens that have been veiled from us today?”

22 This may come as a surprise to you, but throughout history, Jesus Christ and Christianity have been linked to alien activity.

Two separate texts from Egypt, now being held in the Morgan Library and Museum in New York City and the other at the Museum of the University of Pennsylvania, which have been deciphered in the past few years and they actually suggest that Jesus was an alien shape-shifter! Now this is really getting bizarre!

The text describes Judas’ betrayal of Christ:

"Then the Jews said to Judas: ‘How shall we arrest him (Jesus)? For he does not have a single shape but his appearance changes. Sometimes he is ruddy, sometimes he is white, sometimes he is red, sometimes he is wheat colored, sometimes he is pallid like ascetics, sometimes he is a youth, sometimes an old man’.”

Another reading, written in the Coptic language – a form of Egyptian – describes how Pontius Pilate had dinner with Jesus the night before his crucifixion.

This Roman, who is considered a Saint in Coptic churches which would explain the favorable view of him, then tells Jesus:

“Well then, behold, the night has come, rise and withdraw, and when the morning comes, and they accuse me because of you, I shall give them the only son I have so that they can kill him in your place.”

To which Jesus responds:

"Oh Pilate, you have been deemed worthy of a great grace because you have shown a good disposition to me."

Jesus then supposedly showed Pilate that he can escape if he chose to by shape-shifting. The text reads:

"Pilate, then, looked at Jesus and, behold, he became incorporeal: He did not see him for a long time.”

The 'Annunciation with Saint Emidius' is an altar piece painted by Italian artist Carlo Crivelli in 1486. It was crafted to commemorate Angel Gabriel's announcement to the Virgin Mary that she would give birth to Jesus.

23 Conspiracy theorists suggest that the ring depicted in the top left, shining light onto Mary, is an alien craft.

But art experts say that it simply shows a small collection of angels gathered around a circle of clouds. The ring and light represent the holy spirit descending towards the Virgin Mary.

The Baptism of Christ, 1710

Art experts suggest that this painting is a reference to a religious passage: 'The heavens opened, and the Spirit descended like a dove and put lighting upon him'.

It was painted by Dutch artist Aert De Gelder in the 18th century.

UFO hunters suggest that the disc-like object, shown shining light onto John the Baptist and Jesus, could be a UFO.

'This scene has been illustrated by many artists,' says internet UFO theorist website: The Ancient Aliens.

However, this scene is particularly interesting because of the flying saucer hovering over the scene with beams of light shining down and illuminating the event.'

'Considering De Gelder’s reputation as one of the elite artists of his time, it is likely this work was intended to be taken seriously and meant to communicate that Jesus had ties to aliens and perhaps was of alien origins.

"Close Encounters of the Third Kind" and the Yellow Book:

Did you realize that before Close Encounters of the Third Kind, there was the movie E.T. Which was a representation of an actual extraterrestrial visitation by Ebe, a chrolorphyll-based alien recovered from the infamous Roswell crash in 1949?

Steven Spielberg's 1977 film, "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" is based on the famous Holloman landing (When the U.S. Government was presented with The Yellow Book by the Ebens) as well as the human-ET exchange depicted at the very end of the film with ten men and two women who are shown embarking on the alien spacecraft.

25 As you are aware, the title of Spielberg’s movie came from the UFO classification developed by astronomer and UFO researcher, J. Allen Hynek’s classification of UFO encounters:

Encounters of the first kind: Someone sees a UFO at a distance closer than 500 feet and is able to give a pretty good description of the object.

Encounters of the second kind: The viewing of an UFO creates a physical sensation. For example, the encounter may involve a feeling of heat, or a feeling of paralysis in the body.

Encounters of the third kind: Encounters in which a type of “animated alien creature” accompanies the UFO encounter.

Hynek was an Advisor to the U.S. Air Force on several of its UFO study projects. While he was bound by security clearances, he was undoubtedly privy to information that he was unable to share publicly. Did you realize that he also had a cameo appearance in the Spielberg movie.

In the movie, there are human encounters with extraterrestrials. Could there be any truth to this story? Is it possible that Earth has contacted ETs or that Americans have visited other planets? What about President Ronald Reagan’s knowledge of Project Serpo?

The transcript of a President Ronald Reagan briefing by then CIA Director William Casey was discovered. It was a Top-Secret Meeting and the recording happened between March 6 and 8, 1981. 26 Should we fear the Yellow Book?

Ok, since it has been established that the Yellow Book can recognize speakers of at least 80 Earthly languages and reach them in their own languages, obviously it was created to educate all Earthly humans and not to be a reference book to provide information to the aliens. So, my next question is: Have these instruments been distributed to other governments around the World? Or is that its purpose?

We often hear of abductees having been taken aboard an alien craft and being shown things that will take place in the future or subjects that we will be educated on. Is that it’s real purpose? And if that is its real purpose, is this information real or disinformation to try and trick us?

Since it has been shown that our government can easily track us and have access to our conversations and data through our own electronic devices, could it also be possible that the Yellow Book is also a two-way device so that they can eavesdrop on our governments and military installations, or even spy on our whole World from the comfort of their own planet? Or even worse to control and disable our minds by remote control? That’s not so farfetched since our governments have been working on perfecting this possibility for a long time.

28 So, who are these Ebens?

I guess you could say that their technical name is EBEs. Our government referred to them as Extraterrestrial Biological Entities (EBEs). But they called themselves "Ebens."

The Ebens are from the Zeta Reticuli twin star system Zeta Reticuli I and II, and are near twin, 5th magnitude yellow stars which are 38.42 light-years away. In one instance, the Ebens claim it takes them 91 days to reach Earth from their planet. And another time they claimed it took nine months. They have space travel capabilities and can venture through space defying the time barrier.

The official Defense Intelligence Agency designation of their planet is:

Ebens - Planet Serpo, DIA designation DIALP-0916 - Star System - Zeta Reticuli

(DIALP stands for [Defense Intelligence Agency Life Planet)

(Evidence gleaned from both the Betty and Barney Hill abduction case and from other intelligence sources has suggested that the home of at least one group of alien 'visitors" to Earth may well be the Zeta Reticuli system.)

The Ebens planet is similar to Earth, but the air is a bit thinner and contains a higher proportion of Argon and Helium. Also, the average temperature is a bit cooler especially in the northern part of their planet. They like our high mountain

29 regions where the air is thinner, and the temperature is cooler. They can't stand a lot of heat.

Maybe this explains the number of alien underground bases in places like Mt. Shasta, Siberia and the Himalayas?

These Ebens are creatures about 3'4" to 3'8" tall. Their eyes are extremely large, almost insect style with a couple of different inner lids. Their skin structure is very elastic and hard. Probably hardened from their sun."

Facts on the Ebens Revealed by Retired U.S. Government Employee in 2005…

He claims: I won't go into any great details about my past, but I was involved in a special program.

As for Roswell, it occurred, but not like the story books tell. There were two crash sites. One southwest of Corona, New Mexico and the second site at Pelona Peak, south of Datil, New Mexico.

The crash involved two extraterrestrial Artist depiction of one of the Eben spacecraft aircraft. The Corona that crashed on rancher Mac Brazel's land site was found a day later by an archaeology team. This team reported the crash site to the Lincoln County Sheriff's department. A deputy arrived the next day and summoned a state police officer. One live entity [EBE] was found hiding behind a rock.

30 The entity was given water but declined food. The entity was later transferred to Los Alamos.

The information went to Roswell Army Air Field. The site was examined, and all evidence was removed. The bodies were taken to Los Alamos National Laboratory because they had a freezing system that allowed the bodies to remain frozen for research. The craft was taken to Roswell and then onto Wright Field, Ohio.

The second site was not discovered until August 1949 by two ranchers. They reported their findings several days later to the sheriff of Catron County, New Mexico. Because of the remote location, it took the sheriff several days to make his way to the crash site. Once at the site, the sheriff took photographs and then drove back to Datil.

Sandia Army Base, Albuquerque, New Mexico was then notified. A recovery team from Sandia took custody of all evidence, including six bodies. The bodies were taken to Sandia Base, but later transferred to Los Alamos.

The live entity established communications with us and provided us with a location of his home planet. The entity remained alive until 1952, when he died. But before his death, he provided us with a full explanation of the items found inside the two crafts. One item was a communication device. The entity was allowed to make contact with his planet.

Somehow, I never knew this information, but a meeting date was set for April 1964 near Alamogordo New Mexico. The Aliens landed and retrieved the bodies of their dead comrades. Information was exchanged. Communication was in English. The aliens had a translation device.

In 1965, we had an exchange program with the aliens. We carefully selected 12 military personnel; ten men and two women. They were trained, vetted and carefully removed from the military system. The 12 were skilled in various specialties.

Near the northern part of the Nevada Test Site, the aliens landed and the 12 Americans left. One entity was left on Earth. The original plan was for our 12 people to stay 10 years and then return to Earth.

31 But something went wrong. The 12 remained until 1978, eight returned – two having died on Serpo and two having chosen to remain, according to the returnees. Of the eight that returned, all have died. The last survivor died in 2002.

The returnees were isolated from 1978 until 1984 at various military installations. The Air Force Office of Special Investigation (AFOSI) was responsible for their security and safety. AFOSI also conducted debriefing sessions with the returnees.

Why the Ebens Came to Earth…

The Ebens claim that when they first came to Earth they were involved in the genetic examination of Earth humans and used alien bio-genetic engineering to create present day homo sapiens.

These Ebens then left and there is some confusion as to how often they returned. There is mention about returning 2,000 years ago and we know that they returned in the early '40s, setting up a base in northern New Mexico. In 1947, two of their spacecrafts crashed in southern New Mexico. We discovered them and this began a fascinating relationship with the Ebens.

Alien/Hybrid Genetically Altered Aliens Related to the Ebens…

It gets complicated when you try to compare these genetically altered creatures. The Ebens have created several different breeds of genetically altered creatures. The Hepaloids have also created several different genetically altered creatures.

Some are hybrid mixtures. That is why it is so complicated to try to fully understand all the different alien races. And it gets even a lot more complicated than that. Not only have the Ebens created a hybrid race -- which are grey in color -- but the Trantaloids also created a grey race of hybrids.

32 Ebe #1, #2 and #3

Ebe #I was found in the Roswell crash site near Corona, NM. He was slightly hurt and quickly recovered from his wounds. He was a mechanic. He was able to communicate through pictures with Army personnel. They placed him in an isolation room at the Roswell Army Airfield. Then in September 1947, he was transferred to Kirtland Field and was again isolated in a medical unit.

During this time period, Ebe #1 worked with This photo may be a legitimate image of top military linguists. They were able to an 'EBEN' (extraterrestrial biological communicate with him by showing him entity). Taken from a 3-second video clip, the image shows bruising on the photographs. They later developed symbols to neck and face communicate words. (In linguistics, these are known as logograms or logographs).

Eventually, Ebe #I was able to utilize these symbols to communicate his wants and needs.

He was able to eat simple foods, such as bread, fruits, pasta, salads, and cheese. However, meats caused him problems and he would vomit the meats. He was examined by numerous medical doctors and scientists. They took skin samples, examined his body fluids and conducted X-rays on him. They found that he had one primary organ that worked as his heart and lungs; that was a combined organ.

He had a simple digestion system. One organ worked as a stomach and one other organ worked as his intestines. They could find no liver, pancreas, or gall bladder. Apparently, Ebe #l's stomach acted as all of these organs or he just didn't need them. He had small glands on his hands, arms and legs. His glands would enlarge at certain times. Scientists could not figure out what these glands were for nor their use.

Ebe #I measured 4'3" tall and weighed 60-lbs. His weight never varied; however, his height did. During the winter months, his height would increase by about one (1) inch. His body generated heat by some means that our scientists could not

33 determine. He wore a tight-fitting 1-piece suit. That suit was all he needed to maintain his correct body heat. This suit was made of an elastic material that retained warmth and kept out cold. His body temperature of 101 degrees almost never varied. He was provided with a blanket, but he rarely used it.

His blood was light red, and contained similar cells to humans, such as red and white blood cells. This blood also contained numerous things our scientists couldn’t identify. His body did not require a large quantity of water or fluids. He was able to extract the fluids required to maintain his proper levels through the breakdown of food. His body was able to somehow determine the correct amount of fluids required and eliminate the remaining unused fluids. It was determined that eating was not a pleasurable activity for him, but rather just a necessity.

Ebe #l was always calm, kind and very considerate. He never got excited, rude nor was mean spirited. He was very social, even though he couldn't understand others around him. He liked to touch people and learned that holding a human hand was a common social practice. He was very docile. Even when scientists were poking and examining him, he seemed to understand as he just let them go about their business. He was always willing to communicate or attempted to communicate. He quickly learned the symbols system and eventually learned our language in a very simple way.

In 1950, Ebe #l was moved to a special facility created for him at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. He lived in a little 3-room apartment. His handler, who was assigned to him in 1949, joined him and lived with him in the apartment. They became such great companions that neither wanted to separate.

It was found that he could not speak our language because of the lack of vocal cords in his throat (the Ebens communicated via tonal inflections amongst themselves). A brilliant doctor developed a device that was implanted into Ebe #l's throat which allowed him to speak English. Although crude, he was able to speak simple sentences and to eventually communicate through English to his handler.

During the entire time Ebe #1 was alive, he had medical problems. He developed a rash on his body that irritated him. Several different medicines were tried and eventually the rash went away. He developed a cough that

34 seemed to be connected to a food allergy. They found that certain fruits would cause the cough. Eventually, the cough subsided, but he was left with a sore throat.

Ebe #1 was shown the items recovered in the Roswell crash site. He was able to teach us how to utilize the communication and energy devices. We also found a medical kit, which contained small injectable tubes. He didn't know what each item was for, but he explained they were for injuries. Scientists experimented and determined that each tube contained a chemical substance. Not knowing what they were for, they were cautious not to use them on him for fear they would do more harm than good.

No rescue mission was able to be launched for Ebe #1 because the only two Eben crafts that were near Earth crashed. He did say they sent a distress signal to Planet Serpo, but it would take at least nine months for the nearest rescue craft to reach them. He died in 1952 at Los Alamos, and his body, along with those of his crew mates, were returned to the Ebens in 1964 during the meeting in New Mexico. The Eben craft was stored in Ohio and then moved to Nevada. It is believed to be at the Nevada Test Site.

Ebe #1 and the Communication Device…

Ebe #1 provided a communication device that allowed us to contact Planet Serpo. This communication device was onboard the Eben craft that crashed in July 1947 near Corona, New Mexico. Ebe #1 showed us the proper use of this communication device prior to his death.

However, the device did not function properly, and no contact could be made with Planet Serpo. Just prior to Ebe #1's death, an American scientist from Los Alamos figured out how the device worked and connected an energy source found in the Eben craft to the communication device.

With Ebe#1's assistance and language input, several signals were sent during the summer of 1952. In early fall of 1952, we received several signals on the device.

35 Ebe #1 translated the messages and provided us with that information. Ebe #1 sent six messages:

1. The first message was just letting his planet know he was alive. 2. The second message explained the crash in 1947 and the death of his crew. 3. The third message asked for a rescue craft for him. 4. The fourth message suggested a formal meeting with leaders of Earth. 5. The fifth message suggested an exchange program.

(NOTE: It is believed, but not documented, that Ebe #1's U.S. military caretaker had suggested to Ebe #1 that an exchange program be set up which would allow our people to visit and exchange culture, scientific information and collect astronomical information during a space trip by an American military team or what eventually became known as The Team Members.)

6. The sixth message provided landing coordinates for any future rescue or visitation mission to Earth. The incoming messages gave a time and date (Eben date and time system) and confirmed a landing location. However, once the message was translated by Ebe #1, it was determined the date was over 10 years away. Fearing that Ebe #1, who was sick at this point, did not translate the message correctly, our scientists began to translate the message, based on the Eben language that was taught to us by Ebe #1.

(NOTE: Ebe #1 was a mechanic, not a scientist. He was still able to teach us some of the Eben language. It was documented that we translated about 30% of the Eben language. Complex sentences and numbers could not be recognized.)

Ebe #1 assisted us as long as he was alive. But once he died, then we were on our own. We sent several messages over a six-month period (1953). But we did not receive any return messages. We fine-tuned our efforts over the next 18 months and finally sent two messages in 1955 and received a reply.

We were able to translate about 30% of the messages. We turned to several linguist specialists from several U.S. universities and even several from foreign universities.

Finally, we were able to translate most of the messages. We decided to reply in English and see if the Ebens could translate our language easier than we could

36 theirs. Approximately four months later, we received a reply in broken English. Sentences that contained nouns, adjectives, but no verbs.

It took us several months to translate the messages. We then sent Eben our typed English lessons. Six months later, we received another English message. This time it was clearer, but not clear enough.

Ebens were confusing several different English words and still failed to complete a proper sentence. But we were able to provide the basic skill level for them to communicate in English. In one message, they provided us with a form of the Eben alphabet, with the equivalent English letter.

Our linguist specialist had a very difficult time figuring this out. The written Eben language was simple characters and symbols, but our linguist specialist had an extremely difficult time comparing the two written languages.

Over the next five years, we were able to perfect our understanding of the Eben language (somewhat) and the Ebens were able to better understand English. However, we had a major problem. Trying to coordinate a date, time and location for an Eben landing on Earth.

Even though we could basically understand some Eben and the Ebens could understand some English, we could not understand their time and date system and they could not understand ours. We sent them our Earth's rotation schedule, revolution, date system, etc. For some reason, the Ebens never understood this.

In return, the Ebens sent us their system, which was difficult for our scientists to understand because we had no reference to their planet. The Ebens did not explain any astronomical data of Planet Serpo or their system. We then decided to just send pictures showing the Earth, landmarks and a simple numbering system for time periods.

The Ebens sent back a message indicating they would return to Earth on a particular number date and location that we chose. The date was April 24, 1964 and the location was in the southern sector of White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico.

Ebe #2 - (1964-1984) came as part of an exchange program from the third planet of Zeta 1 and resided in a Los Alamos safe house.

37 Ebe #3 was a female that arrived in 1978 and left in either '89 or '93. Reagan supposedly had meetings with two of the EBEs.

The Escaped Alien – Area 51 Gate 3 Incident:

There was some discussion of an incident known as ''Gate 3'' in which a ''cloned biological entity'' escaped a containment area in Area 51 and was subsequently shot, after the entity ''pulverized'' a guard.

It is claimed that there are still classified portions of this incident that have NOT been released.

First of all, the weapon used by the CBE [Cloned Biological Entity] was stolen from a research laboratory room. The weapon was an "Energy Directed Device" (EDD), which was given to us by the Ebens.

The EDD was in a locked container inside the S2 research room. An extensive investigation disclosed that JROD had obtained the weapon, unlocked the CBE’s room and gave the CBE the weapon.

Why? JROD wanted the CBE to protect himself. The EDD could be set for "stun" (similar to a present-day Taser) or the "kill" mode. JROD wanted the CBE to escape and be free. JROD realized he could never be free since he had a duty and obligation to stay. JROD was extremely dedicated, but apparently didn’t feel the CBE needed to be contained.

Gate 3 Incident DATE: This incident occurred in April 1983

BACKGROUND: Gate 3 was a designation for an entrance into the Groom Lake Complex. This gate connected the Groom Lake complex with Area 51. The gates surrounding the Groom Lake complex were the responsibility of a private security company [Wackenhut Corp]. There was a mixture of private security and military security for the complex.

38 EVENT: The incident occurred when a "Visitor," [Extraterrestrial Entity/ETE] being housed at Area 51, S-2 facility escaped. A massive search was started by military and private security forces. The Visitor was on foot and left the underground S-2 facility through an open vault door.

NARRATIVE: Part of the search team was the Director of Security for the Groom Lake complex and an agent from the Air Force Office of Special Investigation [AFOSI], who was the counter intelligence officer for the complex. Both were traveling in a jeep from the back gate of Groom Lake to the gate leading into Area 51, called Gate 3.

As the jeep approached Gate 3, the OSI agent noticed the guard was missing from the required location outside the gate house. As the jeep stopped, the OSI Agent got out of the jeep to investigate.

CRITICAL MASS: The OSI agent walked up to the gate to check on the guard. As the OSI agent got closer to the front door of the gate, the OSI agent noticed the interior of the gate was blood splattered. The OSI agent noticed only small pieces of human body parts were left of a human being. The OSI agent returned to the jeep and contacted the Central Security Control (main/primary security office for the complex) and reported the findings. The Director of Security contacted his office by way of a radio phone mounted inside the jeep. The OSI agent, armed with only an automatic pistol, walked around the area searching for a perpetrator.

FLASHPOINT: The OSI agent located the "Visitor," lying down near an underground water culvert. The OSI agent challenged the Visitor, ordering the Visitor to give up. The Visitor walked away, followed by the OSI agent. At some point, the OSI agent fired his weapon at the Visitor, as a warning. The Visitor, turned and pointed something at the OSI agent. The OSI agent fired directly at the Visitor, hitting the Visitor directly in the chest with two (2) rounds from the 45- caliber automatic pistol. The Visitor fell to the ground. It took about 18 minutes for additional security forces to arrive. The Visitor was placed inside a containment chamber and transported back to the S-2 facility. The Visitor recovered from the wounds.

FOLLOW-UP: The incident was investigated by the FBI and Air Force Office of Special Investigation [AFOSI]. THE INCIDENT REMAINS CLASSIFIED.

IDENTITY OF THE ALIEN: The name of the creature involved in "The Gate 3 Incident" was Archquloid. The alien is described as one of the "Big Nosed Grays." It was a 5' 6"tall, gray or tan being with large, black, slanted eyes and a mushroom-like head, with four long fingers. They have yellow eyes with vertical pupils and very large, beaked noses. They are genetically engineered by the Ebens [cloned?] and were given to the U.S. Government for observation/examination/study by the Ebens.

VISITOR HOUSING: This particular Visitor lived in "The Bubble"officially known as "The Clean Sphere" located between Levels 2 and 3 of the 8-level S-2 facility at Area 51. If memory serves me right, there were 12-15 compartments within "The Clean Sphere" or "Bubble" which was located at the south end of the S-2 facility.

Both the Archquloid and J-ROD lived in two of the 12-15 compartments marked "Visitor Containment." What we speculate is that because the Archquloid had to live its primary existence in "The Clean Sphere" and could only spend a minimal amount of time in our atmosphere, that an OVER exposure to our atmosphere somehow affected its sanity and intellect. Furthermore, it caused the creature to become delusional, disoriented and lose its mental faculties for sound reasoning, analysis and judgment. In street parlance, it "lost its mind" or was of unsound mind which accounts for his escape from the high-security "Clean Sphere" facility and the resulting homicide of the security guard.

MODERATOR's NOTE: ONLY the following section was written by a confidential source within the Defense Intelligence Agency and is a current sitting member of "The DIA-6." He appears to have a different take on the cause of the Visitor's aberrant, dysfunctional, frenzied and near hysterical behavior.

"VISITOR" SUPPLEMENTARY BACKGROUND INFORMATION: This particular "Visitor" was suffering from a medical[mental/emotional] condition. Consider the following: - this creature came to this planet from another solar system; - traveled about 38 light years [38.42]; - was locked up in a special containment housing complex; - was shocked by our civilization and our culture; - was not allowed to leave; - was under strict compliance controls (metal straps that shocked the creature when it tried to leave or did not comply with our instructions), and; - was unable to communicate in our language. It was probably suffering from PTST [Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome].

40 Not many people have read The Yellow Book, but those who have made detailed reports on it for presidents. Those reports are gathered in what is called The Red Book.

The Red Book should be considered an extension of the Yellow Book, as information translated from The Yellow Book will often find its way into The Red Book where it is combined with information from other sources.

"The Red Book" was written by the U.S. Government. It contains volumes of information we have gathered regarding our contacts with Extraterrestrial Life Forms.

What actually occurs is that as UFO reports come in deemed credible by the reporting government agency -- be it military or civilian -- they are routed to a special section of our government for a follow-up analysis.

After that vetting process is completed, they are then sent to a special group (Which must remain unnamed) which then places it for final review for possible inclusion into "The Red Book."

"The Red Book " is the main source of information for the Executive Summary which is delivered to most U.S. Presidents.

"The Red Book " includes only the most important, compelling cases and also includes an analysis of any trends, types of sightings, human contacts with the ETEs and any national security concerns our government or planet might have.

Pentagen is the substance that aggravates the energy process inside the CR. The Pentagen inside the CR is not radioactive and will not decay.

U.S. Production of Pentagen (Hydrogen-5):

Much of this process is top-secret. First, Tritium is made by capturing neutrons in helium gas. To supply the neutrons, protons are energized in a linear accelerator and used to bombard a heavy-metal target made of tungsten and lead, creating neutrons in a process known as spallation.

The resulting neutrons are moderated (slowed) by collisions with lead and water, increasing the efficiency of their capture in helium gas flowing through the target to make tritium. The tritium is then extracted from the gas continuously, providing supply to the stockpile.

While making Tritium, U.S. researchers discovered that another isotope quickly vanished in the process. In fact, several isotopes were discovered that bounced off the tungsten metal. So U.S. researchers began a program that attempted to capture these elusive isotopes. One secret facility was built on the Nevada Test Site. This facility was called "The Lance."

The cover story for this facility was that it contained an experimental chemical production accelerator. "The Lance" Tritium production facility contained an Injector, Accelerator, Containment building, Collection Apparatus and a Storage Vessel.

43 While the exact details of MAKING PENTAGEN is highly classified, here is a rough explanation:

The INJECTOR: The process starts with the injector. A high energy beam is directed at hydrogen atoms and accelerating them to form a proton beam. This beam differs from the tritium beam in that instead of a low energy beam, this beam is a high energy beam, enhanced with a Chemical Laser booster.

The ACCELERATOR: The protons are accelerated by mixing a Carbon atom and Nitrogen-13 isotope. This creates two carbon atoms, positron and a neutrino. The B13 isotopes fuses to form a high energy booster (gamma).

The CONTAINMENT BUILDING: The Containment Building was built to house the Injector and Accelerator. This building actually contains an underground tunnel that leads from the Accelerator Facility to the Containment Building. Because of the fusion and radiation involved in the accelerator process, the Containment Building had to be over 1 Kilometer away. The exact reason for this is not known. The Accelerator beam is directed from the Accelerator facility to the Containment Building (tunnel).

The COLLECTION APPARATUS: This facility contains a complex series of filters, which contains chemicals and other classified items. It is believed to be similar to the tritium spallation process, however, there are several different steps involved. The injection port contains "leak valves," which contains a flow meter that measures the leakage of Pentagen from this port. The leaking Pentagen is collected. Polonium is used in this process, however the exact method is not known. Argon gas is also used in one of the filtering systems. One filter contains Zinc lined vessels that are charged with electrons.

The STORAGE VESSEL: This storage vessel is where the Pentagen is finally collected and stored. The interior of the Vessel is lined with an alloy of Beryllium. The Vessel contains several complex collection tubes that collects, cools and stores the Pentagen during the final production process. The final product is collected in liquid helium, which is charged with gamma radiation. In September 2002 the U.S.

44 had collected 53.5 picocuries of Pentagen per liter of Helium. Once the Pentagen is needed, there is a process by which the Pentagen is extracted from the Helium. Of course, this process is classified.

"The Lance" is jointly operated by scientists from Los Alamos, Brookhaven, Livermore, Sandia, and Savannah River Plant. A company by the name of General Atomics built "The Lance." Eagle Systems is also a prime contractor.

According to one source, an "Alien Visitor" explained how Pentagen was made. But since the "Visitor" was explaining a system we could not fully understand, our scientists were only able to work with bits and pieces of the information. The U.S. first experimented with Pentagen processing in 1977 at Los Alamos.

Pentagen is the fifth isotope of Hydrogen. It is radioactive with a half-life of .34222 seconds. However, with a complex containment and storage system, Pentagen can be collected for an extended period of time.

Somehow, U.S. scientists found that Pentagen is produced naturally on the Planet Mercury. Pentagen vapors can be detected in the lower atmosphere of Mercury. In 2006, NASA started plans to send a probe to Mercury in an effort to collect Pentagen. Los Alamos created a secret project called, "Pindall," in order to build this special collection method for the space probe.

There is also an experiment using Pentagen to enhance energy output inside Electrical Transformers. Sandia Laboratory is currently conducting this experiment. The experiment is being conducted in Tech Area III.

The director of "The Lance," is Philip Conklin, a Department of Energy Scientist. "The Lance" expanded in 2008 in order to include two additional structures to house "new technology" in the production of Pentagen. It is believed that MIT and The University of Miami has experimented with the collection of Hydrogen-5 by using a Chlorofluorocarbon system of collecting the Hydrogen-5. However, according to Department of Energy (DOE), this method

45 does not work! Hydrogen-4, which was also collected, was shown to be too unstable to capture and retain for any extended period.

"The Lance" was originally manned by 62 scientists and technicians and has most likely exceed that number by now.

UPDATE ON THE CR (Crystal Rectangle - Energy Source) Since 1956, many experiments were conducted using the CR. Most of the experiments were conducted by Los Alamos or a contractor for the Department of Energy. Remember that the CR was described as follows:

The dimensions were 26cm x 17cm x 2.5cm. The CR weighs 728 grams. There is a possibility that "two" CR exists. One that weighed 668 grams and one that weighed 728 grams. There was a notation in a classified document that read:

PVEED-1 [Particle Vacuum Enhanced Energy Device]. This would indicate that there is a PVEED-2. Scientists do not refer to the CR as a CR but as a PVEED, or "The Magic Cube."

There is a small dot that moved around the inside when an energy demand was placed on the CR. Scientists have discovered that the substance contained in the dot was a perfectly rounded particle of charged antimatter.

Our scientists still don't understand how this piece of antimatter can remain stable until it is "tasked" with movement. And they still don't understand that once a demand is made to the CR, that the antimatter starts its movement and creates energy.

Our scientists have found the CR is made of an unknown material with several unknown elements that have been detected. One of the materials is similar to carbon, but not exactly like carbon as we know it. Another substance is similar to zinc, but not the same consistency of zinc.

46 Our scientists cannot explain the action of the antimatter and the actions of neutrons that are created and then disappear when the demand is lifted.

And our scientists cannot explain why the constant temperature of the CR is 72 degrees. Even when heat is directed on the CR, the temperature remains at 72 degrees. How this occurs cannot be explained.

Some scientists think the CR is operated remotely, perhaps by an unknown satellite in Earth's orbit. However, even when shielded, the CR operates normally. Could it be that it is not vulnerable to our shielding? Or that it has the capability to store data for a long period of time?

When an energy demand is placed on the CR, it creates a signal, that can be measured at 23.450 MHZ. However, when increased demand is placed on the CR the frequency is modulated from 23.450 MHZ to 46.900 MHZ or double the original frequency.

However, when the demand is reduced, the frequency drops to 1.25 KHZ, which is a constant frequency when no demand is placed on the CR. Regardless of what power demand is placed on the CR, the frequency NEVER raises to more than 46.900 MHZ!

There is a small set of squares which contain horizontal wires. The wires were determined to be similar to tungsten. The wires somehow conduct the energy by bouncing the neutrons off these wires back into the fluid. The small dot bounces against the wire when energy demand is placed on the CR.

Only certain wires would react or expand when energy demand was placed on the CR. Scientists think that, depending on the demand, only certain wires would expand. Somehow, the energy output would be controlled by the number of squares used.

The U.S. Government was able to make a duplicate of the CR. They made one in 2001 that actually worked ... for a short period of time. The operation was extremely classified, and the device blew up at the Nevada Test Site, injuring two employees.

1) 1947: CR found in the second crash site.

2) 1949: Los Alamos scientists first conducted experiments with CR. At this time, no one knew what it was. Some scientists thought it was just a window.

3) 1954: Sandia Labs conducted several experiments with the CR, but still didn't know its actual use.

4) 1955: CR was lent to Westinghouse for experiments.

5) 1958: CR was lent to Corning Glass in an effort to determine its construction material.

6) 1962: CR's first "official" test conducted at Los Alamos and published in a classified report.

7) 1970: CR was determined to be more than a window. The CR was found to fit into a space on the spacecraft. Scientists determined CR was some sort of energy device.

8) 1978: CR determined to be a high-powered energy device that provided electrical power to the spacecraft.

9) 1982: CR was first tested and produced energy.

10) 1987: CR was given to E-Systems for extensive testing.

11) 1990: CR was proven to be an UNLIMITED POWER SYSTEM. The construction and contents of the CR was learned. However, no one knew just how it worked.

12) 1998: CR project, "The Magic Cube" was started in an effort to accelerate the knowledge of the device.

13) 2001: CR project, "The Magic Cube" was transferred from Los Alamos' Futures Division to its "Special Projects ^ Section K" division.

In 1953 astronomers discovered large objects in space which were moving towards Earth. It was first believed that they were asteroids. Later evidence proved that the objects could only be spaceships. Project Sigma intercepted alien radio communication. When the objects reached the Earth, they took up a very high orbit around the equator.

There were several huge ships, and their actual intent was unknown. Project Sigma, and a new project, Plato, through radio communications using the computer binary language, was able to arrange a landing that resulted in face to face contact with alien beings from another planet. Project Plato was tasked with establishing diplomatic relations with this alien race of space aliens.

In the meantime, a race of human-looking aliens contacted the U.S. Government. This alien group warned us against the aliens that were orbiting the Equator and offered to help us with our spiritual development. They demanded that we dismantle and destroy our nuclear weapons as the major condition.

They refused to exchange technology citing that we were spiritually unable to handle the technology which we then possessed. They believed that we would use any new technology to destroy each other.

49 This race stated that we were on a path of self-destruction and we must stop killing each other, stop polluting the earth, stop raping the Earth's natural resources, and learn to live in harmony. These terms were met with extreme suspicion especially the major condition of nuclear disarmament.

It was believed that meeting that condition would leave us helpless in the face of an obvious alien threat. We also had nothing in history to help with the decision. Nuclear disarmament was not considered to be within the best interest of the United States. The overtures were rejected.

Later in 1954 the race of large nosed gray aliens which had been orbiting the Earth landed at Holloman Air Force base. A basic agreement was reached. This race identified themselves as originating from a planet around a red star in the Constellation of Orion which we call Betelgeuse.

They stated that their planet was dying and that at some unknown future time they wouldn’t be able to survive there. This led to a second landing at Edwards Air Force base. The historical event had been planned in advance and details of the treaty had been agreed upon. Eisenhower arranged to be in Palm Springs on vacation. On the appointed day the President was spirited away to the base and the excuse was given to the press that he was visiting a dentist.

Formal Treaty Signed

President Eisenhower met with the aliens and a formal treaty between the Alien Nation and the United States of America was signed. We then received our first Alien Ambassador from outer space. His name and his title was his "Omnipotent Highness Krlll", pronounced Krill. In the American tradition of disdain for royal titles, he was

50 secretly called "Original Hostage Krlll".

It is claimed that the alien flag is known as the "Trilateral Insignia". It is displayed on their craft and worn on their uniforms. Both of these landings and the second meeting were filmed. The films exist today.

The Treaty stated: The aliens would not interfere in our affairs and we would not interfere in theirs. We would keep their presence on earth a secret. They would furnish us with advanced technology and would help us in our technological development.

They would not make any treaty with any other earth nation. They could abduct humans on a limited and periodic basis for the purpose of medical examination and monitoring of our development with the stipulation that the humans would not be harmed, would be returned to their point of abduction, that the humans would have no memory of the event, and that the alien nation would furnish MJ-12 a list of all human contacts and abductees on a regularly scheduled basis.

It was agreed that each nation would receive the Ambassador of the other for as long as the treaty remained in force. It was further agreed that the Alien Nation and the United States would exchange 16 personnel each to the other with the purpose of learning, each of the other.

Underground Bases

The Alien "Guests" would remain on earth and the "human guests" would travel to the Alien point of origin for a specified period of time then return, at which point a reverse exchange would be made.

51 It was also agreed that bases would be constructed underground for the use of the Alien nation and that 2 bases would be constructed for the joint use the the Alien nation and the United States Government. Exchange of technology would take place in the jointly occupied bases.

These alien bases would be constructed under Indian reservations in the 4 corners area of Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado, and 1 would be constructed in Nevada in the area known as S-4 located approximately 7 miles south of the western border of Area 51.

All alien bases are under complete control of the Department of Naval Intelligence and all personnel who work in these complexes receive their checks from the Navy. Construction of the bases began immediately but progress was slow until large amounts of money were made available in 1957.

52 Deception and Mutilations

By 1955 it became obvious the aliens had deceived Eisenhower and had broken the treaty. Mutilated humans were being found along with mutilated animals all across the United States. It was suspected that the aliens were not submitting a complete list of human contacts and abductees to MJ-12 and it was suspected that not all abductees had been returned.

The Soviet Union was suspected of interacting with them and this proved to be true. It was learned that the aliens had been and were then manipulating masses of people through secret societies, witchcraft, magic, the occult, and religion.

After several Air Force combat air engagements with alien craft it also became apparent that our weapons were no match against them.

In November 1955, NSC 5412/2 was issued establishing a study committee to explore "All factors which are involved in making and implementing of foreign policy in the nuclear age." This was only a blanket of snow that covered the real subject of study, the alien question.

The Study Group

By secret Executive Memorandum, NSC 5411 in 1954, President Eisenhower had commissioned the study group to "examine all the facts, evidence, lies, and deception and discover the truth of the alien question. NSC5412/2 was only a cover that had become necessary when the press began inquiring as to the purpose of regular meetings of such important men.

The first meetings began at Quantico Marine Base. The study group was made up of 35 members of the Council on Foreign Relations. Secret scholars were known as "The Jason Society" of the "Jason Scholars". Dr. Edward Teller was invited to participate, Dr. Zbigniew Brzezinski was the study director for the first 18 months. Dr. Henry Kissinger was chosen as the group's study director for the second 18 months. Nelson Rockefeller was a frequent visitor during the study period.

54 The second phase meetings were also held at the Marine Base at Quantico Virginia and the group became known as Quantico II. Nelson Rockefeller built a retreat somewhere in Maryland which could only be reached by air for MJ-12 and the study committee so that they could meet away from public scrutiny.

This secret meeting place is known by the code name "The Country Club". Complete living, eating, recreation, library, and meeting facilities exist at the location.

The study group was "publicly" closed in the later months of 1958 and Henry Kissinger published what was officially termed the results in 1957 as "Nuclear Weapons and Foreign Policy" by Henry A. Kissinger, published for the Council on Foreign Relations by Harper & Brothers, New York. In truth the manuscript had already been 80% written while Kissinger was at Harvard.

The study group continued veiled in secrecy. A clue to the seriousness Kissinger attached to the study can be found in statements by his wife and friends. Many of them stated that Henry would leave home early each morning and return late each night without speaking to anyone or responding to anyone. It seemed as if he were in another world which held no room for anyone else.

These statements are very revealing. The revelations of the alien presence and actions during the study must have been a great shock. Henry Kissinger was definitely out of character during time surrounding these meetings. He would never again be affected in this manner no matter the seriousness of any subsequent event. On many occasions he would work very late into the night after having already put in a full day. This behavior eventually led to divorce.

A major finding of the alien study was that the public could not be told as it was believed that this would most certainly lead to economic collapse, collapse of the religious structure, and national panic which would lead into anarchy. Secrecy thus continued.

An offshoot of this finding was that if the public could not be told then the Congress could not be told, thus funding for the projects and research would have to come from outside the government. In the meantime, money was to be obtained from the military budget and from CIA confidential non-appropriated funds.

Another major finding was the aliens were using humans and animals for a source of glandular secretions, enzymes, hormonal secretions, blood and in horrible genetic experiments. The aliens explained these actions as necessary to their survival. They stated that their genetic structure had deteriorated and that they were no longer able to reproduce.

They stated that if they were unable to improve their genetic structure their race would soon cease to exist. We looked upon their explanations with extreme suspicion.

Since our weapons were literally useless against the aliens, MJ-12 decided to continue friendly diplomatic relations with them until such time as we were able to develop a technology which would enable us to challenge them on a military basis.

56 Challenging the Aliens

Overtures would have to be made to the Soviet Union, and other nations, to join forces for the survival of humanity. In the meantime, plans were developed to research and construct two weapons systems using conventional and nuclear technology which would hopefully bring us to parity.

The results of the research were Projects JOSHUA and EXCALIBUR.

Joshua was a weapon captured from the Germans which at that time was capable of shattering 4" thick armor plate at a range of two miles using low frequency sound waves, and it was believed that this weapon would be effective against the alien craft and beam weapons.

Excalibur is a weapon carried by a missile and designed not to exceed 30,000 feet AGL (An AGL measurement determines the height above the ground, this measurement changes as the topography of the earth changes, when a plane flies above it. For example, if a plane flies a steady course at 10,000 feet above ground level initially, then a 10,000-foot-high mountain would make the AGL 0), not to deviate from designated target more than 50 meters and would penetrate 1,000 meters of tufa hard packed soil such as that found in New Mexico, would carry a one megaton warhead, this was intended for use in destroying the aliens in their underground bases.

Joshua was developed successfully but I’m not sure if or where it has been used. Excalibur, after an unprecedented push to develop this weapon has similarities to the Bunker Busters used Iraq and Afghanistan.

57 Fatima

The events at Fatima in the early part of the century were scrutinized. On suspicion that it was alien manipulation, an intelligence operation was put into motion to penetrate the secrecy surrounding the event. The United States utilized its Vatican moles that had been recruited and nurtured during WWII and soon obtained the entire Vatican study which included the prophecy.

Was that the sun that came out a dried everyone from the rain or was it a UFO?

This prophecy stated that if man did not turn from evil and place himself at the feet of Christ the planet would self-destruct, and the events described in the book of Revelations would indeed come to pass. It stated that a child would be born who would unite the world with a plan for world peace and a false religion beginning in 1992.

By 1995 the people would discern that he was evil and was indeed the Anti- Christ. World War III would begin in the Middle East in 1995 with an invasion of Israel by a United Arab nation using conventional weapons which would culminate in a nuclear holocaust in the year 1999. Between 1999 and 2003 most of the life on this planet would suffer horribly and die as a result. The return of Christ would occur in the year 2011.

58 (Looks like the aliens, just like our own prophets, are bad with dates – and the aliens aren’t as tuned in to our time, they go by events, not dates.)

When the aliens were confronted with this finding they confirmed that it was true. The aliens explained that they had created us through hybridization and had manipulated the human race through religion, Satanism, witchcraft, magic, and the occult.

They further explained that they were capable of time travel and the events would indeed come to pass. Later exploitation of alien technology by the United States and the Soviet Union utilizing time travel confirmed the prophecy. The aliens showed a hologram which they claimed was the actual crucifixion of Christ, which the government filmed.

We did not know whether to believe them or not. Were they using GENUINE religions to manipulate us, or were they indeed the source of our religions with which they had been manipulating us all along? Or was this the beginning of the genuine END TIMES and the RETURN OF CHRIST which had been predicted in the Bible? No one knew the answer.

A symposium was held in 1957 which was attended by some of the greatest scientific minds then living. They reached the conclusion that by or shortly after the year 2,000 the planet WOULD self-destruct due to increased population and man's exploitation of the environment WITHOUT ANY HELP FROM GOD OR THE ALIENS.

Project Gleam: Communicating with the Aliens A highly classified project that deals with direct communication with "The Visitors." New communication technology dealing with multi-frequency sending units. Units direct multiple frequencies in a particular direction.

A High speed sending system allows the beam to be propelled at an enormous speed. Not too much more known about it. Los Alamos and several contractors, including, EG&G, BDM, Motorola, Risburn Corporation and Sandia, are all involved with this project. This facility was built at Site 40, Nevada Test Site.

59 One rumor is that "The Visitors" provided us with this technology.

It enables us to communicate with "The Visitors" in a speedier way, than in the past.

Part of this program involves the use of Chemical Lasers pushing the communication beam.

As it was explained, several frequencies are put together on a beam and propelled towards a target or receiver. The receiver, then boosts the energy and re-sends the signal to another point (relay?).

Somehow, the Chemical Laser pushes the beam, thus propelling it faster than normal.

Based on "Project Gleam" the U.S. can communicate with our "Visitors." The communication system is a complex, highly classified series of relay stations and satellites. The communication system is entitled, "Echelon." It is run by the Defense Communication Agency.

"The Visitors" have come to this planet or have provided direct communication links to us on the following dates:

The Eben Landing in Nevada on Wednesday, November 14, 2001

This information was submitted by an individual, who for obvious reasons wants to remain anonymous:

I teamed up with two other friends in an attempt to obtain information from the landing site in Nevada. We obtained equipment from various sources and ventured to Nevada. We infiltrated the Nevada Test Site by illegal means, that is, we falsified certain documents and then used another method (won't discuss that now). Anyway, we made it to a mountain top, about four actual miles from the landing zone. We used several types of cameras.

Two digital, one long-range (70w 270 zoom), one 1000 zoom lens and one infrared camera. The digital cameras were useless as we were too far away.

However, we used the infrared camera to detect the glow that came from the alien craft. We had a Gust Detector, a radiation detector, and some other equipment that only my Los Alamos source knew how to operate.

We also had range finders, G.P.S., long range viewers (LRV-military types). At approximately 0200 hours [2 a.m.], we observed several F-16s fly over the area.

We could see the lights located near the landing zones. After the F-16s flew over, we observed a blue-light beam emitted from a point in the sky and directed towards the landing zone.

61 We then saw a small "craft" fly along that blue-light beam to the landing zone. This small craft did not land. A few minutes later, a larger craft flew along the beam and landed approximately 300 yards directly south of the landing zone.

As the craft was hovering, we observed a bluish arc of light emitted from the bottom of the craft. We saw two U.S. officials approach the craft. Two "ALIENS" exited from the craft and walked to within a few feet of the U.S. officials.

All four then entered into a building constructed near the landing zone. We continued to film the movement of the craft for the Artist's view of how it appeared entire 47 minutes. This bluish arc of light was continuous. After the 47- minute meeting, the ALIENS entered their craft and flew away.

Above is an illustration of how a planned and scheduled meeting between USG officials and EBENS who departed after a 47-minute meeting in November of 2001 might have looked to three snooping individuals who decided to get a relatively close-up view from four miles away using high-powered telescopic viewing equipment.

The Ebens landed here in November of 2001 to pick up the bodies of the Ebens from the Roswell crashes and to discuss an exchange program.

When the Eben ship touched down, the visitors were allowed to reclaim their deceased brethren and conducted additional negotiations in English for

62 another year to establish the parameters for the exchange program. Project Serpo was underway. A dozen military specialists were carefully selected to participate in this exchange and tasked to gather as much intelligence about the Eben people as was possible. Information gathering focused on all aspects of life on their planet, including their society and political agendas, the Eben technological capabilities and the Eben’s home. The ten men and pair of women were scheduled to remain on Serpo for a decade and then be transported back to Earth for a debriefing.

Planet Serpo

There is the possibility that Project Serpo is just the latest in a long line of disinformation released to a public with an insatiable appetite for UFO and alien conspiracy theories. This version appears to be the most accurate version of the Project Serpo story. There are other versions which have been dismissed as inaccurate by those in the know. And while some have claimed the whole story is fiction, I’ve heard from experts that claim that versions have been released as disinformation, to confuse readers and to lead them astray from what really happened. There is even a possibility that this actually happened but at a different location, possibly Mars!

The lengthy details of Project Serpo was fully documented in The Final Report. Also included as proof were recordings on 6,000 cassette tapes and numerous photos.

Project Serpo was originally titled Project Crystal Knight by the U.S. Government.

The Trip to Planet Serpo

The Earth travelers took literally tons of supplies with them, including food, and medicine, but during the trip, they ate Eben food, which they disliked because they said it tasted like paper. On the journey, they explored the spacecraft and were able to communicate with Earth. Unfortunately, one American had some kind of accident and died on the trip. They completed the 40-light-year distance in only ten months.

63 The 37-light year journey took a reported nine months to complete. When the intrepid dozen arrived at Serpo they discovered that the Eben planet was like the Earth in many ways. It was slightly smaller in size, but the atmosphere was consistent to that of Earth’s. One major difference was the parent stars. Serpo was a binary star system that meant elevated levels of heat and radiation. Two of the men chosen to participate quickly succumbed to the conditions and perished. The remainder took several years to acclimatize to these conditions but ultimately did so.

Living Conditions on Serpo

They had more than extreme heat and radiation to contend with though; food was a crucial factor that every member was enforced to overcome. Despite being sent on a decade-long mission, their food supply was only sufficient to last for a couple of those years. When the time came, this was a challenge that all members eventually managed to adjust to. Another factor that they were also faced with was the Serpo day. At 43 hours in length it was almost twice the typical Sol day. Evenings and nights never got sufficiently dark. This may be a result of the smaller star that bathed the night time hours in ambient light that resembled twilight.

1975 came and went without any word from the participants or Ebens. Eight of the dozen finally returned to Earth in 1978, three years overdue. The remaining couple, one of the men and women, opted to remain on Serpo. The reasons were never disclosed, at least officially. Those that did make the return trip were kept in isolation for a further six years. During that time they were thoroughly debriefed. According to the reports, each one of them had difficulty readjusting to life back on Earth after Project Serpo. Eventually they all died of radiation sickness.

The Team’s Reports About Serpo

While the team were stationed on Serpo, they were given the freedom of the planet and used this chance to fully explore. Serpo had no oceans and precious

64 few mountains. Flora mainly consisted of several species but were chiefly found in the cooler polar regions. Much like Earth, Serpo had indigenous animal life but they were utilized as tools of work and not sources of food. Eben food came from any one of several industrial methods.

The majority of the 650,000 inhabitants lived in a single large city but it consisted of several individual communities. The Eben did not have a specific governing body but did employ a hierarchical leadership system. A Military was reported but weapons were never used, and violence was completely unheard of. All citizens were issued with whatever they needed on a ‘need to use’ basis and basic commerce was not in effect. This sounds like a Utopian society taken straight out of the Star Trek universe. The Ebens were the only civilization on Serpo and their lives were disciplined and scheduled strictly on Serpo’s solar day.

The fate of the crew who returned is recorded but what of the couple that remained on Serpo? The Eben have not been forthcoming about that. The last known contact with them was said to have taken place sometime in 1985. In November of 2005, former and current members of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) – whom had been directed by Kennedy to organize the Serpo exchange program - came forward to reveal the operation, including details from the 3,000-page debriefing of the 7 remaining members of the Serpo team who returned after 13 years on the planet.

To date, there have been subsequent visits by the Ebens from Zeta Reticula I and II star system, from 1978 to the last known visit on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at the Johnston Atoll on Akau Island in the South Pacific.

“We are reading about this program in these releases. I was involved in the later program which came after 1978. We had an additional exchange program set up, under "Project BISHOP," but President Reagan cancelled the project in 1985.”

“I was involved in "Project CRYSTAL KNIGHT" from about 1960 until 1965. I was assigned as a civilian to this project. I was a CIA employee, with a specialty of survival in a foreign environment. I was a training instructor at the CIA training camp in Virginia. I trained the 12 men -- NO women -- who went on this mission. They spent about eight months at our training facility. Few knew their exact mission, which was classified "Top Secret/Codeword." I had no other involvement with this mission after 1965. I was very surprised to hear this story come to light now after all these years.”

“I was involved with this program years ago. I was an Air Force Captain assigned to a training element at Tyndall Air Base Florida. We trained these 12 in astronaut procedures. We didn't really know their final mission, but we did know they were going into space. I didn't realize their fate until they returned. I read the classified report and first thought it was a work of fiction. But as I read the report, I realized these 12 men went to another planet, lived among aliens and returned. Four died and eight returned.”

“The "Project SERPO" information that I just read is NOT totally correct. There were two women in the original 16 selected for training. I helped train the team, including the two women. But after the final selection process -- which did not involve any combat training like what was mentioned earlier. The two women were dropped from the list. During the training, the Team Members didn't know their actual assignment.”

“When the final cut was made, the 12 selected were sent to a military prison and then told of the assignment. The 12 were isolated from that point on. The 12 were removed from the payroll of the government and placed in a special file within the Defense Intelligence Agency. The DIA was the controlling agency in "Project CRYSTAL KNIGHT" which was the name of the operation.”

“To comprehend the matter involving "Project SERPO," one must understand the complexity of the United States Government. "Project CRYSTALKNIGHT" pertained to the training and relocation of 12 brave United States Military Men to a foreign alien planet, 42 light years from Earth. I was one person in charge of a final phase of training. I was one person who knew the operation. I was one person who knew the names of those involved.

However, I never knew the names of the 12 men sent on that special long- distance mission. The names were classified. The 12 had numbers, three-digit numbers. But all of the training instructors, mission directors and project managers used their real names. I would believe that most of the older personnel involved in this project are dead. But some of us are still alive. I was shocked and outraged when I first heard about the release of this information.

This must be a Defense Intelligence Agency programmed release. I cannot believe that the DIA would allow someone to release this sensitive, highly classified operation without the proper approval. This must be a segmented release project fully controlled by the DIA. Why? I wouldn't even wish to begin to guess the reason.

I am awaiting further release of the photographs, which I know exists because I saw them. There are sixteen books of photographs retrieved from the Team Members who returned. Only eight men returned. Two died on the planet and two remained for some unknown reason. Those two did not wish to return to Earth. But the returning crew brought back thousands of photographs.”

“My father died in 1995. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force. In 1990, he told me a story about a special mission that he was involved in back in 1965. He told me that this mission was about 12 military astronauts that went to another planet in a spaceship in the New Mexico desert.

67 He said the 12 men were trained at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, where he was stationed. He helped train the 12 in space endurance, which he was trained to do. He said the 12 left in 1965 and came back in 1978 and he was there to check them after they returned to this planet, Earth. I didn't know what to think about my dad's story.

Back then, I just listened to him and thought maybe he was just making this up. But now, I realize he was telling the truth. It is too late for my father to know about this, but I know my father was being truthful to me and that makes me feel good. I look forward to reading more about this incredible story.”

“Having been involved with the Defense Intelligence Agency (EDIA)for 35 years, I am well aware that this project is real. Whether the actual released information is correct is another story.

I don't recall the exact details of the debriefing, but I know there were thousands of hours of audio recordings done on the old-style military voice recording tapes. To the best of my knowledge, those tapes are locked up in a secure vault within DIA headquarters at Bolling Air Force Base, Washington, D.C.

I cannot for the life of me figure out WHY this information is being released now. I caution all involved that this might be some "rogue" DIA warrior that is trying to embarrass the DIA.”

“I am a retired Army Colonel. I was stationed at the Defense Language Institute in the early '50s. My specialty was languages. I spoke five different languages.

I was sent on a temporary duty assignment to the Special Intelligence Center Ft. Belvoir, Maryland in 1964. When I arrived, I was given a dictaphone recording of a language. I listened to that language and realized it was something I had never heard before.

68 It didn't sound like a language, but more like pitches and tones created by some device. I was later told this language was an alien language and that I, along with others, would have to somehow translate it.

Our team (18 language specialists) worked on this for six months but couldn't crack it. I then learned of a special operation mission of 12 astronauts to an alien planet. The 12 had to learn this language, but it was almost impossible for us to teach a language like this. We never did learn a single word and to the best of my knowledge, neither did the astronauts.”

Below is information derived from government documents dealing with the aliens:

So, what is going on today with the aliens and our contact with them? Of course, our government is still denying that these aliens exist.

And MJ-12? It has been turned into a laughing matter, considered by many as a hoax, a source of disinformation. But I have to tell you that MJ-12 is still at the head of all this alien business. It may not be in the same form as before and may be going by a different name, or names, but it is still there as anyone who has crossed them will tell you!

Although there were many claims that MJ-12 and the many MJ-12 documents were phony and even the government publicly claimed the documents were bogus and went out of their way to emphasize this. So, if you believe the government…

Then there were several FBI investigations of the files in the late 80s. Some of these investigations led agents to believe that there could be a highly classified MJ-12 program that was being kept from them. One agent even stated that there are so many secret levels within the government, that even the government isn’t aware of it.

70 Actually, I have heard that the real MJ-12 was going by a different name all along and that this MJ-12 identification was created as a rouse to throw investigators off the track!

While we are at it, here are several more government groups which have been active in dealing with aliens:

SIGMA: The project which first established communications with the aliens and is still responsible for communications.

PLATO: The project responsible for diplomatic relations with the aliens. PLATO secured a formal treaty with the aliens even though it was probably illegal under the Constitution. The terms were that the aliens would give us technology. In return, we agreed to keep their presence on earth a secret, not to interfere in any way with their actions, and to allow them to abduct humans and animals.

AQUARIUS: The project which compiled the history of alien presence and their interaction with Homo-sapiens upon this planet for the last 25,000 years and culminating with the Basque people who live in the mountainous country on the border of France and Spain and the Syrians.

GARNET: The project responsible for control of all information and documents regarding this subject and accountability of the information and documents regarding alien contact.

PLUTO: The project to evaluate all UFO/IAC information pertaining to space transportation and alien technology.

POUNCE: The project formed to recover all downed/crashed craft and aliens.

REDLIGHT: The project to test fly recovered alien craft. It is conducted at AREA 51 (DREAMLAND) in Nevada. It was created when the aliens gave us craft and helped us fly them. The initial project was somewhat successful in that we flew a recovered craft, but it blew up in the air, and the pilots were killed. The project was suspended at that time until the aliens agreed to help us.

71 SNOWBIRD: This project was established as a cover for project REDLIGHT. Several flying saucer type craft were built using conventional technology. They were unveiled to the press and flown in front of the press. The purpose was to explain accidental sightings or disclosure of REDLIGHT as having been the SNOWBIRD Project Snowbird UFO craft. LUNA: The alien base on the far side of the Moon. It was seen and filmed by the Apollo astronauts. It is a base, a mining operation using very large machines, and the very large alien craft described in sighting reports as Mother Ships exist there.

NRO: The National Recon Organization based at Fort Carson, Colorado. It is responsible for security for all alien or alien craft connected projects.

DELTA: The designation for the specific arm of the NRO, which is especially trained and tasked with security of these projects.

JOSHUA: The project to develop a low frequency pulsed sound generating weapon. It was said that this weapon would be effective against the alien craft and beam weapons.

EXCALIBUR: A weapon to destroy the alien underground bases. Designed to be a missile capable of penetrating 1000 meters of Tuff/hard packed soil such as that found in New Mexico with no operational damage. Missile apogee not to exceed 30,000 feet AGL and impact must not deviate in excess of 50 meters from designated target. This device is designed to carry a one-megaton nuclear warhead.

72 ALIENS: There were four types of aliens mentioned in the papers. A LARGE NOSED GREY with whom we have the treaty, then the GREY that was reported in abductee cases that works for the LARGE NOSED GREY, a blond human-like type described as the NORDIC, a red-haired human like type called the ORANGE. The home of the aliens was described as being a star in the Constellation of Orion, Barnards star, and Zeta Riticuli 1&2.

In 1947, two years after we set off the first nuclear explosion that our current civilization detonated, came the Mantell episode, where we had the first recorded incident of a military confrontation with extraterrestrials that resulted in the death of a military pilot. It is quite evident now that our government did not know quite how to handle the situation. Then In 1952, the nation's capital was overflown by a series of disks.

It was this event which led to the involvement of United States security forces (CIA, NSA, DIA, FBI) to try to keep the situation under control until they could understand what was happening.

During this period, the government established a working group, known as Majestic Twelve (MJ-12). The original members were:

Admiral Roscoe H. Hillenkoetter, Dr. Vannevar Bush, Secretary James Forrestal, General Nathan P. Twining, General Hoyt S. Vandenburg, Dr. Detlev Bronk, Dr. Jerome Hunsaker, Mr. Sidney W. Souers, Mr. Gordon Gray, Dr. Donald Menzel, General Robert M. Montague, and Dr. Lloyd V. Berkner.

The MJ-12 group has been a continuously existing group since it was created, with new members replacing others that die. For example, when Secretary Forrestal was flipping out over the discoveries that the aliens were here running down the hallway screaming “We are all going to die!” He wound up being sent to a Naval hospital for emotional strain. Before relatives could get to him, he "jumped out a 16th story window." Most persons close to him consider his suicide contrived. When Forrestal died, he was replaced by General Walter B. Smith.

In December of 1947, Project Sign was created to acquire as much information as possible about UFOs, their performance characteristics and their purposes. In order to preserve security, liaison between Project Sign and MJ-12 was limited to two individuals within the intelligence division of the Air Materiel Command whose role it was to pass along certain types of information through channels.

73 Project Sign evolved into Project Grudge in December, 1948. Project Grudge had an over civilian counterpart named Project Bluebook, with which we are all familiar. Only "safe" reports were passed to Bluebook. In 1949, MJ-12 evolved an initial plan of contingency called MJ-1949-04P/78 that was to make allowance for public disclosure of some data should the necessity present itself. Majestic Twelve was originally organized by General George C. Marshall in July 1947, to study the Roswell-Magdalena UFO crash recovery and debris. Admiral Hillenkoetter, director of the CIA from May 1, 1947, until September 1950, decided to activate the "Robertson Panel," which was designed to monitor civilian UFO study groups that were appearing all over the country.

He also joined NICAP in 1956 and was chosen as a member of its board of directors. It was from this position that he was able to act as the MJ-12 "mole," along with his team of other covert experts.

They were able to steer NICAP in any direction they wanted to go. With the "Flying Saucer Program" under complete control of MJ-12 and with the physical evidence hidden away, General Marshall felt more at ease with this very bizarre situation.

These men and their successors have successfully kept most of the public fooled for 39 years, including much of the western world, by setting up false experts and throwing their influence behind them to make their plan work, with considerable success… Until now!

Within six months of the Roswell crash on 2 July 1947 and the finding of another crashed UFO at San Augustine Flats near Magdalena, New Mexico, on 3 July 1947, a great deal of reorganization of agencies and shuffling of people took place. The main thrust behind the original "security lid," and the very reason for its construction, was the analysis and attempted duplication of the technologies of the disks. That activity is headed up by the following groups: o The Research and Development Board (R&DB) o Air Force Research and Development (AFRD) o The Office of Naval Research (ONR) o CIA Office of Scientific Intelligence (CIA-OSI) o NSA Office of Scientific Intelligence (NSA-OSI)

74 No single one of these groups was supposed to know the whole story. Each group was to know only the parts that MJ-12 allowed them to know. MJ-12 also operates through the various civilian intelligence and investigative groups. The CIA and the FBI are manipulated by MJ-12 to carry out their purposes.

The NSA was created in the first place to protect the secret of the recovered flying disks, and eventually got complete control over all communications intelligence.

This control allows the NSA to monitor any individual through mail, telephone, telexes, telegrams, and now through online computers, monitoring private and personal communications as they choose. In fact, the present-day NSA is the current main extension of MJ-12 pertaining to the "Flying Saucer Program." Vast amounts of disinformation are spread throughout the UFO research field.

Any witnesses to any aspect of the program have their lives monitored in every detail, for each has signed a security oath. For people who have worked in the program, including military members, breaking that oath could have any one of the following direct consequences: o A verbal warning accompanied by a review of the security oath. o A stronger warning, sometimes accompanied by a brow-beating and intimidation. o Psychologically working on an individual to bring on depression that will lead to suicide. o Murder of the person made to appear as a suicide or accident. o Strange and sudden accidents, always fatal. o Confinement in special "detention centers." o Confinement in "insane asylums" where they are "treated" by mind-control and deprogramming techniques. Individuals are released with changed personalities, identities, and altered memories. o Bringing the individual into the "inside," where he is employed and works for "them," and where he can be watched. This is usually in closed facilities with little contact with the outside world. Underground facilities are the usual place for this.

75 Any individual who they perceive to be "too close to the truth" will be treated in the same manner. MJ-12 will go to any length to preserve and protect the ultimate secret. As we will see later, the characteristics of what this ultimate secret would turn out to be would change drastically, for it was something even MJ-12 could not predict -- actual contact with alien groups.

How the actual contact between the government and aliens was initially made is not known, but the government was made aware that it could be done by a civilian using the right equipment.

Dr. Paul Bennewitz, civilian scientist, did so using computer equipment and informed the government he had done so, not realizing that by then, in 1983, that the government was in truth as deep into dealing with the aliens as his communications with them revealed.

Dr. Bennewitz lived next to Manzano Weapons Storage Area in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He observed UFOs constantly over the area and initially decided that they were a threat to the installation. He proceeded to figure out a coding system and attempted and was successful in communicating with the aliens that were flying over that area.

What he found out is that after initial contacts with the aliens years ago, we agreed to provide them with bases underground in the United States in return for certain technological secrets which the aliens would reveal to us. The aliens would also be allowed to carry out certain operations, abductions, and mutilations without intervention.

The original contact between the government and the extraterrestrial biological entities, who are grey in color and about 3.5 to 4.5 feet. was achieved between 1947 and 1951. We knew that the Greys were instrumental in performing the mutilations of animals (and some humans) and that they were using the glandular substances derived from these materials for food (absorbed through the skin) and to clone more Greys in their underground laboratories. The government was also aware that the Greys performed some of the abductions to secure genetic materials. The government insisted that the Greys provide them with a list that would be presented to the National Security Council.

76 Through all this, the government thought that the Greys were basically tolerable creatures, although a bit distasteful. They presumed at the time that it was not unreasonable to assume that the public would and could get used to their presence.

Greys Anatomy

Between 1968 and 1969 a plan was formulated to make the public aware of their existence over the succeeding twenty years. This time period would culminate with a series of documentaries that would explain the history and intentions of the Greys.

The Greys assured us that the real purpose of the abductions was for monitoring of our civilization, and when we learned that the abductions were a lot more frequent and insidious than we were led to believe, the government became concerned. Their concern was also based on additional information regarding the purposes for the abductions: o Insertion of a 3mm spherical biological monitoring device through the nasal cavity into the brain of the abductee. o Implementing subliminal post-hypnotic suggestions that would compel the abductee to perform some specific act at a time to be within the next two to five years.

77 o Genetic crossbreeding between the Greys and human beings. o Insertion of discoid monitoring devices into the muscle tissue of the abductees. Presence of these has been verified by x-ray.

By the time we had found out the truth about the intentions of the Greys (they intend to stay here and stay in control of our world) it was too late. We had already "sold out" humanity. Not that it would have made any difference, because they were here doing what they were doing anyway.

In 1983, a story was outlined by government sources that said that the Greys are responsible for our biological evolution through manipulation of the DNA of already evolving primates on this planet. Various time intervals of the DNA manipulation were specified for 25,000, 15,000, 5,000, and 2,500 years ago.

Originally, the government thought that the Greys meant us no harm, but in 1988 the picture that emerged was exactly the opposite.

The story now is one of great deception at several different levels: the Greys Trojan Horse-style manipulation and lying which allied MJ-12 forces with them for four decades; the government's disinformation of the subject of UFOs in order to perpetuate the agreement with the Greys free of public scrutiny; the lies to the abductees; the Greys on-going abduction of people and mutilation of animals in order to harvest enzymes, blood and other tissues for their own survival needs; and a genetic blend of the Grey race and a tall Nordic race to enable Grey interface with humans to be done with greater ease.

Information from a source at a southwest Army base reveals that these multiple levels of deception are true. It is also indicated that the goal of SDI (Star Wars) is actually to follow through with an attack, proposed by the Greys, on the Nordics when they arrive en masse.

This same source sees the world dominated and controlled by the Greys in a way similar to that portrayed in the "V" television series -- they are concerned only for their own survival agenda, and this agenda requires biological substances from other life forms on our planet.

The apparent reasoning for the Grey preoccupation with this is due to their lack of a formal digestive tract and the fact that they absorb nutrients and excrete waste directly through the skin.

78 The substances that they acquire are mixed with hydrogen peroxide and "painted" on their skin, allowing absorption of the required nutrients. It is construed from this that some weaponry against them might be geared in this direction.

In the middle of 1963, a series of livestock attacks occurred in Haskell County, Texas. In a typical case, an Angus bull was found with its throat slashed and a saucer-sized wound in its stomach. The citizenry attributed the attacks to a wild beast of some sort, a "vanishing varmint." As it continued its furtive forays through the Haskell County outback, the bloodluster assumed somewhat more mythic proportions and a new name was destined to endure: The Haskell Rascal.

Throughout the following decade, there would be sporadic reports of similar attacks on livestock. These attacks were occasionally described as "mutilations." The most prominent of these infrequent reports was the mutilation death of "Snippy" the horse in southern Colorado in 1967, accompanied by area UFO sightings, a Condon Committee investigation and worldwide press coverage.

It was in 1973 that the modern animal mutilation wave can be said to have begun in earnest. That year is generally thought of as the year of the last concerted UFO flap, although there may be reason to question that contention, given the events of two years later.

79 In 1973 and 1974 the majority of the classic mutilation reports originated in the central United States. In 1975, an unprecedented onslaught spread across the western two-thirds of the United States. Mutilation reports peaked in that year, accompanied by accounts of UFOs and unidentified helicopters. In 1978, the attacks increased.

By 1979, numerous livestock mutilations were occurring in Canada, primarily in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Attacks in the United States leveled off. In 1980, there was an increase in activity in the United States. Mutilations have been reported less frequently since that year, though this may be due in part to an increased reluctance to report mutilations on the part of ranchers and farmers.

The mutilations still continue. Over ten thousand animals have died in the United States; although the mutilations have been occurring worldwide, the same circumstances are always present.

General Observations

Any investigation which intends to probe the systematic occurrence of the mutilation attacks upon livestock and other animals must include within its purview certain factors which may or may not be directly related to the acts of mutilation themselves. These mutilations -- the killing and furtive removal of external or internal parts -- have been directed at literally thousands of animals (primarily livestock) since the 1960s. The surgery on these animals is primarily conducted In mutilation cases, animals often with uncanny precision, suggesting the appear to be dropped from above use of highly sophisticated implements and techniques. The numbing and persistent regularity of the mutilations and the seemingly casual disposal of the useless carcasses all hint at extreme confidence -- even arrogance – of the mutilators. It is an arrogance which

80 appears to be justified by the freedom and impunity with which these acts have been carried out.

The pertinence of a specific element of the problem is shortly revealed in the course of any thorough investigation into the mutilations. I refer to the appearance of unmarked and otherwise unidentified helicopters within a spatial and temporal proximity of animal mutilation sites. The occurrence of the two has been persistent enough to supersede coincidence.

These mystery helicopters are almost always without identifying markings, or markings may appear to have been painted over or covered with something. The helicopters are frequently reported flying at abnormal, unsafe or illegal altitudes. They may shy away if witnesses or law officers try to approach.

There are several accounts of aggressive behavior on the part of the helicopter occupants, with witnesses chased, "buzzed," hovered over or even fired upon. At times these choppers appear very near mutilation sites, even hovering over a pasture where a mutilated carcass is later found. They may be observed shortly before or after mutilations occur -- or within days of a mutilation. The intention here is merely to stress that the "mystery helicopter" element is a part of the issue which deserves scrutiny.

The idea of "mystery helicopters" did not develop concurrently with the animal mutilations themselves. Such helicopters -- unmarked, flying at low levels, soundless (or sounding like helicopters) -- have been reported for years, and have been linked to an even more widespread phenomenon – the "phantom" (fixed wing) aircraft. The helicopters themselves have been seen in area where UFOs were reported, in many countries. In some of the more interesting accounts, the mystery helicopters were seen with UFOs, or shortly after the UFOs were sighted.

The most apt case that comes to mind, even though it is certainly not the most isolated, is a case described by Virgil Armstrong in his lecture on "What NASA Didn't Tell Us About the Moon."

He discusses helicopters and UFOs in general. Armstrong describes a friend of his that had invented a special camera arrangement with the idea that it would increase the chances of getting good pictures of UFOs. The camera was mounted on a gunstock along with a laser. The idea was to fire the laser at the

81 UFO, if one appeared, and hopefully the UFO would come to a halt, enabling him to take some quality pictures.

Not too long after they were set up in the desert, a UFO did in fact appear, and they fired the laser and the disk stopped in a hovering mode. They took quite a few good pictures of it. Shortly thereafter, the disk flew away. Within minutes, they heard the unmistakable sound of helicopters coming their way. The helicopters landed strategically around their group, and out of the choppers came a group of Black Berets, which are strategic Air Force security forces.

The commander of the Berets walked up to the group and said, "What are you doing here?" "Obviously, we are photographing flying objects, and we just saw a flying saucer and we got some very good pictures of it." The commander then asked the leader of the group if he knew where he was.

The group leader replied "No." The commander then said, "We suggest you get out of here right now!" The group leader then asked, "What right do you have to tell us to get out of here? Is this government land?"

The commander of the Black Berets replied:

"Indeed it is. It is Andrews Air Force Base, and if you are not out of here in ten minutes, you are under arrest."

With that, the Berets removed the film from the camera, and the group left. Not only does this illustrate one kind of instance where UFOs are seen in relationship to helicopters, but it also illustrates the fact that either some of the disks are ours, or we have a military/government relationship with those who fly them. The helicopters mentioned above are not the mystery ones but were United States military ones.

Another case of military helicopters and United States-owned disks comes from the book "UFO Crash at Aztec," by Jefferson Souza’s friend, Wendell Stevens. In the book he relates the incident where an Indian was backpacking in the mountains in the vicinity of Area 51, Groom Lake, on the Nellis AFB range north of Las Vegas.

He heard approaching helicopters and hid out of sight. The helicopters were broadcasting a warning over public address systems for anyone in the area to show themselves because they were going to conduct a "dangerous military

82 test." The Indian maintained his hidden posture, and the helicopters flew overhead and back down toward the Groom Lake facility. Minutes later, two helicopters were seen flying up the canyon with a black disk flying between them and slightly above them.

They flew overhead and then the helicopters turned around and flew back towards the base, followed shortly afterward by the disk.

The Mystery Choppers

Situations involving the mystery helicopters appear to be a little more insidious. A good example is an event which occurred in Madison County, Montana, between June and October of 1976.

Twenty-two confirmed cattle mutilations had occurred during that period, and they were accompanied by reports throughout the county of silent, unmarked, jet-black helicopters, flashing or steady anomalous lights in the air and near the ground, unmarked fixed-wing aircraft and white vans in remote and previously inaccessible areas.

Toward the latter part of this period, in early autumn of 1976, a hunter from Bozeman, Montana, was out alone around 3:00 pm one day in the Red

83 Mountain area near Norris. He watched as a black helicopter without markings flew overhead and disappeared below a small hill.

The curious hunter climbed to the top of the hill. There was the black chopper (a Bell Jet Ranger, he thought) on the ground, the engine still running. Seven men had apparently exited from the craft and were walking up the hill toward the observer.

As the hunter advanced toward the seven, he waved and shouted congenial greetings. It was then that he realized there was something about the men -- they were all Oriental. They had slanted eyes and olive skin and were jabbering among themselves in some indecipherable language.

They wore "everyday" clothes, not uniforms. Suddenly they began to return to the helicopter. The hunter, still waving and shouting friendly greetings, started after them. The Orientals quickened their pace. When the hunter approached within five or six feet, they broke into a dead run, crowded into the chopper and took off.

In a documented "mystery helicopter" wave in England, accounts place Oriental-appearing occupants in an unidentified chopper. Slant-eyed, olive skinned, Oriental-seeming occupants have been a staple at the heart and at the periphery of UFO accounts for years. Significant numbers of the infamous "Men-in-Black" (MIB) have a similar appearance, but very often they are seen as very pale and gaunt men who are sensitive to light.

The most prominent speculative explanations accounting for the mutilation/helicopter link include the following: o The helicopters are themselves UFOs, disguised to appear as terrestrial craft. o The choppers originate from within the U.S. government/military and are directly involved in conducting the actual mutilations. o The helicopters are government/military and are not involved in the mutilations but are investigating them. o The helicopters are government/military, and they know about the identity and motives of the mutilators and by their presence, they are trying to divert attention to the possibility of involvement by the military.

84 There also has been speculation that they are involved in biological experiments with chemical or biological warfare or the geobotanical pursuit of petroleum and mineral deposits. On one occasion, an army standard-type scalpel was found at a mutilation site. Since the disks have been mostly involved with the mutilations, it is thought that this was a diversionary event.

Animal and Human Mutilations, Greys and Underground Bases

During the occupation of the Greys, they have established quite a number of underground bases all over the world, especially in the United States. One such base (among others in the same state) is under Archuleta Mesa, which is about 2.5 miles northwest of Dulce, New Mexico.

Details about that base have come across by way of two sources. The first source is by way of an abduction of a woman and her son who witnessed the pickup of a calf for extraction of biological materials:

In May of 1980, a most interesting case occurred in northern New Mexico. A mother and her son were driving on a rural highway near Cimarron when they observed two craft in the process of abducting a calf. Both of them were then abducted and taken on separate craft to the underground installation, where the woman witnessed the mutilation of the calf. It was alleged that she also observed vats containing cattle body parts floating in a liquid, and another vat containing the body of a male human. The woman was subjected to an exam and it was further alleged that small metallic objects were implanted into her body as well as into her son's body.

More than one source has informed us that CT scans have confirmed the presence of these implants. Through regressive hypnosis of the mother and child and follow-up investigation It was determined that the location of the underground facility:

A kilometer underground beneath Archuleta Mesa on the Jicarilla Apache Indian Reservation near Dulce, New Mexico (since 1976, one of the area of the U.S. hardest hit by mutilations).

85 It has been claimed that this installation is operated jointly as part of an on- going program of cooperation between the U.S. government and EBEs. There are also underground bases at Kirtland AFB and Holloman AFB, as well as at scores of other bases around the world including Bentwaters, England.

Dulce Base is 2.5 miles northwest of Dulce, and almost overlooks the town. There is a level highway 36 feet wide going into the area. It is a government road. One can see telemetry trailers and buildings that are five-sided with a dome. Next to the domes, a black limousine was noted -- a CIA vehicle. These limos will run you off the road if you try to get into the area.

It is believed that there are four additional facilities of the same type, one being located a few miles to the southeast of Groom Lake, Nevada.

Does the use of these biological materials from mutilations point to something even more insidious?

There are documents that reveal what the aliens are up to:

These aliens use the blood taken from cattle for nourishment. They seem to absorb atoms to eat. They put their hands in the blood, sort of like a sponge, for nourishment.

But It's not just food they want; the DNA from cattle and humans is being altered. The 'Type One' creature is a lab animal. They know how to change the atoms to create a temporary 'almost human being.' It is made with animal tissue and depends on a computer to simulate memory, a memory the computer has withdrawn from another human. Clones. The 'almost human being' is slow and clumsy.

Real humans are used for training, to experiment with and to breed with these 'almost humans.' Some humans are kidnapped and used completely. Some are kept in large tubes and are kept alive in an amber liquid.

"Some humans are brainwashed and used to distort the truth. Certain male humans have a high sperm count and are kept alive. Their sperm is used to alter the DNA and create a non-gender being called 'Type Two.' That sperm is grown

86 in some way and altered again, put in wombs. They resemble 'ugly humans' when growing but look normal when fully grown, which only takes a few months from fetus-size.

"They have a short life span, less than a year. Some female humans are used for breeding. Countless women have had a sudden miscarriage after about three months' pregnancy. Some never know they were pregnant, others remember contact some way.

The fetus is used to mix the DNA in types one and two. The atomic makeup in that fetus is half human, half 'almost human,' and would not survive in the mother's womb. It is taken at three months and grown elsewhere."

Revealed in secret documents on Dulce Base are pen and ink reproductions of some of the photos made in the laboratories. There is an illustration of what one of the wombs looks like (2' x 4'), an illustration showing one of the tubes where one of the "almost humans" is grown, a page showing a simple diagram of crystalline metal, pure gold crystal, and what looks like either a genetic or metallurgical diagram or chart.

Also shown is what looks like an x-ray diffraction pattern and a diagram of hexagonal crystals, with a comment that they are best for electrical conduction.

It would appear that the last half of material in the "review" applies to the super crystalline metal used for hull structure, or something along that line.

It is apparent from this and other data that has been accumulated over the years, that there are underground bases and tunnel complexes all over the world, and that more are being constructed all the time.

You may recall the "Shaver" mysteries and inner-earth city stories. Well, all that is true. There are cities down there, amongst other things. They've been there for a long time.

87 Lew Tery has been working on some ideas regarding UFOs and geomagnetic anomalies. I will now go into what he has discovered.

How UFOs Operate

After purchasing aeromagnetic and gravitational anomaly maps from the United States Geological Survey, it becomes evident that there was indeed a valid connection between these areas and UFOs.

Mr. Tery gave a lecture in Arizona about that relationship, and was subsequently harassed by the FBI, and told that the information is "sensitive." Mr. Tery took the hint and declined to talk publicly about it to the degree that he had been doing.

Both the aeromagnetic and gravitational (Bougier Gravity) maps indicate basic field strength, as well as areas of high and low field strength. Interestingly enough, the areas of maximum and minimum field strength have the following: o All have frequent UFO sightings. o All are either on Indian Reservations, government land, or the government is trying to buy up the land. o Many of them, especially where several are clustered together, are suspected bases areas and/or areas where mutilations and abductions have historically taken place.

88 In these observations, Mr. Tery has gone far, but he has gone a little farther in noting that there are times when the UFOs are seen in these areas. Through painstaking research, Mr. Tery found that the sightings, as well as many abductions and mutilations, occur: o On the new moon or within two days before the new moon. o On the full moon or within two days before the full moon. o At the perihelion (moon closest to earth) or within two days before the perihelion.

A glance at the nearest farmers' almanac will give you the information you require as far as the days for this year or any other one. There seems to be no concrete explanation for the coincidence of the times and the events, but it is true.

The Psychology of the Greys o The alien, either through evolvement or because the humanoid types are "made," will exhibit tendencies for bad logic. They appear to have more frailties and weaknesses than the normal Homo Sapien. o They are not to be trusted. o Because of the aliens' apparent logic system, a key decision cannot be made without higher clearance. All are under control of what they call "The Keeper," yet it would appear that even this is not the final authority. Delays as long as 12- 15 hours can occur for a decision.

89 o Because of this apparent control, individual instantaneous decision-making by the alien is limited. If the "plan" goes even slightly out of balance or context, they become confused. Faced with this, possibly, the humanoids would be the first to run. o Psychologically their morale is near disintegration. There is pronounced dissension in the ranks – even with the humanoids. o Because of their own internal vulnerability mind-wise to each other, there is a basic lack of trust between them. o They appear to be totally death-oriented, and because of this, absolutely death-fear oriented. This is a psychological advantage. o The prime, and weakest area discovered, probed and tested is exactly what they have used, thinking it their key strength -- that being the manipulation of and control of the mind. Manipulated in reverse-psychology they face a situation where they have a vulnerable, integrated weakness. o They totally respect force.

Grey Physiology and Anatomy

The approximate height of most specimens is between 3.5 and 4.5 feet. The head, by human standards, is large in comparison with the body. Facial features show a pair of eyes described as large, sunken or deeply set, far apart or distended more than the human, and slightly slanted as Oriental or Mongoloid. No ear lobes or apertures on the side of the head were seen. The nose is vague.

One or two holes have been mentioned. The mouth area is described as a small slit or fissure. In some cases, there is no mouth at all. It appears not to function as a means for communication or for food. The neck area is described as being thin, in some instances not being visible at all because of the tightly-knit garment.

Most observers describe these humanoids as being hairless. Some of the bodies recovered have a slight hair-patch atop the head. Others have what appears to be like a silver skullcap. There were no breathing attachments or

91 communications devices. This suggests telepathy with higher intelligence. In one instance there was an opening in the right frontal lobe area, revealing a crystalline network. This network implies the development of a third brain.

The arms are described as long and thin, reaching down to the knee section. The hangers each contain four fingers, with no thumbs. Three fingers are longer than the other. Some are very long. Others are very short. No description is available of the legs and feet.

Some pathologists indicate that that section of the body was not developed as we would anticipate, showing that some of these beings were adapted to life in the water. There was a webbing effect between the fingers on most of the specimens. (see chart on precious page)

According to most observers, the skin is grey. Some claim it is beige, tan or pinkish-grey. No reproductive organs or capabilities were discovered. No phallus. No womb. Confirms cloning mentioned by other sources. The humanoids appear to be from a mold, sharing identical racial and biological characteristics. There is no blood as we know it, but there is a fluid which is greyish in color.

o Working under the instructions of the humanoids from Rigel (the Greys), CIA and former Nazi scientists have developed and deployed malignant strains of bacteria and viruses, including AIDS, in order to exterminate undesirable elements of the human population. o The Greys are almost entirely devoid of emotions but can obtain a "high" by telepathically tuning in the different kinds of intense human emotion, such as ecstasy or agony. (Does that explain why UFOs have always been seen in regions of war and human conflict?) o There are numerious humans in the United States alone who are the offspring of intergalactic or extragalactic beings and terrestrial humans.

92 o Throughout recorded history, as well as during prehistoric times, there has been constant genetic manipulation of and interbreeding with humans in order to breed out the less evolved simian traits. The Nordic races have participated in this from the beginning, and we are as much a part of them as we might suppose. o Greys have the ability to camouflage themselves as tall Blonds through mental energy projection. Blonds never project themselves as Greys. Some Blonds seen with the Greys are physically real but are prisoners of the Greys who have either paralyzed them or have destroyed their ability to teleport through time and other dimensions.

Note: A lot of this information has as its source a Blond Alien that is a time traveler that escaped the Grey takeover of their system. o Both Blonds and Greys have the ability to disintegrate matter into energy and then reintegrate the energy back into matter. This ability allows them to pass through walls and to transport abductees out of their cars with the doors still locked. o The original Rigelians were the Blonds until they were invaded by the Greys, a parasitic race, who took over and interbred with them. The original Rigelians were the ones who seeded the earth. It is because of this common ancestry that terrestrial humanity is of such interest to both the Blonds and the Greys. o Terrestrial human females can be impregnated either on board ship or while they sleep in their homes. Males need not be manifested in visible form for this to occur. o The Blonds now habitate the Procyon system. The conflict between the Blonds and the Greys is in a state of temporary truce, although the conflict between the Rigelian and the Sirius system is being fought actively. o The Blonds with speech abilities will respond violently if attacked or threatened, but the telepathic ones will respond peacefully. o Blonds were sometimes mistaken for angels in earlier centuries. They do not seem to age, and consistently appear to be from 27 to 35 human years old. Confused? Well, now you can see why the natural diversity of the way things are can be hard to sort out for the average researcher. The probability that this

93 information is true or partially true remains fairly high, based on analysis of what we know about abductions and general contact between humans and EBEs that has been documented.

Earlier in this book we mentioned the MIB and now we must bring them up again.

According to John Keel, the MIB often state that they are representatives of the "Nation of the Third Eye." Based on research, it is apparent that Sirius has been in contact with us for a long time.

According to George Hunt Williamson (one of the early contactees)in his book "Other Tongues, Other Flesh," the earth allies of Sirius, i.e., the secret societies, use the Eye of Horus as an insignia. This symbol has also been seen on the MIB.

Secret societies believe that there is a Great White Lodge on earth. They call it Shamballa -- and consider it to be the spiritual center of the world. Now, theosophists such as Alice Bailey say that the Great White Lodge is on Sirius.

If the All-Seeing-Eye is a symbol of Sirius' earth-allies and the MIB wear that symbol, and if Shamballa represents the Great White Lodge on earth -- then the MIB are emissaries of Shamballa. Sirius and Shamballa are two sides of the same coin. This is verified in the book "The Undiscovered Country," by Stephen Jenkins. Jenkins was told by Buddhist priests that Shamballa was located in the constellation of Orion.

The entrance to Shamballa on earth is usually placed in the trans-Himalayan region. Some assert it is in the heart of the Gobi Desert (where there have been allegations of crashed disks and bases). According to the explorer Nicholas Roerich, there are caves in the Himalayan foothills that have subterranean passages.

In one of these passages, there is a stone door that has never been opened, because the time for its opening has not yet arrived. In 1930, Doreal founded the Brotherhood of the White Temple. He says that the entrance to Shamballa is

94 far underground. he goes on to say that space bends around Shamballa, and that there is a warp which leads into another universe.

Many times psychics have been called upon by investigative authorities to evaluate situations, and in many cases what they have contributed has been very helpful.

This was done in the case of animal mutilations back in 1980 by Peter Jordan, who engaged several psychics to render their impressions from photos and maps of mutilations and mutilation areas. What follows is a condensation of what was found during this exercise:

The ability to materialize mental constructs is not unknown. Suppose one creates a field with the mind that is strong enough to attract supercharged particles. The particles are real but unstable in their assemblage since the stability depends on the intermediate mental component.

Physical aspect of UFOs and other phenomena lie in the behavior of electromagnetic fields.

If all UFO incidents were chance encounters, someone would have obtained a filmed record or a series of stills years ago. The only way that such episodes can

98 be engineered so that they remain total mysteries is for the entities to have advance knowledge of any situation before it occurs.

Referencing John Keel: These entities labor to cultivate belief in various frames of reference, and then they create new manifestation which support those beliefs.

Illness is common after close contact with some beings.

Guy Underwood classified primary geomagnetic currents into three classes: water lines, aqua stats, and track lines. Some magnetic signals appear as spirals, others are linear. Gnats and flies congregate above magnetic patterns.

On several occasions after UFOs flew over missile sites, it was found that the targeting of the missiles had changed, and the warheads had to be replaced.

On 22 June 1980 a UFO that was 10 miles in diameter was reported over the Kuwait oil fields.

On July 30, 1985, a UFO over Mongolia that was 10 km in diameter was reported heading south. It was sighted by a Chinese jet and reported in the "Japan Times." The Unites States ignored this report.

JANAP-146 specifies up to 10 years in prison and $10,000 in fines for anyone in government service who makes unauthorized public statements about UFO phenomena. The British Official Secrets Act makes similar provisions.

Many routes of UFOs take the form of an isosceles triangle.

On September 14, 1978, a UFO as big as an ocean liner flew over Italy, and over Rome on the 15th and 16th.

Comment: This was two weeks before Pope John Paul I was found dead under suspicious circumstances. He was killed between September 28-29. Autopsy was refused. It was rumored he intended to reveal the Fatima message of 1917.

UFOs dart around in daylight at speeds which cannot be seen.

An individual having one CE experience usually has another.

There is no basis to support psychiatric pathology for UFO witnesses.

Dr. Brian T. Clifford (Pentagon) announces on October 5, 1982, that contact between U.S. citizens and extraterrestrials on their vehicles is illegal. Title 14, Section 1211 of the Code of Federal Regulations (adopted July 16, 1969, before

99 the first manned lunar landing) says that anyone guilty of this becomes a wanted criminal to be jailed for one year and fined $5,000. The

NASA administrator is empowered to determine WITH OR WITHOUT A HEARING that a person has been "ET-exposed" and impose INDETERMINATE quarantine under armed guard, which cannot be broken even by court order.

Mars has a history of transient phenomena.

Temporary brilliant spots on Mars were reported by astronomers in 1890, 1892, 1900, 1911, 1924, 1937, 1952, 1954, 1967, and 1971. The distribution was non- random. Intensely dark spots, transient in nature, were reported on Mars in 1925, 1952, and 1954.

About 33% of abductees are able to remember the experiences without hypnotic regression. 66% of the abductees were alone when abducted.

Some abductees did not return but vanished permanently or were found dead after a UFO encounter.

Records of the 687 B.C. battle between the Assyrians and the Hebrews indicate that "a blast from heaven" reduced the bodies of 185,000 Assyrians to ashes but left their clothes intact.

A rancher and his wife looked at a UFO 5/8 of a mile away and reported that two appendages emerged from the egg-shaped object.

On August 21, 1975, a sheriff was chasing an unmarked helicopter in his plane in southwestern Nebraska at 0430 when the lights on the helicopter went out, and the only thing seen on the ground was a missile silo.

101 About the time mutilations began in earnest (1973 wave), a new branch of science was beginning to develop -- biogeochemistry -- analysis of mineral and oil deposits by analysis of tissues of herbivorous animals.

An elderly lady in Arkansas in 1979 injured herself and was cut during a fall. The injuries were repaired by two aliens, who gave her a piece of metal with pyramids and six-pointed stars on it. The aliens told her they "consumed juice, "but not the kind consumed by humans. Six weeks later, she was out looking for her dog and spotted a horse lying on its side, unconscious. Two men in white, dressed like surgeons, were at work on the horse. There were two Air Force helicopters parked in the clearing, two men in Air Force uniforms, and the same two aliens who had helped her after her fall. The lady was spotted by the group and she was overtaken by a helicopter which flashed a blue light on her which burned her clothing. Help arrived as the helicopter retreated, and she was brought to the local hospital.

People having nothing to do with the hospital staff began turning up to question her. After release she was harassed at all hours by strangers who insisted on questioning her, repeating the same questions over and over again. The couple moved to a different state, only to have it start all over again. MUFON began investigating this case, but as of 1986 had not yet made public its conclusions. Research into the case began in 1980.

Tissue samples taken from a carcass revealed the presence of chlorpromazine, a tranquilizer.

Comment by Gabe Valdez: "Whoever is doing these mutilations are highly organized and have a lot of resources."

The theory of biogeochemical basis for the mutilations fails to account for the fact that mutilations are worldwide.

When FBI agent Rommel was given $50K to investigate the mutilations in one district in New Mexico, all mutilations in that district stopped during the year.

The Condon Report, Rommel Report, and the Warren Report all have a resemblance.

The human tendency to avoid facing unpleasant facts may allow parasitic entities to "farm us."

In an anonymous letter to a Denver paper on April 8, 1983, it was told that the mutilations are being done by a secret government group called Delta. Animal parts are used to test effects of germ warfare and poison (cyanide and dioxin) they are testing on civilians in America. Testing is associated with black helicopters. Helicopters are also used to ferry heroin and cocaine. Delta bases said to be all underground on Indian Reservations. HQ for operations and where a lot of choppers are based in 28 miles east of Albuquerque on I-40, then 14 miles north on a dirt road into the Laguna Indian Reservation. Comment: Disinformation attempt?

UPI story, February 2, 1984: Dr. James Womack at Texas A&M University announced his discovery that humans share "perfect match" chromosomes with cattle. The perfect match is with portions of the 21st chromosome pair, a strand known to carry characteristics of Mongolism or Down's Syndrome, associated with mental retardation. Dr. Womack says, "We must have more in common than previously believed."

A recent arrival on the nutritional scene is protomorphogens, or glandulars -- ground up glands of cattle. If one takes these for a year you get "hooked" on them. Your own glands stop producing hormones. Many EBEs have no alimentary canals and no glands. In some cancer clinics, these glandulars are used to treat cancer victims, and so are glands from human fetuses.

What is happening with the mutilations would make sense in human terms if the location on which the cattle grazed was important, or the parts taken could be used geobiologically (which they aren't).

UFOs are: Extraterrestrial, ultraterrestrial, interdimensional, and time travelers.

Some UFOs behave as if the UFO itself was a living organism. Comment: Refer to Trevor James Constable's book "Sky Creatures," for a discussion of biological aeroforms, of "Flying Saucers.

Entities with cyborg-like traits, having both mechanical and biological features, turn up quite frequently in reports.

It is odd that among the viruses there are some that look like UFOs, like T. Bacteriophage. Do some UFOs have the ability to operate in the micro-

Anyone with more access to even one more dimension than we have access to could evade our most carefully planned investigations indefinitely.

Theory of Max H. Flindt attributes paradoxically rapid development of the human brain to interbreeding between primitive humanity and ETs. According to Flindt, schizophrenia is caused by subconscious racial memory of the ET branch of the family tree, longing for home. Considerable differences between glandular and nervous systems between primitive humans and ETs would provide a basis for traumatic tension associated with regressed memory.

Our civilization has forgotten the existence of other intelligent beings in the universe. But the idea that Homo Sapiens are unique is becoming no longer tenable.

The Greys are known to be of three types: o Grey 1: 3.5 feet tall. Large head. Large slanted eyes. Worship Technology and don't care about us. Type popularized in "Communion" by Strieber. o Grey 2: Same general appearance, although has a different finger arrangement and a slightly different face. More sophisticated than Grey 1. They possess a degree of common sense and are somewhat passive. It is not known if they require the secretions needed by Grey 1. o Grey 3: Same basic type. Lips thinner. Subservient to other two types.

Other entities known to frequent this planet: o Blonds/Swedes/Nordics: Known by any of these names. Similar to us. Blond hair, blue eyes. Will not break law of non-interference to help us. Would only intervene if the Greys' activity would affect other parts of the universe.

Several facts are now apparent: o The objects have always chosen to operate in a clandestine manner, furtively choosing the hours of darkness for their enigmatic activities over thinly- populated areas, where the possibility of being detected is slight. o The hostility factor is further supported by the fact that the objects chose, most often, to appear in forms which we can readily accept and explain to our own satisfaction -- ranging from dirigibles to meteors and conventional-appearing airplanes. o The objects of unusual configuration, undoubtedly constituting a deceptive minority of all the paraphysical objects flitting about in our atmosphere. In other words, flying saucers are not at all what we have hoped they were. They are a part of something else.

A new game has emerged: the artifact or hardware game. The phenomenon has always obliged us by planting false evidence all over the landscape. UFO cultists trapped themselves into a hopeless situation almost from the outset. The apparent purpose of most of the landings seems to have been to advance belief in the frame of reference, not to provide absolute proof that the frame of reference is authentic.

All kinds of junk have fallen out of the sky throughout recorded history. Ivan T. Sanderson has in his files extensive lists that go back to Roman times. Ridiculous things such as stone pillars and heavy metal wheels have come crashing out of the blue, and there are countless cases of ice blocks, some weighing hundreds of pounds, dropping all over this planet. The flying saucers have been spewing all kinds of trash all over the landscape. In nearly every instance, these materials always prove to be ordinary earthly substances like magnesium, aluminum,

107 chromium, and even plain old tin. Each of these incidents give the skeptics new ammunition.

Mysterious hollow spheres have also been dropping out of the sky all over the world. Three such spheres were found in the Australian desert in 1963. They were about 14 inches in diameter and had a shiny polished surface. Efforts to open the spheres failed, and they were turned over to the USAF. Other metal spheres have dropped out of the sky in Mexico (1967) and Conway, Arkansas (1967). The Mexican steel ball was identified as titanium, the one in Arkansas steel.

Smaller colored spheres were found scattered over the French countryside in 1966-67, as if it had been raining balls there. Where is all this stuff coming from? The same place as the stone pillars and blocks of ice. Innumerable cases of contact and landings have been flushed down the ufological drain because of the deliberate "negative factors." Sincere witnesses have actually been ruined because the amateur UFO investigators have accused them of being liars and worse.

Another fascinating game which the ufonauts play with a vengeance is the "repair" gambit. Beginning in 1897, there has been an endless stream of stories and reports, many from reliable witnesses, on how they encountered a grounded UFO and observed the occupants making repairs of some kind. The basic details in all these stories are so similar that it seems as if the ufonauts are following a carefully rehearsed procedure.

Generally speaking, there are three types of beings observed in relation to UFOs: o Normal-looking people, including females. o Oriental, dark-skinned beings. o Unidentifiable creatures, who have made a real effort to hide from witnesses.

Oddly enough, when all the reports and the data is in, the scope of the phenomenon and the overwhelming quantity of reports negates its validity. An analysis of cases indicates that flying saucers are not, in most cases, stable machines requiring fuel, maintenance, and logistical support. Most of them are, in all probability, transmutations of energy from other dimensions and do not exist in the same way that this paper exists.

108 The UFO phenomenon seems to be largely subjective: that is, specific kinds of people become involved and are actually manipulated by the phenomenon in the same way that it manipulates matter. These subjective experiences are far more important to our study that the "random" superficial sightings. We are obliged to forget about the sightings and concentrate on the claims and experiences of the contactees.

Thousands of UFO photos have been taken since 1882. There's just one problem. With very few exceptions, no two UFO photos are alike. The sightings force two unacceptable answers upon us: o All the witnesses were mistaken or lying. o Some tremendous unknown civilization is exerting an all-out effort to manufacture thousands of different types of UFOs and is sending them all to our planet.

The governments of the world overtly have maintained variations of the first proposal. UFO enthusiasts accept the second. There is a third proposal which merits some attention:

Some "hard" objects definitely exist as temporary materializations from other dimensions. They leave indentations in the ground when they land. Witnesses have touched them and even been inside them.

These "hard" objects may be decoys to cover the multitudinous activities of the "soft" objects. The "soft" objects hold one of the keys of the mystery. There are countless sightings of objects which changed size and shape in front of witnesses who often get the impression that it was alive, that it was not behaving like a mechanical object at all.

There is no question at all that there are intelligences that can manipulate or materialize any kind of object into our dimension.

When UFOs stabilize in our dimension they radiate energy on all frequencies and become glowing white. Radical maneuvers require a frequency alteration, which produces color changes. It is interesting to note that in Blue Book Report #14, they replaced the phrase "Electromagnetic Phenomenon" with the word "Unknown" in a majority of those cases. Why? There is no doubt that again, a situation exists where we have multiple realities within the UFO realm as well. It is

109 clear that we are not dealing with random ET visitors. It has an extreme element of intention to do with all of it.

Mutilations started in April 1897, with the abduction of Alexander Hamilton's calf, witnessed by several people. That is one of the constants that has been with us that has not changed frame of reference. How many people give thought to the three dark-skinned wise men who appeared before the birth of Jesus, spread the reality of the happening and disappeared again. All the dark- skinned men in threes. MIB. It makes you wonder.

Taking a sample of 33% of 10,000 or so cases, or about 3,330 cases, we find that 730 are so-called Type I, a low-level object observed and reported by reliable witnesses. It was found that 2,600 were Type II, high-altitude objects performing in a controlled manner and distinct from normal aircraft and natural phenomena. The time of the sightings depends on where you are. If you are in a rural area, sightings conveniently begin after 10 p.m. A populated area would have them between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m.

For some reason, in many "flaps," Wednesday had about 20.5% of the sightings. Now, if the UFO phenomenon had a purely psychic basis then I would think there would be more sightings on a Saturday, when people are statistically out and about than on Wednesday. There are notable exceptions to everything of course, one of which was the "flap" of August 16, 1966, which was on a Tuesday.

Reports seem to cluster within political boundaries of states, as if there were a methodical exploration of states from border to border. If the UFO were a natural occurrence, one would expect otherwise.

Thousands of sightings can be fitted into the "great circle" route, and often the dates are staggered so that it appears that the phenomenon moves systematically from point to point.

Every state in the United States has from two to ten "windows." These are areas where UFOs appear repeatedly year after year. The objects will appear in these places and pursue courses confined to sectors with a radius of about 200 miles. The great circle from Canada in the northwest through the central states and back into northeast Canada is a major window. Hundreds of smaller windows lie within that circle. Another major window is centered in the Gulf of Mexico and encompasses much of Mexico, Texas and the Southwest.

110 As mentioned previously, many windows center directly over areas of magnetic deviation. UFOs seem to congregate about the highest available hills in these window areas. They become visible in these centers and then radiate outward, traveling sometimes 100-200 miles before disappearing again.

Among the great heaps of neglected and ignored UFO data, we find hundreds of "mini-people" accounts. These are very rarely published anywhere because they tend to be so unbelievable. Most of them are identical to the fairy and gnome stories of yesteryear.

Witnesses to these events can experience conjunctivitis, akinesia (paralysis), amnesia, and the other effects often noted by witnesses to more conventional events.

One notable event is one that occurred in Seattle, Washington, in the latter part of August 1965. A woman awoke around 2 a.m. and discovered she could not move a muscle or make a sound. Her window was open, and suddenly a tiny, football-sized dull-grey object floated through the window and hovered over the carpet near her bed.

Three legs lowered from the object and it settled to the floor. A small ramp extended from it and five or six tiny people clambered out and seemed to work on some kind of repairs on the object. They wore tight-fitting clothing. When they were finished, they got in and the object took off and sailed out the window. At that point, she was able to move. The case was investigated by J. Russell Jenkins of Seattle.

You can readily see why almost none of these kinds of stories ever appear in print, except in occult-oriented literature. Nevertheless, if we hope to assess the true UFO situation, we must examine all these stories. We can learn nothing by considering only those incidents which are emotionally and intellectually acceptable to us.

TIME is one of the most important aspects of the UFO thing. It plays a strange but significant role. Part of the answer may not lie in the stars but in the clock ticking on your fireplace.

Our world exists in three dimensions. We can move in many directions within these dimensions. Space does not exist except when we make it exist. To us, the distance between atoms in our matter is so minute that it can only be

111 calculated with hypothetical measurements. Yet, if we lived on an atom, and our size was relative to its size, the distance to the next atom would seem awesome.

There is another man-made measurement called time. Unlike the other three dimensions, time has us seemingly trapped. Time becomes very real to us, and it appears that we couldn't live without it. Yet time doesn't really exist at all. This moment exists to us. Does this mean the same moment is being shared by other planets?

The UFO phenomenon does seem to be controlled. It does follow intelligent patterns. If the objects themselves are manifestations of higher energies, then something has to manipulate those energies somehow and reduce them to the visible frequencies. Not only do they enter the visible frequencies, but they take forms which seem physical and real to us, and they carry out actions which seem to be intelligent.

Thus we arrive at the source. The source has to be a form of intelligent energy operating at the highest possible point of the frequency spectrum. If such an energy exists at all, it might permeate the universe and maintain equal control of each component part. Because of its very high frequency, so high that the energy particles are virtually standing still, the source has no need to replenish itself in any way that would be acceptable to our environmental sciences. It could actually create and destroy matter by manipulating the lower energies. It would be timeless, because it exists beyond all time fields. It would be infinite because it is not confined by three-dimensional "space."

Children figure neatly into this, and they always have. The child's mind, especially before the so-called age of reason when the logic circuits begin to form, is a clear instrument, open and uninfluenced by opinions and conclusions. This is an important point in the UFO mystery.

Perhaps if we were in a pure energy state, each particle of energy would itself serve as a synapse, and information could be stored by a slight alteration in frequency. All the memory fragments of a rose, for example, would be recorded at one frequency, and the whole energy form could tune into that memory by adjusting frequencies, as we might adjust a radio receiver.

112 In other words, no complex circuitry would be required. No body would be necessary. The energy patterns would not need material form. It would permeate the entire universe. It could surround you completely at this very moment and be aware of all the feeble impulses of low energy passing through your brain. If it so desired, it could control those pulses and thus control your thoughts. Man has always been aware of this intelligent energy or force. He has always worshipped it.

Our first conclusion is that the UFOs originate from beyond our own time frame or time cycle. Our second conclusion is that the source has total foreknowledge of human events and even of individual lives. Since time and space are not absolutes, these two conclusions are compatible. It is that all human events occur simultaneously when viewed by a greater intelligence. If a greater intelligence wants to communicate with a lower form, all kinds of problems are presented. The communication must be conducted in a manner which will be meaningful and understandable to the lower life form.

An acceptable frame of reference must be found and utilized. UFO phenomenon, especially the "soft" ones, are frequently reflective; that is, the observed manifestations seem to be deliberately tailored and adjusted to the individual beliefs and attitudes of the witnesses. Contactees are given information which, in most cases, conforms to their beliefs. UFO researchers who concentrate on one particular aspect or theory find themselves inundated with seemingly reliable reports which seem to substantiate that theory.

John Keel's extensive experiences with this reflective factor led him to carry out weird experiments which confirmed that a large part of the reported data is engineered and deliberately false. The witnesses are not the perpetrators, but merely the victims.

The apparent purpose of all this false data is multifold. Much of it is meant to create confusion and diversion. Some of it has served to support certain beliefs which were erroneous, but which would serve as stepping-stones to the higher, more complex truth. Whole generations have come and gone, happily believing in the false data, unaware that they were mere links in the chain.

If it were all understood too soon, we might crumble under the weight of the truth. This earth is covered with windows into those other unseen worlds. If we

113 had the instruments to detect them, we would find that these windows are the focal points for super high-frequency waves -- the "rays" of ancient lore. These rays might come from Orion or the Pleiades as the ancients claimed, or they might be part of the great force that emanates throughout the universe. The UFOs have given us the evidence that such rays exist. Now, slowly, we are being told why.

It is also apparent that some entities are having a good laugh at our expense. As mentioned before, literature indicates that the phenomenon carefully cultivated the religious frame of reference in early times, just as the modern manifestations have carefully supported the extraterrestrial frame of reference.

The Devil's emissaries of yesteryear have been replaced by the mysterious "men in black." A major, but little-explored, aspect of the UFO phenomenon is therefore theological and philosophical rather than purely scientific. The UFO problem can never be untangled by physicists and scientists unless they are men who also are schooled in the other disciplines.

The earth was occupied before man arrived or was created. That's an important point to consider. The original occupants were paraphysical and possessed the power of transmutation of matter. Man was the interloper. The inevitable conflict arose between physical man and the paraphysical owners of the planet.

Man accepted the interpretation that this conflict raged between his creator and the Devil. The religious viewpoint has always been that the Devil has been attacking man (trying to get rid of him) by causing havoc upon him. There is historical and modern proof that this may be so.

It is interesting that parapsychologists have long concluded that the paralysis that contactees experience is a contributing cause; that the entity may materialize by utilizing energy from the percipient himself.

John Keel has in his files hundreds of cases, some of which have now been investigated by qualified psychiatrists, in which young men and women obsessed with the UFO phenomenon have suffered frightening visits from apparitions, followed up by mysterious black Cadillacs which appeared and disappeared suddenly, and have been terrified into upping their pursuit of the UFOs.

114 The phenomenon is again reflective in nature; the more frightened the victim becomes, the more the manifestations are escalated. Think about it.

There is a balance in nature, and there also seems to be a balance in the UFO picture. People have actually died after exposure to the gamma and UV rays from UFOs. But other people have actually had their ailments cured by similar rays.

Occult literature is filled with accounts of this type. Except for those who might be specially constructed for incubus-succubus activities, it does appear that our "angels" and "spacemen" come from a world, in many cases, with sex -- and very probably, a world without an organized society; a world in which each individual is merely a unit in the whole and is totally controlled by the collective intelligence or energy mass of that whole. In other words, these beings, or some of them anyway, have no free will. They are slaves of a very high order. Often they try to convey this to percipients with their statements, "We are One," "We are in bondage."

We face a great task in trying to isolate the UFO phenomenon from the larger and more important "big picture," the overall situation of which the UFOs are merely a small part.

Elemental beings are another aspect of the world we live in. Children see them more than adults, perhaps for the reasons described before. Historical records certainly indicate that the little people have always existed all over this planet; that they possess the power of flight, the power of invisibility, and, to varying degrees, the power to dominate and control the human mind.

Accounts of little humanoids with supernatural powers can be found in almost every culture. The manifestations have remained the same throughout history. Only our interpretations of those events have changed. It brought the birth of Spiritualism, which was in its heyday in the 1850s and 1860s and was just another form of communication between the ultra-terrestrials and ourselves.

UFO flaps also parallel outbreaks of poltergeist cases. It all ties in together. Assuming that each discovered historical report represents a larger number of unpublished or undiscovered reports, just as today's UFO reports represent on the average 250 unreported or unpublished sightings, we can conclude that a

115 flap condition existed, for example, in the years 1820, 1834, 1844, 1846, and 1849. We also find that there was an outbreak of poltergeists in 1835, 1846, and 1849.

As the 19th century progressed, reporting improved, and we are able to make more precise correlations. A UFO flap took place in 1850, and there was also a series of poltergeist cases. A larger poltergeist outbreak occurred in 1867, following flaps in 1863-64. UFO activity became more intense beginning in 1870, and there were notable flaps in 1872, 1877, and 1879.

The 1880s produced a major explosion of all kinds of phenomena, including the sudden disappearance of people. Poltergeist cases were in abundance in that decade, particularly in the big flap years of 1883 and 1885.

Astrophysicist Morris K. Jessup labeled the years 1877-87 the "Incredible Decade" after scouring astronomical journals of the period. Astronomers made some remarkable discoveries during those years. The previously unobserved satellites of Mars popped into view in 1877, new craters appeared on the moon, all kinds of strange objects flitted around the upper atmosphere.

The trance phenomenon deserves extensive study because so many aspects of it are directly related to the contactee phenomenon. In both, you will find the same contradictions. There seem to be both good and evil forces at work. The good guys latch onto people with particularly receptive minds and turn them into trance mediums and the bad guys use the same methods to tamper with the minds of contactees and even to commit murder indirectly.

Since incidents of these types can be traced throughout history, it seems probably that these forces have always been here on this planet. do the ultra- terrestrials really care about us? There is much evidence to suggest that they don't. They care only to the extent that we can fulfill our enigmatic use to them.

There have been innumerable psychic hoaxes for the past 150 years, and many of these parallel the UFO hoaxes. In ufology we have to contend with the teenager's hot air balloon, and in psychic phenomenon we have to worry about youngsters firing rocks at houses. There are, however, more UFO sightings than there are plastic balloons, and more poltergeists dumping rocks in living rooms than there are wild-eyed youngsters with slingshots. There are also more ultraterrestrial entities than either the occultists or the UFO researchers can dream of.

116 Giant winged beings, usually described as headless, are an integral part of the UFO phenomenon. Winged human forms have been seen flying over many areas of the world. John A. Keel wrote a book called the "Mothman Prophecies" and Gray Barker a book called "The Silver Bridge" that go into some detail. They are usually described as having blazing red eyes set deep in their shoulders.

On May 13, 1917, three girls in Portugal were in the meadows of a place called Cova da Iria outside of Fatima, Portugal, when they saw a flash of light in the clear sky. They ran for shelter under a tree, thinking that was lightning. When they reached the tree, they stopped in amazement, for there hovering just above a 3-foot evergreen nearby, a brilliant globe of light hung suspended.

Within this globe there was an entity garbed in a luminous white robe with a face of light which dazzled and hurt the eyes. The figure stated that it was from heaven and asked the girls to come there on the 13th day, for six months in succession.

On October 13, 1917, an estimated 70,000 people had gathered at the site. Suddenly the crowd screamed, for something came through the clouds: a huge silver disk which rotated rapidly as it descended towards the crowd. It seemed to change color, going through the spectrum. These gyrations continued for ten minutes.

Miles from there, others were also watching the same object. The incident at Fatima was obviously a carefully planned and deliberately executed demonstration. The major prophecies of Fatima had been written down and sealed in an envelope and turned over to the Vatican. They were supposed to be revealed to the world in 1960. The secret of Fatima? One Pope was murdered after only 30 days in office when the Vatican thought he would reveal it.

It is said to be a prediction of the end of the world. The demonstration was therefore a failure as far as the ultra-terrestrials were concerned. Such demos proved highly effective in Biblical times, but times were changing and new methods were called for.

A similar event such as Fatima took place in Garabandal, Germany, on July 2, 1961. Even more startling, on the entity's right side they could see "a square of red fire framing a triangle with an eye and some writing. The lettering was in an

117 old Oriental script." The Third Eye. Haven't we heard of that before? Remember the Nation of the Third Eye -- the MIB?

Now we need to consider Gravitational Propulsion

And I’d like to introduce you to J. R. Searl. His investigations into gravitational propulsion have proven to be quite revealing.

In 1949, he was employed by the Midlands Board in England as an electronic fitter. He was very enthusiastic about the subject of electricity, though he had no formal education on the subject other than was required by his job. Unhindered by conventional ideas about electricity, he carried out his own investigation into the subject. During work on electrical motors and generators, he noticed that a small electromotive force (EMF) was produced by the spinning metal parts -- the negative toward the outside and the positive toward the rotational axis.

In 1950, he experimented with rotating slip rings and measured a small EMF on a conventional meter. He also noticed that when the rings were spinning freely and no electrical current was taken, his hair bristled. His conclusions were that free electrons in the metal were spun out by centrifugal force being produced by the static field in the metal. He then decided to build a generator on the same principle.

It had a segmented rotor disc, passing through electromagnets at its periphery. The electromagnets were energized from the rotor and were intended to boost the EMF.

By 1952, the first generator had been constructed and was about three feet in diameter. It was tested in the open by Searl and a friend. The armature was set in motion by a small engine.

The device produced the expected electrical power, but at an unexpectedly high potential. At relatively low armature speeds a potential of the order of 10^5 volts was produced, as indicated by static effects on nearby objects.

The really unexpected then occurred. While still speeding up, the generator lifted and rose to a height of about 50 feet above the ground, breaking the union between itself and the engine. Here it stayed for a while, still speeding up

118 and surrounding itself with a pink glow. This indicated ionization of air at a much- reduced pressure of about 10^-3 mm Hg.

More interesting was the side effect, causing local radio receivers to go on by themselves. Finally, the whole generator accelerated at a fantastic rate and is thought to have gone off into space.

Since that day, Searl and others have made some ten or more small flying craft, some of which have been similarly lost, and have developed a form of control. Larger craft have been built -- some 12 feet and two 30 feet in diameter.

Once the machine has passed a certain threshold of potential voltage, the energy output exceeds the input. The energy output seems to be virtually limitless. The estimated output is somewhere in the vicinity of 10^13 to 10^15 watts.

Above what appears to be the threshold potential, some 10^13 volts, the generator and attached parts become inertia-free. There is also some "matter snatch" upon acceleration away from the ground, since it tends to take a little "turf" with it when it goes.

Analyzing what is happening is fairly easy. What the generator is doing is placing a "stress" on the ambient space around it. The space breaks down to provide the magnetism to relieve the stress, but the energy by-product is absorbed by the generator, which reinforces the field.

It should be noted at this point that only a very small amount of space fabric passes through the craft and an even smaller amount is converted for energy. However, you will notice that small changes in etheric forces lead to large physical effects. The End
