THE COUNCIL (ADDITION OF BRIDLEWAYS TOGETHER WITH THE UPGRADE OF FOOTPATHS TO BRIDLEWAYS AND A RESTRICTED BYWAY AT IN THE PARISHES OF GERMOE & ) MODIFICATION ORDER 2021

The above order made on 15 July 2021 if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map & statement for the area by: i) Adding a length of Public Bridleway in the Parish of Breage commencing at its junction with existing Footpath 76 Breage to be upgraded to Public Bridleway by this Order approximately 250 metres north‐north‐ east of “Tresowes Hill Farm”, at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SW 6010/2977 shown as point “D” on the attached Order map, then running in a generally south‐south‐easterly direction for a distance of 81 metres to its junction with existing Footpath 25 Germoe to be upgraded to Public Bridleway by this Order approximately 209 metres north‐east of “Tresowes Hill Farm”, at OSGR SW 6012/2970 shown as point “E” on the attached Order map. ii) Adding a length of Public Bridleway in the Parish of Germoe commencing at its junction with existing Footpath 25 Germoe to be upgraded to Public Bridleway by this Order approximately 332 metres north‐north‐ east of “Nevada House”, at OSGR SW 6043/2936 shown as point “H” on the attached Order map, then running in a generally south‐easterly, then south‐south‐easterly direction for a distance of 45 metres to its junction with existing Footpath 25 Germoe to be upgraded to Public Bridleway by this Order approximately 345 metres north‐north‐east of “Nevada House”, at OSGR SW 6045/2932 shown as point “I” on the attached Order map. iii) Upgrading a length of existing Footpath Number 25 in the Parish of Germoe to a Public Bridleway commencing at Classified Road C162 approximately 54 metres north‐west of “Barwest”, at OSGR SW 5963/3000 shown as point “A” on the attached Order map, then running in a generally east‐north‐easterly, then south‐easterly, then east‐south‐easterly direction for a distance of 462 metres to its junction with a spur of Footpath 25 Germoe at OSGR SW 6002/2985 shown as point “B” on the attached Order map, then running in a generally east‐south‐easterly direction for a distance of 7 metres to its junction with existing Footpath 76 Breage to be upgraded to Public Bridleway by this Order approximately 144 metres east of “Stony Acres”, at OSGR SW 6003/2985 shown as point “C” on the attached Order map. iv) Upgrading a length of existing Footpath Number 25 in the Parish of Germoe to a Public Bridleway commencing at its junction with Public Bridleway to be added by this Order approximately 209 metres north‐ east of “Tresowes Hill Farm”, at OSGR SW 6012/2970 shown as point “E” on the attached Order map, then running in a generally south‐easterly direction for a distance of 328 metres to its junction with Footpath 36 Breage at OSGR SW 6036/2947 shown as point “F” on the attached Order map, then running in a generally south‐south‐easterly direction for a distance of 105 metres to its junction with Footpath 26 Germoe at OSGR SW 6041/2938 shown as point “G” on the attached Order map, then running in a generally south‐south‐

Page 1 of 2 Information Classification: PUBLIC easterly direction for a distance of 28 metres to its junction with Public Bridleway to be added by this Order approximately 332 metres north‐north‐east of “Nevada House”, at OSGR SW 6043/2936 shown as point “H” on the attached Order map. v) Upgrading a length of existing Footpath Number 25 in the Parish of Germoe to a Public Bridleway commencing at its junction with Public Bridleway to be added by this Order approximately 345 metres north‐ north‐east of “Nevada House”, at OSGR SW 6045/2932 shown as point “I” on the attached Order map, then running in a generally south‐south‐easterly, then south‐south‐westerly direction for a distance of 193 metres to its junction with a spur of Footpath 25 Germoe at OSGR SW 6049/2914 shown as point “J” on the attached Order map, then running in a generally south‐westerly direction for a distance of 21 metres terminating at its junction with existing Footpath 25 Germoe to be upgraded to Restricted Byway by this Order approximately 180 metres north‐east of “Nevada House”, at OSGR SW 6047/2913 shown as point “K” on the attached Order map. vi) Upgrading a length of existing Footpath Number 25 in the Parish of Germoe to be a Restricted Byway commencing at its junction with existing Footpath 25 Germoe to be upgraded to Public Bridleway by this Order approximately 180 metres north‐east of “Nevada House”, at OSGR SW 6047/2913 shown as point “K” on the attached Order map, then running in a generally westerly, then south‐south‐westerly direction for a distance of 218 metres terminating at its junction with Classified Road C162 approximately 16 metres west of “Nevada House”, at OSGR SW 6034/2899 shown as point “L” on the attached Order map. vii) Upgrading a length of existing Footpath Number 76 in the Parish of Breage to a Public Bridleway commencing at its junction with existing Footpath 25 Germoe to be upgraded to Public Bridleway by this Order approximately 144 metres east of “Stony Acres”, at OSGR SW 6003/2985 shown as point “C” on the attached Order map, then running in a generally south‐south‐easterly direction for a distance of 108 metres to its junction with Public Bridleway to be added by this Order approximately 250 metres north‐north‐east of “Tresowes Hill Farm”, at OSGR SW 6010/2977shown as point “D” on the attached Order map.

Copies of the Order & Map may be bought there, at the price of £5.00.

Any representation about or objection to the Order must be sent in writing to the Countryside Access Team Leader, Cornwall Council, PO Box 676, Threemilestone, Cornwall, TR1 9EQ (quoting Reference WCA 541) not later than 23 September 2021, stating the grounds on which they are made. If no representations of objections are duly made to the order, (or to any part of it), or if any so made are withdrawn, the Cornwall Council, instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State (or part of it if the authority has by notice to the Secretary of State so elected under paragraph 5 of Schedule 15 to the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981) may itself confirm the order (or that part of the order). If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State (in whole or in part) any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with it.
