Pre-Nursing Courses Required for Admission Courses Henry Ford College Courses BIO 1200 BIO 152 BIO 2006 (BIO 233 and 234) accepted CHM 1040 CHEM 131 CHM 2010 CHEM 132 PSY 1000 PSY 131 PHL 1000 or 1100 or 1300 PHIL 131 or 130 or 139 WRT 1060 ENG 132 or 132H MTH 0661 or Show Proficiency* MATH 080 *This requirement is waived for students who: • Receive a score of 18 or higher on the mathematics subsection of the ACT. • Receive a score of 490 or higher on the mathematics subsection of the SAT. • Have taken an Oakland University placement test and have placed into MTH 0662 or higher. • Successfully completed a higher-level math course (or approved statistics course) with a grade of a B or higher.
