✓ Installation of steel doors and windows; ✓ Construction of steel roof; ✓ Interior works; ✓ Internal and external water supply and sanitation; ✓ Internal and external water supply facility installation; ✓ Installation of a septic chamber; ✓ Internal and external power supply; ✓ Solar water heating system installation; ✓ Landscaping and greening of the site; ✓ Fencing with metallic fence; ✓ Installation of lighting system of VSC territory. For connection to the municipal water supply system, an agreement with technical conditions has been obtained from Veolia Djur. The municipal sewerage system does not exist in the area. The flush toilet with a concrete septic chamber (length – 2.20 m width – 1.60 m, bottom depth - 20 m) will be constructed inside of VSC building. The septic chamber will be regularly cleaned by the cesspool truck during operation of the VSC based on an agreement to be concluded with Veolia Djur. The building will be heated with electric heaters. The design for construction of the VSC was developed by the Kve Nakhagits LLC under the contract dated 28.04.21 (Odzun VSC Design) concluded with APID. Project site location The site allocated for the construction of VSC premises is located within the administrative area of Odzun community of the RA Lori marz, in the south-eastern outskirt of Odzun village. The site is at a distance of about 190 km from the city of Yerevan, at the altitude of 1115m above sea level. The landscape of the area is almost flat with a slight tilt towards west. The building will be located at the edge of Odzun-Aygehat road, leaving some free area (10m) in front of the building. The construction is planned to be located in the western part of the land plot, and the rest of the area that is not used under construction will be improved and landscaped. The site is mainly surrounded by agricultural lands. The nearest buildings are the gas station buildings. The gas station buildings are located more than 25m from the construction site which complies with RA regulations. As the construction site is located at about 10m distance from the edge of the Odzun-Aygehat road the construction works will not impede the traffic on the road, therefore no closure of and/or restriction of traffic on the road can occur, as well as no need to provide alternative routes. Considering that there are no private houses close to the construction area, during construction works, there is a very minimal risk, if any, of disturbance to local residents (even temporary) related to noise and dust, as well as no restriction of access to any building/land is expected. No tree removal is expected. The natural landscape will be recovered after
