Heritage Manor Project has been approved by the relevant Government Authorities and we are ready to start construction. The project will take ten months to complete with a two months allowance. Construction started on 15th of September (2018) after the Ground-Breaking Event. The project will be handed over to the clients by September Next Year (2019).

PAYMENT AND RESERVATION

The introductory offer price is Kshs. 6,950,000 for a house without a DSQ and Kshs. 7,800,000 with DSQ.
