1 Kaiseki Hyoki （懐石瓢樹） Kaiseki Hyoki’ was established 100 years ago by a restaurant employee hoping to set up his own business from his boss, who ran a famous three star Japanese restaurant established 400 years before in Kyoto. The owners have continued to offer fresh, natural, quality seasonal ingredients for more than 100 years. The building was also a villa for the Japanese painter ‘Imao Keinen’. It features a traditional Japanese garden and was registered as an important cultural asset of Japan in 2008. If you are looking to experience the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese house, you will have an amazing time here.
