A Chess Club for players of all standards. We run a weekly chess coaching group, which includes a chess lesson from an experienced Chess Coach. Lessons include: Preparation for Tournaments, Preparation for Tournaments, Including the Victorian Junior Championships! Use of Chess Clocks Study and analysis of Grandmaster Games Opening Preparation Endgame Study There will be many fun & educational activities, including Chess Puzzles, Chess Variants, Quizzes and other Exercises. Every week there will be a Chess Game in a Tournament Format so that players can get used to playing under tournament conditions for the step up to Club Chess or further.
