1) Order forms can be downloaded from the Exhibitor menu at LNG KOREA 2020 website.

2) Please complete all mandatory forms and submit them to the Secretariat by November 13, 2020.

3) Submit [Form 6] directly to the service provider by November 13, 2020.

4) Please ensure all applications are submitted on time.

2. Schedule

2.1 Set-up & Exhibition Period

1) Free parking will be provided to freight vehicles only for the set-up, on December 7(Mon)-8(Tue), and for move out, on December 10(Thu). (1 vehicle per exhibitor per day, maximum 3 hours.) ※ Once you have unloaded, you will be asked to remove your vehicle from the loading bay. 2) In case of a smaller vehicle, unloading at the main gate is allowed. Once you have unloaded, you must move your vehicle to parking area immediately. 3) Power will be provided to each booth once the booth is assembled. 4) The secretariat does not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods and equipment that the exhibitor brings to the exhibition. 2.2 Dismantling

1) Move-out : December 10(Thu), 17:00 – 23:00

2) Excessive booth materials left in the booth at the end of published exhibitor move-out will be

considered abandoned and deemed as trash. The exhibitor will be charged for the removal and

disposal of these items.

3) No exhibit material may be taken out from the venue during the exhibition period without the

Secretariat’s approval.

3. Exhibition Hall Guideline

• Height of ceiling: 9.5~16m / Height of maximum booth installation: 4.5m

4. General Rules & Regulations

4.1 Shell Scheme Guideline

2) Shell Scheme • Area: 3m x 3m (9sqm) • Standard shell schemes, walls towards neighboring stands • Floor: Grey floor covering • Fascia Name Board • Electricity: 1 electrical outlet per stand, 1kW total capacity • Lighting: 5 Spots(2 spots of name board, 3 spots of booth) • 1 information desk, 1 information chair

3) Guideline for attaching posters and banners to the shell scheme • Please receiving approval from the secretariat in advance before trying to attach stuffs to the shell scheme.

• Trying to punch to shell scheme • Making damages by using any tools such as staples to shell scheme • Using any additional installation or attachment of adhesive materials at shell scheme • Trying to attach posters and brochures to the wall by using tools leaving any sticky mark.

Any additional installation or attachment of adhesive materials at the panels of booth without the permission is strongly prohibited. If any sticky mark is left on the panels or the panels became unusable, the compensation fee will be charged on site. (1 Panel per KRW 33,000)

• Hanging exhibits on the wall with S-hook or Wire-hook • Using small quantity of sticky tapes (not leaving any mark, stain and damage after dismantling) • In the case that, it is decided shell scheme is possible to be reused / recycled

4.2 Space Only Booth Guideline

1) General Policies • Space only booth must be installed by an official contractor designated by CECO. • If the exhibitor wishes not to hire the designated contractor, booth installation form must be submitted to the Secretariat a month prior to the exhibition. • All electrical work must be carried out by our official electrical supplier. • The structure including the lighting must not exceed given space.

2) Installation Guidelines • Exhibit, fixture, components and identification signs are permitted to be a maximum height of 4.5 meters provided written approval is received from exposition management 20 days prior to the exhibition. • Duplex is not allowed without special permission by the Secretariat. • If a fire hydrant is placed within the given space, the exhibitor must ensure its function in case of emergency. • All materials used in the booth must be nonflammable or flame-resistant. • Booth carpet must be used to remove easily and nonflammable or flame-resistant. Exhibitors are allowed to use only latex glues for carpet. • The space only booth exhibitor is not allowed to use the wall of the regular assembled booth of other exhibitor. • No lighting, fixtures, lighting trusses or overhead lighting is allowed outside the boundaries of the exhibit space. • The width of aisle between booths should be more than 3 meters. • Disposal of wastes from booth construction inside exhibition hall should be carried out on the same day. • It is not allowed to throw away any disposal of wastes in CECO waste disposal site or other space in the venue. • If any disposal of waste is not carried out, waste costs will be charged to exhibitors automatically. • Please make sure to look good and neat for back side of the exhibit. • Banners or any materials for advertisement cannot be installed without special permission from the Secretariat. • Entry of exhibits over 2 tons need to be approved in advance according to CECO Regulation. • Power saw, electric plane, welding machine, electric grinder and oxygen cutting machines are not allowed to use in exhibition hall. • The Exhibitor shall be obliged to observe all time-limits fixed regarding construction, stand set-up, etc.

3) Space Only Booth Installation Form • If exhibitors want to install space only booth by a non-official contractor, exhibitors must submit Form 2 with the following information: Name of the contracted company, address, phone number, email in charge. • Space only booth exhibitors must submit each copy of 3D color perspective view, floor plan, and elevation plan to the Secretariat or CECO hall manager prior to installation for construction approval. (Deadline : November 13, 2020) • Without the submission of required documents, the Secretariat can restrict the booth installation. • For structure that does not comply with regulations or is not suitable for exhibition will be asked to be removed or modified.

4) Dismantling and Moving out • At the end of exhibition, construction must not be carried out until electric power shuts off. • All exhibitor structure and materials must be dismantled and removed from the exhibit facility by Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 11:00 p.m. • Please make sure that the exhibition building and the material therein is not damaged (for example by nails, screws, etc. in doors and walls). Consultation of follow up actions with CECO hall manager is needed in case of any damages of existing facilities. • Please keep in mind that waste costs can be charged from dismantling if any disposal of wastes is not carried out. • Exhibitor shall be obliged to observe all time-limits fixed regarding construction, stand set-up, etc. • Exhibitor shall be obliged to keep his/her stand open and suitably staffed during the official opening hours of the exhibition. • The exhibition building and the material therein must not be damaged (for example by nails, screws, etc. in doors and walls).

4.3 Power Supply (for lighting & equipment)

2) Specifications and Requirements for Electrical Installations • Please submit [Form 1] by November 13 to order electrical power for lighting and equipment. • Electricity construction must be carried out by official electricity companies appointed by the Secretariat. • Electrical installations from the trench to the booth panel board will be provided, however, beyond the panel board should be carried out by the exhibitor. • Power supply inside exhibition hall consists of electricity over single-phase 220V and three- phase 220V. For those who need 110V, exhibitors need to prepare AVR or electric transformer separately. • Exhibitors must apply for enough electricity by considering total lighting and electric power usages. Additional application of capacity of electricity is required in case of shortage of capacity of electricity during preparation period. In case of any damage including outbreak of fire in exhibition hall due to overload, the exhibitor should compensate Secretariat, CECO and neighboring exhibitors. • In case of emergency, power supply can be shut down by the Secretariat.

4.4 Compressed Air, Water & Drainage Supply

2) Compressed Air Installation & Supply • Exhibitor who has ordered compressed air must indicate the installation location in Form 1. • Regarding compressed air installation, host provides construction of compression tube from trench to booth. • In case of the damage of machines due to pressure drop, exhibitors should install protective devices at their own risk and host does not bear any liability regarding this issue. • After the exhibition ends, exhibitors must lock valve of compressed air and go over safety check.

3) Water and Drainage Supply • Please submit [Form 1] by November 13 for drainage in kitchen and any operation of equipment. • The contractor will install service trench and other equipment to supply water. • Sink will not be provided.

4.5 Internet Access

1) Internet Access • Please submit Form 1 to use the Internet Service. • Internet Specification - Official fixed IP Address provided. (1P address per 1 port) - To prevent network traffic increase within the venue, the use of individual internet sharer device (NAT Server, IP sharer) is prohibited. In case of violation, internet access may be restricted.

2) Wi-fi Guideline • CECO will provide free wifi(speed : 5mbps), but it might be hard to connect because of the user traffic. • It is possible to place an order for Wi-fi with charges on site. (speed : 15-30 mbps) • Wi-fi Inquiries : MIS / +82-55-212-1100

4.6 Furnishings and Accessories

Furnishing and accessories are available to hire via designated service provider. Please submit the order Form 6 directly to the service provider by November 13.

4.7 Waste Disposal

1) The exhibition area must be cleared of all exhibits / stands / materials (wood, vinyl, air packs, and construction wastes) by the exhibitor after the set-up and dismantling.

2) If exhibitors fail to clear up the area after the dismantling, the official waste disposing service provider will charge the exhibitors the cost of entire cleaning service. Thus, we encourage exhibitors to negotiate with the booth installation service providers prior to the set up in case of following installation.

4.8 Noise Control

During the exhibition hours, loud noise caused by promotion events may cause hindrance. The sound should be held at a low level and the Secretariat reserve the right to determine at what point sound constitutes interference with others and if it must be discontinued:

• If the noise level is above 85db measured by device • If neighboring exhibitors complain about the noise

4.9 Exhibitor Entry Passes

1) Maximum 5 people per booth can apply exhibitor entry passes. Please submit Form 3 by November 13, and designate the person who will pick up entry passes. 2) Entry passes to exhibition hall will be distributed from December 7 at 3pm at the Registration Desk in front of CECO 1F Lobby. 14

3) Please pick up entry passes before noon, December 8 at 10 am. 4) Exhibitors, visitors and approved service companies are allowed to enter the exhibition hall and it is required to wear entry passes.

4.10 CECO Parking

• A complimentary parking ticket will not be provided for exhibitors during exhibition period. Please purchase a parking ticket at the parking customer service center.
