This exhibition guide provides practical information from A-Z for you as an exhibitor at the Scandinavian Coating 2017.

We hope the information will be helpful to you before and during the event and ask you to read the material thoroughly, so that the exhibition is going to work as well as possible for the benefit of all involved.

Wednesday the 15th of March 2017 9 am to 5 pm Thursday the 16th of March 2017 9 am to 5 pm

Dismantling

Thursday the 16th of March 2017 5 pm to 8 pm Friday the 17th of March 2017 9 am to 4 pm

Note: Dismantling may not commence before 5 pm

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Delivery of goods Goods or exhibition material must be delivered no earlier than Monday the 13nd of March 2017 due to Øksnehallens very limited space for storage. Please make sure the goods are marked with exhibition name, stand number, company name and contact and that the goods are delivered at your stand. Furthermore it is necessary that the goods are delivered freight free, as organizer or Øksnehallen can not pay for the delivery. Please note that Øksnehallen and the organizer are not liable for goods delivered before or during the exhibition. Although the organizer or Øksnehallen has acknowledged receipt , the goods are at the exhibitors own risk. Delivery address, see "Addresses and telephone numbers" page 3.

Pick up of goods after the fair If the goods are returned by carrier, the pallets / boxes must be repacked and be marked with the return address and contact information. Goods must be removed within the dismantling period Thursday the 16th of March 2017 between 5 pm and 8pm or Friday the 17th of March between 9 am and 4 pm. Other times for pickup must be arranged with the project coordinator.

Access to Øksnehallen During setup we ask the exhibitor or carrier to contact the reception or the productions office in Øksnehallen where they will be guided to the best way for unloading. Either through Øksnehallens rear entrance (255B x 315H) or through a door on the side of Øksnehallen. The exhibitors must follow Øksnehallens instructions for unloading. NB on exhibition days unloading of supplies will be trough Øksnehallens rear entrance.

Transport in Øksnehallen Because of the special floor construction no other vehicles than those provided or approved by the production department can be used. This applies to lifts, forklifts, trolleys and trucks.

Transport of goods can be arranged with the production department but requires that the goods are properly packed and marked with clear handling instructions (“fragile” etc.). Øksnehallen does not take responsibility for the transport of goods, which do not have these acquired markings. The transport will be charged by time spent on handling the goods – minimum ½ an hour. Transport is not allowed during the opening hours of the exhibition

Alarm To ensure that the only access during the exhibition is through Øksnehallen main entrance the side doors are secured with alarms. Øksnehallen side doors must only be opened in case of fire. Unauthorized opening of the doors will be invoices to the exhibitors with DKK. 4375, - If the exhibitors need to use the side doors during the exhibition please contact the production office.

Electricity and Lightning Electricity and lighting are ordered on technical order list from Mäss-service.

Mounting and installation of exhibitors own material Signs and the like must not hang or protrude onto gangways and open areas. It is not possible to build over booth height (2,5 m) - only after special agreement with Bra Mässor.

It is prohibited to damage Øksnehallen floors, walls, roof construction and materials with screws, drills, nails or in any other way.

Floors The stone floor in Øksnehallen is oiled, but easily absorbs colored liquids, paint, oil, red wine and the like. Heavy, pointed and sharp objects will scratch the floor. Exhibitors are requested to avoid damaging the floor and if necessary lay a grease and oil absorbent surface The production department must be contacted if objects weighing in excess of 750 kg are exhibited. The use of tape TESA no. 4964 is permitted. If exhibitors wish to use other types of tape please contact the production department.

Logo Banners Logo banners etc. must be of non-combustible material or fireproofed.

Internet connection. Øksnehallen offers both wifi and cabled network in Øksnehallen. If cable network access is required, you have to order it from the technical order list from Mäss-service. The PC should be ready for wireless internet. In certain occasion it may be necessary to make alteration to the PC that requires administrator rights

Water It is possible to connect water supply in Øksnehallen. See technical order list.

Cleaning Øksnehallen is responsible for cleaning all public areas during the exhibition.

Storage Øksnehallen has a very limited space for storage, so storage at Øksnehallens warehouse can only be arranged if arrangements are made with Mäss-service.

Storage is at the exhibitor’s own risk. All goods must be clearly marked with name of the exhibition, dates, and name of the exhibitor and stand number. Empty packaging must not be kept at the stand.

Waste Waste Containers are placed outside Øksnehallen back entrance. Cardboard boxes must be folded. Smaller amounts of waste like plastic cups, napkins, etc. please use rubbish bins inside Øksnehallen.

Reception Øksnehallens reception is open during setup, dismantling and during the exhibition.

Personal items and wardrobe Exhibitor’s bags, coats and similar personal items are kindly requested to be hidden from the public to ensure a beautiful and orderly impression at the exhibition. There will be a wardrobe by Øksnehallens main entrance.

Toilets Women Toilets are on the ground floor, at the back of the hall left and men's toilets on the ground floor, at the back of the hall's right side. Disabled toilets can be found on both sides of the hall. Parking It is prohibited to park in front of Øksnehallen. Loading and unloading is permitted. This means that there must be activity at the vehicle every 4 to 5 minutes.

Exhibitors may park at DGI-byen´s car park (192 parking spaces). Entrance can be found at Ingerslevsgade, 1704 Copenhagen. Please take a parking ticket when entering and pay upon exit.

Prices are: Kl. 06:00 to 22:00 - 32 kr. Per hour Kl. 22:00 to 6:00 - 10 kr. Per hour 24 hour ticket - 198 kr. Floor to ceiling - height, 2 meters. Please check card page 8 for alternative parking.

Øks Café Øks Café is open during exhibition hours. During setup and dismantling times we refer to the cafe in DGI-byens lobby. DGI-byens restaurant is open for a la carte in the evening from 5 pm to 11 pm

Serving of drinks and food on stand It is emphasized that food and drinks to be served on the booth must be order from Øksnehallen using the technical order form. The food is to be served to guest at the booth and must not be part of an event outside the booth

Fire and emergency exits The production department is at your service to advice on the optimal utilization of the space provided for the event and consequent fire directives. The following practical regulations must be observed at all times:

The doors to Øksnehallen’s administrative wing must be kept closed at all times Fire and emergency exits must not be obstructed without the permission of the production department

Smoke, steam or fumes must not be generated

All inflammable material erected in the hall must be fireproofed Roof constructions on the booth is only allowed if approved by the production department Use of open fire must be approved by Øksnehallen Øksnehallen will put up fire exit signs as required

Transporttime from Airport Taxa to DGI-byen approx. 15min. Train to Main Train Station approx. 20min. Bus to Main Train Station approx. 30min. There are 3 minutes walk from the Main Train Station to DGI-byen and 7 minutes walk to Øksnehallen.
