4. Handling of monitoring results As for the use of outdoor swimming pools at schools in , the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology issued a notice on April 10, 2012, which indicates that there is no problem with using tap water controlled under the control target value (radioactive cesium 10Bq/kg), and it is not necessary to restrict the use of outdoor pools even if the level of the radioactive cesium is a little over the control target value. In cases where radioactive cesium is detected, the establishers of each facility shall take appropriate measures as needed by referring to this notice.

* The level of the radioactive cesium detected in this survey is lower than the control target value (radioactive cesium 10Bq/kg).
