 Alisha Walker-Pickering - shares responsibilities with SRPSD and Prince Albert Parkland Health Region/ Autism Services.

 Karin Heaney – contracted by SRPSD on a part-time basis.

Division of schools:

 Alisha Walker-Pickering’s position is a shared between PAPHR and SRPSD. She works with Autism Services, but also works with other students requiring occupational therapy services, including those who are not diagnosed with Autism in schools. Her cluster includes the following schools:

 Please Note: There may be some overlap in schools. For example, if a student has been referred through Autism Services, Alisha may work in a school that is a part of Karin’s cluster.

Referral Process:

 Educational Support Teachers must contact Alisha or Karin before filling out a referral form. They can be reached by email, and the referral may not be necessary in some cases.  Any referral forms that are filled out should be sent to the SRPSD central office to your school’s consultant. The referral will then be entered into our data system and forms will then be forwarded to the OT.  If you have a student who has been referred through Autism Services, a referral form for OT will still need to be filled out and sent to central office.  Consents need to be updated yearly.  Occupational Therapy Referral and Consent Forms (scroll down page and choose specified link under ‘Occupational Therapy’)
