TRANSFERRING EBOOKS • After downloading Adobe Digital Editions authorize both Digital Editions and your portable device with the same Adobe ID.

• Once selected eBook has been downloaded into Adobe Digital Editions, attach your portable device to the computer and it will appear in Adobe Digital Editions.

• In Adobe Digital Editions you can transfer your downloaded titles by clicking on the title and dragging it to your portable device.

After downloading, most audio books can be transferred to a portable device. TO TRANSFER: 1. Click the ‘Transfer’ button in OverDrive Media Console to launch the transfer wizard. 2. Select parts to download, then click ‘Ok’

3. Once downloaded, most titles can be transferred to a variety of devices, including the iPod, MP3 players and smartphones. DOWNLOADING TO A KINDLE 1. Go to www.ualibrary.org and go to eBooks & Music link

2. Click on the Digital downloads link to get to Digital Download website.

3. Find a title that is available in the Kindle format or go to advanced search choose Kindle Book from format list .

4. Click add to cart

5. Proceed to checkout

6. “Confirm Checkout” (you be asked again for your library & pin number)

7. Click this will redirected to ’s website at this point.

8. Click . You will need to sign into your Amazon account at this point.

9. Select Deliver to “your name’s Kindle “.
