Dues are Increasing! At our CalRTA Convention, May 14 -18, several im- portant changes were made. Most urgent was the passage of the dues increase. Beginning January 2020, dues will increase from $54 to $66 per year and Divisions will now receive 1/3 of the total dues income, a tremendous increase. Hopefully, this will buy all of us more time to reverse our declining membership problem. -Ron Breyer, Area IX Director
