BIOGRAPHY

I am an Italian Strategic Designer, for many years I have successfully dealt with Goal Management, Business Design & Integration, Strategic Design and Innovation Design and Management. Business, Design, Art, and Style are in my national DNA, my many experiences have honed my ability to create and manage important and particular projects. I have worked in the most important international markets with the creation of exclusive Luxury Business Projects and Strategic Design, using different techniques in a harmonious fusion, combining past and future, merging the creations of our past and our traditions with the most advanced visual technologies and communication. LUXURY DESIGN (European and UAE company) Design division manager of the Luxury Design company, European and United Arab Emirates company specialized in the design and construction of luxury structures such as large private residences, hotels, shopping malls, resorts, clubs, public spaces, exhibition buildings. I manage the Design division and I am the supervisor of human resources associated with individual projects, for the construction or renovation of luxury residences in Europe, United States of America, Latin America, Caribbean Islands and Asia. -- SOME WORKS -- ▪ BEL AIR - Westside - CALIFORNIA Large VIP modern residence, consisting of 4 levels of 40,785 Sqft with landing space for private helicopter and garage for 30 luxury cars.

▪ BEL AIR - Los Angeles Westside - CALIFORNIA Large modern VIP residence consisting of 1 basement level for luxury cars and boats, 1 high level and 2 terraces with pool and waterfall and water games. The total area is 32.950 sqft, inside it has been realized a private cinema of high Design and technology

▪ BEVERLY HILLS - West Hollywood Los Angeles - CALIFORNIA Large VIP classic residence composed of 2 high levels and 1 basement level, the total area is 20.829 Sqft. Inside there is a private cinema and three private bowling alleys.

▪ LOS ANGELES - CALIFORNIA Large contemporary VIP residence consisting of 3 glass top levels, 1 basement level for luxury cars and motorcycles and a terrace with two-level pools and a synthetic tennis court with synthetic grass. The total area is 38,362 sqft. Inside there is a private cinema and four private bowling alleys.

▪ POINT PLACE Amelia Island - FLORIDA Luxurious and modern building built directly on the sea, consisting of 1 basement with elevator for the car, the cars are brought directly at the service entrance of the residence. 1 glass top level with total ocean view. The Design is modern with the latest vocal command technologies. The building consists of 12 residences each residence has an area of 6,200 sqft with a total area of 74,400 sqft.

▪ CAICOS ISLAND - Grand Turk Island United Kingdom of Great Britain - Caribbean Large and modern luxury residence, with typically Caribbean design, with private access to one of the most beautiful Caribbean beaches. The residence is composed of two levels overlooking the sea of the Caribbean outside there are 8 swimming pools surrounding the residence.

From 2014 to 2015

MILAN - ITALY WORLD LATVIAN EXHIBITION AREA I was senior manager as a creative technical team supervisor. My duties were: ▪ Analysis of architectural variations ▪ Control of architectural specifications ▪ Monitoring and feasibility studies ▪ Cost analysis Latvia is a country deeply committed to environmental innovation and design sustainability; holds the highest position in the world in the Pilot Trend Environmental Performance Index (EPI Trend) which measures how a country has improved in the last decade in terms of environmental performance. To witness this attention, the Latvian pavilion, which presents a concept entitled "Nature Inside", was inspired by the shape of a giant oak and is largely constructed of local wood.

From 2010 to 2014

UNIBAIL-RODAMCO S.E. FRANCE - (European Society) French and Dutchman Group owner of Shopping centers, Office, buildings, residences, Convention and exhibition venues. I was Strategic Designer Manager in the Design & Development Division and of the human resources associated with them for the construction or renovation of new big shopping centers in Europe.

PARQUESUR MALL MADRID - SPAIN - (Renovation) It has a hotel, a cybernetic fountain (unique in Europe) as well as a cinema with the IMAX system I have been supervisor and manager of the Design and Architectural division, my tasks were: ▪ Manager for architecture and design works ▪ Supervisor for time control and execution methods ▪ Recruitment and organization of staff ▪ Design of interior spaces for efficient use ▪ Search and selection of suppliers ▪ Definition and management of contracts

BONAIRE MALL VALENCIA - SPAIN - (Renovation & Extension) The largest Mall in Spain ▪ I was responsible for the Design concept I supervised the correct design of each store and the respect of execution times ▪ Responsible for the concept Design of reception, relax and cultural spaces ▪ Responsible for the concept Design of the areas reserved for international exhibitions, I oversaw Design and multimedia technological works.

LE FORUM DES HALLES MALL - PARIS - (Renovation & Extension) Completely redesigned and renovated, with one of the largest glass and metal architectural coverings in the world. I was the Director of all the works of Design, I managed the Architectural Division composed of 3 Engineers, 2 Architects, 2 Charts, 1 safety manager, 4-foreman, 4-deputy team leader, 48 people among technicians with various skills. my tasks were: ▪ Supervisor Director of architectural works ▪ Development of design and architectural works ▪ Design of interior spaces for efficient use ▪ Search and selection of suppliers ▪ Comparative cost analysis ▪ Analysis of Architectural variations ▪ Control of Architectural specifications

From 2009 to 2010

SHANGHAI WORLD EXPO 2010 LATVIAN EXHIBITION AREA Shanghai World Expo 2010, I was the manager of the technical division as the holder of the Free Flight patent and responsible for all construction and design activities to achieve the business objectives of the Latvian exhibition area for the Shanghai World Expo. The exhibition area was under the theme City, Innovation, Technology and Science, with a wind tunnel thanks to an international patent Free flight owned by the architect. Francesco Gentile. The exhibition area was unique in its kind with 100,000 sheets of transparent colored plates, 15 × 15 cm. that shone and oscillated in the wind, generating a dynamic and kinetic effect. The façade symbolized nature and its various facets: the forests, the sea, the earth, the sky, the wind. The entrance stairway of the pavilion led upward into a spiral, symbolizing the continuous and progressive development of humanity. At the top of the staircase, on the third floor of the exhibition hall, visitors could admire a glass wind tunnel full of flying people. The wind tunnel has been the centerpiece of the pavilion, thanks to the latest technological advances, people can now fly thanks to the international patent (PCT - WO205 / 058697 A1) owned by the architect Francesco Gentile.
