Through the application of these, the Company has reduced atmospheric emission of sulphur oxide, nitric oxide, carbon oxide and carbon dioxide due to the use of biogas generated by the waste water plant (as much as 3500m3 daily). Biogas, generated in the waste treatment process, is transformed into electric power, heat and chill thanks to highly developed trigeneration and cogeneration systems. The production process, based on the cogeneration module, is the most efficient manner for acquisition of energy, both electricity and heat. Considering the use of biogas that is generated in the treatment plant such solution is specifically eco-minded. It causes reduction of harmful substance emission to environment through significant decrease in electricity use, in the facilities, for the use of so called green energy. The company has reduced electric energy usage by 15% by using cutting edge technological solutions. Additionally, the production plant in Olsztynek has the integrated permit that imposes the obligation on the company to apply Best Available Techniques (BAT) for the food industry. Its aim is to generally limit emissions and environmental impacts.

As part of the social responsibility programme, the Company organizes a social programme entitled „Kubusiowi Przyjaciele Natury," ("Kubuś' Friends of Nature"), which is addressed to kindergartens in Poland. ”From the backyard to the stadium – Tymbark Cup” is the largest, not only in Poland but also in Europe, football tournament for primary school pupils. The Final Game of the tournament is played on the National Stadium in Warsaw.

Since 2014, the Tournament has been played in three age categories: U-8, U-10 and U-12. A record number of over 270 thousand children from all over Poland signed up to this year's, XV edition. The main idea of the Tournament is to promote sport competition and increase sport activity among children, picking up football best players and making their dreams come true. Over a million children have already taken part in all editions of the Tournament. The competiton includes matches played in the entire country including all communes, districts, and provinces, and the Final Game is played on the National Stadium in Warsaw, directly prior to the Final Game of the Poland's Cup. The most characteristic thing about the games is a high level of skills and a pool of positive emotions as well as the amazing main prize – Tymbark Cup, Polish Champion title and a trip to the Polish national team match. Previous winners of the Tournament have visited such locations as Wembley, Camp Nou, Santiago Bernabeu, San Siro and Amsterdam Arena. The winners of 2014 saw the game between Poland and Germany in Hamburg, met the Polish team players and played friendly matches against their peers from Germany, which they won each time.

In 2012, the unique "Flag Action" run as part of the Tournament enabled the teams that won the provincial finals in 2012 to fulfil their dreams and meet the players of the national teams that participated in the 2012 UEFA Euro Championship. Young players had the opportunity to hand over their national flags with signatures of participants of provincial finals to football stars such as Ronaldo, Iniesta, Casillas, Rooney or Błaszczykowski. Throughout the whole history of the Tournament, many children grew to become current players in the Poland's national team.
