Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) is happy to inform that, six weeks/eight weeks of Summer Internship Program (SIP) which is meant for imparting industry-oriented job skills to the Mechanical, Electrical (EEE), Instrumentation and Electronics (ECE) completed/pursuing Engineering students from 06-05-2019 at AU-APSSDC-SIEMENS CoE, AU College of Engineering(A), Visakhapatnam for the following courses

 Computer Aided Design (CAD)  Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)  CNC Programming and Machining  Digital Manufacturing and Industrial Robotics  Industrial Automation  Electrical and Energy Studies  Mechatronics & Process Instrumentation

Interested students may visit the website to know the various courses and its content offering at different COE’s and enroll with their particulars in the website www.apssdc-siemens.in on or before 01-05-2019.

Enrolled students will get the information through mail and they have to submit the photo copies of SSC Mark list, Aadhaar and Degree certificate/mark lists along with Passport size photo. Selected students have to pay a nominal fee of Rs.3000/- for six weeks program and Rs.4000/- for eight weeks program and to attend for all working days without any leaves or deviation of timings. The prescribed timings of courses are from 9am to 5pm (Lunch break: 1pm to 2pm). At the end of each level of course assessment test will be conducted and qualified students will be awarded with a globally valid APSSDC-SIEMENS Certificate for each level.

Along with technical skills, the students will be given training on soft skills and entrepreneurial skills for better employability. After completion of the course, domain specific placement drives are also planned and would be conducted in the identified locations.

Students are advised to utilize this opportunity in empowering the technical skills with high-end technology modules for better employability during summer vacation.
