The (9‐3) clinched a record‐tying 12th AFC West title with their 31‐23 victory against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6‐6) on Sunday. Denver’s current seven‐game winning streak is the longest since the 1998 season and represents the fourth‐longest such streak in team history.

Broncos QB , who completed 27‐of‐38 passes (71.1%) for 242 yards with three touchdowns and one interception (103.2 rtg.), reached or exceeded a few milestones against the Buccaneers. His three touchdowns give him 29 for the year to represent the most in a single season in Broncos history, passing Jake Plummer (2004) and (1997), who each had 27. With 27 completions, he passed Hall of Famer Dan Marino for the second‐most completions (4,986) in NFL history. Additionally, the victory marked the ninth winning streak of seven or more games Manning has been a part of, passing Patriots QB for the most in NFL history.

Denver’s division title represents the 10th time the time has finished first in the AFC West during Owner & CEO ’s 29 seasons. The win against Tampa Bay also marked his 17th winning season and ensured his 15th playoff appearance—both marking the most among AFC West clubs during that time.

FOX JOINS AN EXCLUSIVE GROUP

With Denver’s win against Tampa Bay, Broncos John Fox became just the 10th coach in NFL history to deliver division titles in each of his first two years with a team. Fox, who took over a team that finished 4‐12 in 2010, became just the third coach to accomplish the above feat after inheriting a team with a losing record and just the second individual to take a last‐place team and lead it to consecutive division crowns in his first two years.
