Welcome to our selection of Breakaways for 2020
When we started Breakaway in 1998 our sole aim was to provide supported holidays which enable adults with learning disabilities to travel independently from their regular support workers and personal assistants. Now, more than twenty years later, this is still all we do – and by maintaining this singular purpose we have supported over 7,000 customers on holidays to destinations in the UK, Europe and further afield. Whilst our focus has remained Rita & unchanged our supported holiday company has grown and developed and is now recognised Chris Richard as a leader in its field. In 2019 Penny and Katy were invited to take part in the Parliamentary Review on learning disability provision, to share best practice and use our voice to promote independence and choice for our customers.

Our festival-themed Breakaways were a great success in 2019 so these are in the diary again for 2020, together with a great selection of old favourites and new destinations like Eastbourne and the Costa del Sol.
