(6) Reconstruction and rehabilitation of architectural heritage within the historic zone of settlements should be conducted taking into account the identified typologies of housing construction and application of modern methods of protecting cultural heritage. In the process of constructive intervention emphasizes the importance of "soft method" of reconstruction, using traditional materials and building techniques, which will ensure consistent presentation of historical value.

• lime mortar bonding material are the oldest in the history of architecture. The best quality lime plaster and mortar are obtained using the closed and well odležanog lime, held without the presence of air (protected by a layer of water). Lime mortar is a slow connection, it requires careful work and nurturing after installation, applied to the wet ground and not be rapidly dried. It is an elastic material and is compatible with traditional masonry structures that are not homogeneous and time are distorted.

• bricklaying, plumbing and the wall should be made with traditional materials and techniques in order to maintain homogeneity and isotropy wall mass. As a binder in masonry, grouting or grout to use high-quality lime mortar, possibly with the addition of white cement.

• The walls are plastered with lime mortar. Lime should be good quality, preferably traditionally slaked, the aggregate of fine river sand and finely sifted stone dust. The natural color of such mortars visually quite satisfactory, perhaps there is the possibility of adding pigment into the plaster (ground brick or mujare). Adding ground brick as aggregates with pozzolanic properties obtained by hydraulic plaster that has binding capacity in water and is suitable for use in the deeper layers of the structure. Mortar grout has a similar composition as the mortar used for masonry. The final layer of joints should be rugged and color like a stone kors. The color determines the joints used aggregate. The joints should be slightly recessed relative to the surface of the wall in order to be clearly legible structure building, and to avoid water retention at the intersection of joints and stone.

• In the traditional construction of Lastovo making of floors and roof structures, and joinery used wood of Aleppo pine (Pinus Alepenzis). The traditional method of preparation was described by Mr Wood. I. Gango the last: "Pine trees are being cut from the 15th to 25th August, during the full moon, when the break between spring and

Page 55 of 72 autumn growth (to cut the tree to see a white and black circles - the white circle is created in the spring, and the black in the fall). After the Department of branches, pine is immersed in the sea where it remains until December in order to sufficiently softened bark, destroy pests, and conservation of timber which remain after removing the minerals causing the wood better and lasts longer. Documents are processed manually trimming on all sides so that the unbroken continuity of the fiber. " • structural consolidation of historical circuits requires the application of original elements and principles of traditional construction. Reinforcements of wooden grednjaka, in order to achieve the stiffness required for the transfer of horizontal loads on the bearing walls, achieved a performance composite structures above the wooden beams (double-layer or three-ply wood shell or thin reinforced concrete slabs) and its anchoring in the load-bearing walls.

• The most common traditional cover the cup channel, which is placed on the substructure of the bars and beams above the wooden roof structure. Vividness of the roofs in the settlement figure was highlighted raznobojnoš ću sedan that eventually takes on different shades of color. Therefore, when repairing the roof and recommended setting up a new coupe in the lower layer, while the top using the old from the manual.

• In addition to buy tiles, used to cover the stone slabs that are obtained by breaking off the surface layers of rock by natural contours. The stone cover is irregular in shape and is set in rich layer of lime mortar

• In order to preserve the original landscape elements with historical communications will be subject to the protection of stone retaining walls, boundaries, built by piling flatlong laid bare stone wall technique, no connective mortar, so as to adapt to the terrain relief zadatostima.

• Sular arlama with the front house, Arle detail at the window, architectural stone plastic hole, and the specific Lastovo chimneys are typical motifs of Lastovo, and it is to preserve and protect the necessary catalog process. This information, except basic information about the type and location details, should include architectural drawings with a note on the state of preservation or restoration required eventual surgery.

• Urban Development Plan should be preserved fortification system in the village of Lastovo, the fortress on top of the capitals and other batteries at strategic positions on the shrub, guard, and Sv. Lucia, as a basis for new planning and land use. By activating the fortification of the landscape provides a new use for sport and recreation that will revitalize the historic system of communication.

• In accordance with the protection regime for the whole historic village of Lastovo, sports and recreational hall should be planned west of the road which leads into a hidden harbor, the edge field and partially on the gentle slope of a hill. Such accommodation buildings accepts the specific characteristics of Lastovo village to build outside of arable land, and gives the possibility to establish a dialogue that will not disrupt the dominant silhouette of the town. Volume of the building, rather the function of a sports hall, it is necessary to adapt to the terrain, directing the building shorter side facing north, while its formation is necessary to solve the contemporary way, with clean, simple morphology, taking into account the disposition of space. Taking into account the size of the building, as well as exposure to fifth in the point of view of the facade is proposed to find solutions in the interpretation of indigenous building techniques and using modern technologies.

(3) The existing unregulated channel occasional torrential streams and storm channels is necessary to regulation works to connect and arrange a way to continuously carry stormwater and other surface water to flow into the sea, all in accordance with water rights conditions and other documents and plans provided by the Law Water. Sizing tray should be made for controlling the flow obtained as a result of hydrological measurements or as a result of applying some of the empirical method.

(4) In places where roads cross the route crosses the torrent streams and drainage channels provide bridges or omissions of such dimensions that will miss the relevant flows freely. If it is necessary to predict and reconstruct the existing culvert due to the low bandwidth or dilapidation.

(5) Placing line infrastructure facilities (sewer, water, electricity and telecommunication cables, etc.) along with all the window panes and other supporting facilities within a longitudinally waterbeds, or particles of public water resources is not allowed. Way of passing line infrastructure will be determined by special conditions and water rights for each object separately.

(6) cross the transition line of each building infrastructure over waterbeds preferably is necessary to carry over into the construction of a bridge or culvert. If it is not possible to perform a vertical crossing streams should be performed at least 0.5 m below the lower elevations of regulated rivers. In unregulated channel, the depth of trench excavation for sewer pipe shall comply with professional services of Croatian Waters.
