UK Trek26 Brecon Beacons

Activity: Trek Grade: (Tough) Duration: 1 day A spectacular area of wild moorland, tumbling waterfalls, sweeping mountain slopes and steep escarpments, the Brecons provide over 500 square miles of natural beauty and adventure!

We scale the Brecon Beacons, famous for their demanding terrain and wild beauty, before descending to the southern slopes and on to the Talybont Reservoir, returning on flatter paths to our base at Brecon Showground. You’ll be tired but exhilarated, and have formed a real bond with your fellow trekkers! This is a tough and memorable trek through wild landscapes; at 26 miles, it forms an enormous challenge for walkers. A more moderate half-distance option is also available.
