Worldwide reliability status
Reliability figures on Sagem products are collected worldwide and regularly shared with Airbus.
These reliability figures (MTBUR) include all product removals from aircraft, either justified (repair) or not (NFF), and cover all Sagem products (approximately 60) fitted onto all Airbus aircraft. With respect to A380 products which have not yet In all cases except A380 products, global reliability achieved maturity (about 20% of the ship set), Sagem figures are significantly higher than those guaranteed is actively working on corrective actions enabling to (by a factor ranging from about 2 to 10 times). achieve customer expectations.
SERVICE LEVEL
We need your feedback
We understand that some of you may have a different perception, and in that case, we ask you to contact your CSM to address any concerns. Your data shall be shared and processed by our team of experts who will run a specific analysis on your fleet in order to identify any areas of improvement.
Further to this point, please exclude from your data, all situations corresponding to design issues (and not to product reliability) which are dealt with as major in-service problems (MISP) thru retrofits, as currently done for BCM and PFTU.
FOCUS
Let’s make a link with on-going retrofits
BCM 418-00877-103 retrofit is satisfactorily progressing, with more than 25% completed.
Regarding the PFTU retrofit, don’t forget that to restore initial MEL for A330-A340, PFTU up-grading has to be done. This retrofit starting very slowly for different root causes (too long loan return time, repair flow, etc.), please do not hesitate to send your spares for up-grading in order to initiate your retrofit.
Many thanks in advance for your cooperation. CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGERS
