The texts of reference range from international treaties to EU and national legislation, reports from various organisations, including those issued by the European Audiovisual Observatory (EAO), a selection of related articles, figures and press releases, as also of CJEU and national case law related to this topic. This guided tour across various pieces of reading in the field of copyright enforcement online will hopefully be a useful tool for any stakeholder wishing to get a first oversight of the state of the art in this domain.
