Review of the Light + Building Trade Fair 15 - 20.04.2012

Saving electricians time and money

“In no time at all” was the motto of the top attraction on Jacob’s trade fair stand: the patented PERFECT Fix cable gland for the electrical industry, and house and building automation.

(, 23.05.2012) What’s so special about the PERFECT Fix cable gland? It can now be fitted from just one side. A lock nut inside the housing is no longer required. So now installation and removal is child’s play. To install, the fastening nut is inserted in the through-hole and tightened on the left-hand thread. The polyamide cap nut can then be tightened using any standard tool.

The best way to see what’s new about the PERFECT Fix cable gland is to hold it in your hand. And this is precisely what hundreds of craftsmen and planners from the electrical industry did, who could experience the PERFECT Fix live for the first time. Its easy installation, particularly in places where the through-hole is in tricky to reach, could not fail to impress all trade visitors at first sight. They were also pleased to note that with the PERFECT Fix, there is no thread pro- jecting into the interior of the cabinet.
