2. The Superintending Engineers concerned are directed to relieve the officers under orders of transfer and postings immediately by making local arrangements without waiting for substitutes and instruct them to join at the new posts immediately.

3. A report shall be sent to the Secretary, Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited regarding the date of relieving and date of joining of the officers. This will be apart from the Certificate of Transfer of Charge. A scanned copy of Certificate of Transfer of Charge should be sent via e-mail to [email protected].
