Year 12 Japanese Intensive Speaking Practice Session On Saturday 6 September, Year 12 Japanese Continuers students had their HSC Speaking examination. To prepare for this big day, they had intensive speaking sessions with mothers of MSC students, ex MSC students and other Japanese speakers in a total of 8 sessions beginning in early May.

The Year 12 Japanese class have been lucky enough this year to practice our Japanese speaking skills with a group of Japanese and non-Japanese volunteers. At first, the experience seemed quite daunting but we quickly came to love our fortnightly sessions discussing holidays, school and friends with this great group of people! Thank-you so much to Ichikawa sensei for organizing this, we all became more confident with speaking and even more enthusiastic about our Japanese study! Maggie B (Year 12 Japanese Continuers Class)

We would like to thank Mrs Quinn, Mrs Yoshikawa, Mrs Takashiba, Mrs Saito-Bull, Ms Flint, Mr Stokes, Mr Yoshida, Mr Thai for their time and effort.

Extension Japanese students will have their HSC Speaking examination on Saturday 13 September. All the best!!
