A Deposit of £300 is payable when the offer of a place is accepted. The deposit is forfeited if the child is subsequently withdrawn prior to entry. The deposit will be repaid, without interest, when the child leaves the School, by means of a credit against the final invoice. Payment Fees and charges are payable on or before the first day of each term, either: (a) Termly in advance by electronic payment, credit/debit card, cheque or guaranteed payment. (b) Using SFP - a school fees instalment plan, regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974; charges apply. Co-Curricular Activities

Optional co-curricular activities are available at a charge. These activities are charged on a termly basis. One term’s notice of withdrawal is required to terminate co-curricular activities. If notice is not given, a term’s charge will be payable.

Some co-curricular activities are contracted with individual visiting tutors and are paid in advance, directly to the visiting tutor. Co-curricular activities provided by the school are charged termly in arrears via the termly invoices. Indicative charges are included below.

We hope you will wish to apply for a place for your child at The Blue Coat School. Most children enter Saturday 30 September 2017 - 09.30 am to 12.00 noon the School in Buttons Nursery or Pre-Prep, aged either 2 or 3 years. Pupils can, however, be admitted at OPEN MORNING 1 any age, subject to the availability of places and to meeting the entrance criteria.

Each year the school offers a number of Foundation Awards (Assisted Places). Parents or Guardians Wednesday 7 February 2018 of children entering the school at the start of Year 3 or Year 4 and Parents or Guardians of children Music Scholarship Auditions (Internal Candidates) transferring from Pre-Prep may be considered eligible, depending on personal circumstances, to apply for such an award for their child.
